Trong dân gian, và các bài thuốc cổ truyền từ Đông Y, thì trà khổ qua rừng có tác dụng rất tốt trong việc hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh tiểu đường, nó giúp làm giảm được đường huyết, đưa về chỉ số về ổn định, nhưng sự thật như thể nào?

Trà khổ qua rừng trong điều trị tiểu đường

Trong những năm trở lại đây, thực trạng người từ 40 tuổi trở lên mắc bệnh tiểu đường (đái tháo đường) ngày càng tăng cao. Nhiều người tìm đến thuốc tây như một biện pháp tức thì nhằm giảm lượng đường huyết trong máu.

Nhưng hiện nay, ngành y học vẫn chưa có thuốc đặc trị chữa khỏi tiểu đường. Đó là lý do vì sao nhiều bệnh nhân tiểu đường vẫn phải dùng thuốc thường xuyên để khống chế đường huyết. Bạn cũng có thể sử dụng nhiều loại thảo dược từ cây cỏ để khống chế lượng đường huyết của mình mà không cần dùng đến thuốc tây.

Trong số các loại thảo dược hỗ trợ điều trị tiểu đường, Khổ qua rừng được nhiều người sử dụng nhất vì tác dụng giảm lượng đường huyết rõ rệt, được nhiều người tin dùng và truyền tai nhau. Vậy uống trà khổ qua rừng nhiều có tốt không?

Tác dụng khổ qua rừng

Theo đông y, tất cả các bộ phận của khổ qua rừng đều có tác dụng làm dược liệu: lá, dây, quả, rễ hay hạt đều có thể sử dụng để làm dược liệu trị bệnh. Hiện nay y học hiện đại cũng có nhiều nghiên cứu về tác dụng của khổ qua rừng, qua đó ứng dụng để điều chế thuốc hỗ trợ điều trị nhiều loại bệnh.

Khổ qua rừng hay còn gọi là mướp đắng rừng, có vị đắng nhưng không độc, tính hàn, có tác dụng làm mát cơ thể, ngoài ra còn giúp giải độc, tiêu đờm, giảm mỡ máu, hạ huyết áp và ổn định đường huyết. Ngoài ra trẻ em bị rôm sảy cũng có thể dùng lá khổ qua rừng để tắm, rất tốt và an toàn. Bị dời leo (dời bò) dùng lá khổ qua rừng giã nhuyễn đắp lên vùng bị dời leo, 2 ngày là khỏi.

Trong dân gian có rất nhiều bài thuốc ứng dụng từ khổ qua rừng để chữa các bệnh như : các bệnh về gan, lỵ amip , viêm họng, đau bụng, côn trùng cắn, hạ đường huyết…

Gần đây một số nhà khoa học đã phát hiện khả năng chống ung thư từ khổ qua rừng cụ thể là: Các nhà khoa học đã dùng dịch chiết xuất ra từ khổ qua rừng (cụ thể là từ hạt và quả) cho tác dụng với tế bào nhiễm ung thư và quan sát. Qua đó thấy sự phát triển của tế bào ung thư bị kiềm hãm đáng kể.

Một thông tin thú vị nữa là dùng khổ qua rừng để Tẩy giun :Dùng dịch chiết xuất từ khổ qua rừng có thể tiêu diệt các loại giun tròn Caenorhabditis elegans.

Vậy uống trà khổ qua rừng nhiều có tốt không ?

Như ta đã thấy, khổ qua rừng (mướp đắng rừng) có rất nhiều công dụng tốt với sức khỏe chúng ta, nhưng khi dùng nhiều và lạm dụng sẽ gây ra một số tác dụng không mong muốn như sau:

Làm tăng men gan: Các enzyme trong gan sẽ tăng cao nếu uống quá nhiều nước mướp đắng rừng, qua đó khiến hình dáng của các tế bào gan bị biến đổi, có thể gây nhức đầu, hôn mê.

Làm chậm sự phát triển của trẻ em: Trẻ em nếu ăn mướp đắng rừng quá sớm hoặc uống nước khổ qua rừng nhiều thì cũng có những tác hại đến sự phát triển của trẻ. Vì hệ tiêu hóa của trẻ chưa hoàn thiện sẽ khó để hấp thụ dinh dưỡng và đào thải độc tố từ khổ qua. Vì vậy các bà mẹ hãy cẩn trọng khi cho bé ăn khổ qua.

Ăn nhiều khổ qua rừng hoặc uống trà khổ qua rừng nhiều sẽ giảm khả năng thụ thai: Trong mướp đắng rừng có chứa 1loại protein có tác dụng ngăn ngừa khả năng thụ thai ở nữ giới và giảm sự hưng phấn ở nam giới.

Một thí nghiệm lên động vật đã được các nhà khoa học tiến hành, qua đó phát hiện một loại protein trong cây mướp đắng rừng có khả năng làm giảm dục tính ở chuột đực. Cho chó đực dùng dịch chiết từ mướp đắng rừng với liều lượng 1,7 gam/ngày làm tinh hoàn của chó đực bị teo và giảm khả năng sản sinh ra tinh trùng.

Ở chuột cá và thỏ cái mang thai, khi cho dùng dịch chiết từ mướp đắng phát hiện bị xuất huyết tử cung.

3. Bà bầu sử dụng khổ qua rừng có được không ?

Những tháng cuối thai kì nếu dùng khổ qua rừng nhiều sẽ dễ dẫn tới khả năng sinh non cao rất nguy hiểm

Ở một số quốc gia còn sử dụng khổ qua như biện pháp tự nhiên để phá thai trong những tuần mang thai đầu tiên.

Các mẹ chỉ được dùng khổ qua ở những tháng giữa thai kì, từ tháng 4-7. Các mẹ có thể tham khảo thêm ý kiến của bác sĩ để có thể yên tâm sử dụng. Khổ qua nếu sử dụng hợp lý thì cũng mang lại nhiều lợi ích cho mẹ và bé như sau:

Khổ qua rừng chứa nhiều vitamin C và nhiều chất chống oxi hóa, giúp phụ nữ mang thai thêm đề kháng tự nhiên chống lại bệnh tật.

Khổ qua có hàm lượng folate tương đối, chất này cần thiết cho quá trình phát triển hệ thần kinh của thai nhi, giúp làm giảm nguy cơ trẻ sơ sinh bị mắc các chứng bệnh liên quan tới ống thần kinh.

Còn cung cấp nhiều chất dinh dưỡng khác như: sắt, kali,magie,mangan… Những chất này đều rất cần thiết cho sự phát triển của bào thai.

Việc uống trà khổ qua rừng, là rất tốt cho sức khỏe, nhưng cần tránh những tác dụng phụ của nó để sử dụng khổ qua rừng một cách hiệu quả

15 Things Music Lovers Can do While Quarantined to Celebrate Music, Have Fun, and Support Artists

For ten years in a row from 2010 to 2019, I wrote a post called the March Madness Widow(er) Survival Guide and shared tips for folks who didn’t care about college basketball but had a partner that was all the way into the madness. I was set to do the same thing this year. However, in 2020 there is no March Madness but there is a quarantine.

So, we’re shifting gears and making due by taking some of the ideas from the old series and adding in some new ideas and giving everything a new shine and creating a list of 15 ideas that you can jump into while you’re at home and not going to concerts or meet and greets or any of the other great things that we are all sadly missing.

I want to point out that we aren’t taking COVID-19 lightly by putting this post together or by keeping it lighthearted. We hope that each and every one of you reading this remains healthy and safe and is ready to rock when things get back to normal.

And we hope you keep listening to and loving music non-stop until then too!

The Music Lovers Quarantine Survival Guide

1) Listen to your favourite albums front-to-back.

We love playlists and variety and being able to bounce from artist to artist at a moment’s notice – BUT there’s still something super fantastic about putting a great album on and listening to it from front to back.

We suggest picking one or two albums per day/night and letting them play all the way through from start to finish. And if you really love it – hit play again.

If you’re having trouble choosing an album, here are four that I highly recommend. Enjoy!

2) Create playlists with friends.

You can do this a couple of ways… the important thing is there’s really no wrong way to do it.

You can start a collaborative playlist on Spotify and invite people to add songs and rearrange the order and what have you.

You can put up a post on Facebook or Instagram or Twitter asking people to recommend songs for you to add to a playlist – and then build a playlist with all of those recommended songs.

You can even get in a private group chat with friends and turn it into some sort of game where you all pitch songs to each other and make jokes and discover new songs and enjoy each other and the music.

3) Discover podcasts by musicians / about music.

There’s a podcast about everything, and usually more than one. And guess what, music is no different!

Check out these five recommendations and give ‘em a listen while you do chores or eat dinner or go for a walk or whatever else you’ve got going on. (All recommendations available on Spotify)

4) Watch concerts and festival sets.

YouTube is filled with festival sets and Netflix has concert specials and really there is no shortage of awesome footage and content featuring live music and great crowds. Is it the same as being at a show live and in person? Of course not, but it ain’t bad.

5) Binge live music performance videos.

If you don’t have time for a full concert experience, go for the YouTube model of one song at a time!

If you’ve already got favourites, like when Nick Nurse joined Arkells in Toronto for Signed, Sealed, Delivered (as an example), revisit them and play ‘em loud. If you are looking for new videos, just type the artist’s name and live into the YouTube search bar and see what you get!

6) Watch live stream performances from bands on Facebook and YouTube.

Some artists who can’t be on the road at this time have started setting up live performances via live stream so that fans can still hear them play and they can show everyone their talent and energy. It’s a very cool idea that allows for live music to exist in a time when it feels like it’s been taken away for a little while.

Check out your favourite artists to see if they’ve got anything planned, and when you do see an artist you love getting ready to go live, share the stream so that other people can tune in too.

7) Order albums and merch online, directly from artist websites.

Here’s another way that you can support artists while they aren’t able to play shows and collect cheques – buy some gear.

Hit the online shops of artists you love (especially emerging and indie artists) and see what they’ve got for sale. Need some new CDs for the car? Get ‘em. Love that t-shirt design? Order now. Ooh, would that vinyl look great in your collection and sound great on your record player? Better not pass it up!

These sales are going to help a lot of bands stay afloat, pay the rent, and be prepared to hit the road when we’re able to get back to some sort of normal. We know every purchase will be appreciated.

8) Take selfies in your favourite musician merch and include the link to where you got it in your post.

Here’s a follow-up for that last one. When your order arrives (or if you’ve already got some cool merch that you love) snap a photo and tag the artist and link to their online store so that other fans see what they should be buying.

Every little bit helps get eyes on the product and the music and the artists.

9) Share stream and YouTube channel links from your favourite artists with your friends to help everyone discover new music.

This one is easy, and we highly recommend it. Whether you’ve got cash to buy some t-shirts or you don’t. Whether you pay for Spotify or Apple or Amazon Music or you don’t. None of that matters here, all you have to do is go to your favourite artist’s website and copy the link to their YouTube or Spotify channel and then put that in a Facebook post or a Tweet and tell other people it’s awesome and that they should listen.

Heck, you can pick a new artist and do it every day. Challenge your friends too. No duplication, get as many recommendations out into the world as possible!

10) Read a music book.

Reading doesn’t always come to mind when we’re talking about music, but when you need a quiet moment or you’re getting ready to go to bed, etc. a good book is still hard to beat.

11) Have a lip sync battle.

If you live with a roommate or a partner or you’ve got great neighbours (and nobody is sick), get some snacks and drinks out and have a Lip Sync Battle.

You need like 4 things to pull this off.

1. YouTube or Spotify ready to play the songs. 2. Open and clear space for performances. 3. Some time for participants to choose songs and prepare themselves. 4. Two or more willing players.

12) Watch some music documentaries.

There are some amazing music docs out in the world and available on streaming services if you want to watch them (and you should).

13) Have a solo dance party.

Pour a glass of wine or mix a drink or grab a beer and turn up some awesome 80s jams or put on Dance Mix ‘93 or whatever makes you move – and dance like no one’s watching. Because they aren’t. Because we’re all in quarantine.

14) Discover new music.

Check out the new release playlists on your favourite streaming services, look for recommendations from friends and social media, just keep your eyes and ears open for new songs and artists that you just might fall in love with.

15) Take care of yourself and the people around you.

Be smart. Be safe. Stay healthy. Don’t take risks that you don’t need to take. We’re in a difficult time with a lot of uncertainty and fear and anxiety and questions – and that is a crappy recipe, but it’s what we’ve got. And while it can be tempting to pretend that we’re immune or invincible or get all YOLO in a situation like this, we hope you do your best to just follow the recommendations of the people who know what’s going on (as well as anyone does) and stay safe and keep vulnerable people safe at the same time.

Notre commentaire : “Teo-neol” ou “Tunnel” pour la distribution internationale, est un film sud-coréen dramatique de survie, datant de 2016, écrit et réalisé par Kim Seong-hun, à qui l’on doit également “Hard Day” (2014). Les acteurs principaux Ha Jung-woo, qu’opn a pu voir dans “The Murderer” (2010), Bae Doona, qu’on a pu voir dans “The Host” (2006), Oh Dal-su, qu’on a pu voir dans “Hindsight” (2011), et Nam Ji-hyun, qu’on a pu voir dans “A Monster Boy” (2013).

L’histoire proposée par “Tunnel” est relativement simple et tourne autour d’un vendeur de voitures, Lee Jung-soo (Ha Jung-woo) qui se fait piéger dans un tunnel mal construit lorsque celui-ci s’effondre comme un château de cartes. Lee Jung-soo gère du mieux qu’il peut sa survie à l’intérieur du tunnel alors qu’une équipe de sauvetage tente de lui porter secours. La thématique nous ramène forcément à des films ayant une trame similaire, comme “Daylight” (1996) de Rob Cohen avec Sylvester Stallone dans le rôle principal, ou plus récemment, “Buried” (2010) de Rodrigo Cortés, où l’on pouvait suivre (façon de parler) Ryan Reynolds enfermé dans un cercueil pendant près d’une heure et trente minutes.

Honnêtement, “Tunnel” est une déception. Non pas que ce métrage ne soit pas bien, mais il y a un décalage entre tout ce qu’on a entendu par rapport au film. Du coup, on s’attendait à quelque chose de plus intense, de plus fort. L’intrigue est quelque peu usuelle. En effet, comme la majeur partie des films catastrophe, cela se limite à savoir si le principal protagoniste de l’histoire va s’en sortir ou pas.

Kim Seong-hun, le réalisateur, est malicieux, car il évite de cantonner son action au cœur du tunnel. On peut ainsi voir comment les secours s’organisent et observer les techniques que mettent en place les politiques et les journalistes pour exploiter l’événement. Le film s’avère donc également être une critique envers les sociétés de constructions qui, afin de faire des économies, n’utilisent pas les matériaux adéquats et imposent des techniques à minima aux ouvriers afin de raboter les budgets dans l’optique de faire le maximum de profits. De plus, on joue également la carte sentimentale et dramatique avec la présence de l’épouse de cet homme prisonnier du tunnel, Se-hyun (Bae Doo-na) qui vient soutenir les efforts de l’équipe de secours, mais qui finalement se retrouve à devoir décider de l’arrêt des recherches et donc des opérations de sauvetage.

On peut cependant regretter certaines longueurs, même si le réalisateur parvient à maintenir le suspense en incorporant des situations inattendues, une certaine dose d’humour légère, et quelques séquences relativement angoissantes. Les effets spéciaux sont bien orchestrés, notamment la scène d’éboulement du tunnel. La distribution offre de bonnes prestations, à la tête de laquelle on retrouve donc Ha Jung-woo qui est loin d’être un inconnu ayant pu le suivre dans “The Yellow Sea” (2010), “The Berlin File” (2013), “The Terror Live” (2013), ainsi que dans “Assassination” (2015).

“Tunnel” a fait l’objet de plusieurs nominations et a remporté quelques prix. Ce métrage a rapporté un peu plus de 51 millions de dollars en Corée du Sud. Il a remporté nettement moins de succès aux États-Unis avec 568 milles dollars de recettes, et une bonne carrière sur les écrans français avec 487 milles dollars.

“Tunnel” a fait l’objet d’une édition en DVD ainsi qu’en Blu-ray, paru le 7 novembre 2017 chez Universal Pictures Vidéo (France). Pour de plus amples renseignements, n’hésitez pas à consulter la fiche du film sur le site DVD.Fr.

En conclusion, “Tunnel” est un bon film catastrophe, disposant d’une histoire familière et d’un développement sympathique. Le rythme est cohérent avec l’intrigue, mais manque parfois de punch. Le suspense est au rendez-vous avec quelques séquences stressantes. Les effets spéciaux sont bien orchestrés. La distribution offre des prestations correctes, cependant dominées par la performance de Ha Jung-woo, qui tire nettement son épingle du jeu. On éprouve une certaine déception suite aux excellentes critiques qu’on a pu lire précédemment sur ce métrage. Reste un film agréable sans être particulièrement original.
