You had just gotten home from work, the thinking and the people were starting to get to you, when u walked through the door of your apartment you slipped your shoes off and went straight to your room and dropped to your bed. It wasn’t that you were cold but your body was missing a warmth that the blanket wasn’t giving you. You reached out your arms and grabbed the first thing you could, one of the pillows that was about to fall of your bed. You cradled it towards your body. Perfect.

“Y/N im home!” The man’s voice echoed through the apartment. he took off his shoes and let them fall directly next to yours. He looked around for a second and saw the bedroom door open. He walked over and peeked inside his eyes immediately fell to your sleeping body. The ends of his lips curled as his eyes fell to the way your right hand held the pillow to your chest , your left arm thrown up straight. His eyes shot back up to your face and he watched the small stream of drool. Score! He scrambled to find his phone as fast as he could, he opened the camera and in that moment he became a photographer. Moving to every angle he could until he tripped and fell directly on top of you. You let out a yelp and your eyes shot open. “How was your nap?” The man smiled at you and you closed your eyes slowly “amazing until a bolder fell onto me” he adjusted his body so that he was directly on top of you torso and all. “But look how cute you look! I wanted to get a closer look” he smiled and shoved his phone into your face

You had been hanging out with your friends all day, well your friend and their other three friends. You had fun but you were exhausted, you interacted with more people than you had initially thought. You got to your home and went directly to the couch, not taking your shoes off, nor your jacket or anything. You grabbed the small pillow that was behind you and held it tightly in your arms. The living room was cold and you were already to far gone to grab a blanket the warmth of the small pillow against your body made you curl into a ball.

He reached for the door it’s u locked.. y/ns home! He slammed open the door and fling his shoes off, “y/n!!” He waited when you didn’t respond and got ready to shower again till he saw you on the couch. Oh my god. “You couldn’t wait for me to get home?” He pouted as he looked at your body with sad eyes, he stood for a second thinking about what to do.

Just a small nap you thought once more as you cuddled the fluffy pillow that was thrown to the floor in the chaos of the morning

“Yo y/n! Sorry im late I got kinda held up, you ready for the movies?” You have no response maybe their in the shower. he walked closer to the bathroom and heard silence. Hm he walked to the bedroom thinking he’d find you getting ready, instead he saw you sleeping comfortably with not a care in the world, your hair above you in a messy halo, the bottom part of your face covered by the small fluffy pillow you were gripping to for dear life. A.. pillow? He stood by the bedroom door confused at our age really? “did you miss me that much?” He kneeled next to the bed and pulled the pillow down, he planted a small kiss on your forehead. Then without a warning he shook you as fast and hard as he could. You woke up in a shock and smacked him “OUCH! Y/N what the hell!” “Oh god babe don’t do that!” You yelled back. He held his cheek in his hand and looked at you with sad but annoyed eyes “you’re so mean. And your such a child who still sleeps while cuddling a pillow” you grabbed the pillow and threw it at him “I do you jackass!” The pillow flew into his face “why are you being such a bully all of the sudden?!” You looked at him confusion written all over your face “what do you mean why? YOU SCARED THE SHIT OUT OF ME” the man rolled his eyes and stood up grabbing your arm to sit you up, “whatever you big crybaby, get ready so we don’t miss the movie” ”crybaby?” You laughed “says the one who got teary eyed when I smacked you” you stood and gave him a smug smile as he looked back at you and rolled his eyes “that’s all in the past.” He batted the air with his hand “hurry up and get ready pretty, we’re gunna be late”

Being in a Poly-relationship with Miya Atsumu and Sakusa Kiyoomi would include:

• Atsumu will wind Sakusa up constantly, the amount of sponges Miya has taken to his face is surprisingly high - especially when he feigns biting something or smearing dirt somewhere.

• Sakusa gets his own back however, when you come to one of their training sessions and hold your palms up for a high-10 he will hesitate but give you one with a smile. Atsumu will do the same and Kiyoomi will look at his hands with disgust and walk away.

“Wha— but you gave (N/n) a high-10!”

“I love them.”

“Excuse me?!”

• There is always something interesting going on, Atsumu will come home with a random story, Sakusa adding a tale of horror to the mix, and you’ll tell them about your day. Communication is so good, even if it took more time, Kiyoomi feels comfortable opening up to you both now.

• You each take turns in cooking when you can or sometimes you’d do it together. Sakusa cleans as he goes and leaves the kitchen area spotless - then there’s Atsumu who manages something.

“This is really nice Atsumu, thank you!”

“Yeah, give our regards to Osamu will you?” Sakusa comments, always blunt.

“Hey?! I cooked this, what made ya think it was ‘Samus huh?” Unfortunately you know he’s lying but you chose to ignore it momentarily…

“Because at this rate, I know his cooking better than I do yours.” Sakusa highlighted with a cocky smirk, yourself following up.

“Plus uh, the delivery wasn’t exactly discrete…”

• Jealousy? Atsumu certainly shows it more and is by either if your sides demanding space if you or Sakusa look uncomfortable. If it’s you, while Atsumu is intervening, Kiyoomi sneaks you away and poor Miya turns around to emptiness after expecting praise. It’s so cute.

Sakusa on the other hand sort of unnerves others with his silent glare and disgusted presence alone. Yourself and Atsumu find it amusing in all honesty.

• Everyone always jokes about how you and Sakusa manage to put up with Atsumu and your partners’ responses kill you every time.

“It’d be more trouble to get rid of him.”

“Kiyoomi.”

“Why? Do you want him?”

“Kiyoomi!”

• Atsumu gets overwhelmed with emotion whenever either you or Kiyoomi doing anything remotely romantic/kind for him. Like you’ll buy him flowers or team up to make fatty tuna and he has tears in his eyes making up a lie about hayfever.

• Sakusa expresses his love very much by acts of service, the place is usually spotless and if you mention anything you need it’s there the next day. Atsumu however is very vocal about his love for you both, saying mushy stuff all the time if you catch him in one of those moods. However it’s really nice to spend quality time together.

• You are also victim of whatever diets they are assigned during volleyball season, and they always get a bit pouty if you eat something they can’t in front of them. Atsumu is more susceptible to teasing than Sakusa, he sticks to his diet without complaint.

• If you ever watch a series together due to varying tastes, Atsumu has a habit of commenting throughout the film - Kiyoomi humming along as the two of you engage in deep conversation about some nonsensical scene.

• Involved in such chaos is also the mini completions yourself and Atsumu have that involve getting Sakusa flustered. Pick up lines. Yes you’ll agree with Kiyoomi that it’s stupid, but it is fun.

“Oh oh Omi-Omi, are ya a hitter? Because I can set ya up~” Atsumu started, leaning to the left of Sakusa while he cleaned his trainers.

“Idiot.”

“Kiyoomi, if I serve you my heart will you receive it?” You slid to the right of the ravenette.

“Yes (Y/n) but why are you—“

“Are yer a volleyball? Because I’d hit that~” Atsumu smirked with a wink, yourself following up.

“Oh you play volleyball? Let me grab my kneepads so I can slide into your DMs gorgeous~”

Immediately Kiyoomi became flustered and covered his face.

“Yes I win! Take that Atsumu!”

“Nah that was a fluke!”

“Oh you’re definitely a setter, we both know you’re good with your hands~” Came your lowered voice, both men flustering now.

“I— shit (Y/n)— yeah, you win…”

• If you feel upset or saddened, these two are a dynamic duo - Atsumu has instantly enveloped you in his arms with either soothing words or threats to the world, meanwhile Sakusa has equipped himself with blankets and snacks to cheer you up. Even their cute bickering over you makes you smile and you can’t help but hug them both.

• Sick? Oh Sakusa never gets sick but if you or Miya come down with a cold, he is ON IT. You’re scolded for you idiocy and told to stay away from him but he is the most attentive doctor whilst you two are confined to a bed. Medication? Check. Home remedy? Covered. Healthy food? Duh.

Atsumu is needy but more grateful for your cuddles and kisses during this ‘tough time’. You and Kiyoomi are rolling your eyes at his dramatics.

• Sakusa particularly finds comfort in cleaning day, it’s one regularly reserved for a deep clean and because you see how content Sakusa is, you join in. Well Atsumu takes convincing but that’s easily done with food or kisses.

• As proud members of the MSBY Black Jackal volleyball team, it means you get VIP tickets to every one of their games. (Atsumu and Kiyoomi secretly compete for who gets to give them to you but shhh).

• They also get a bit competitive about whose number you’ll wear for each game, as naturally you have merch for both of them but mainly MSBY in general. They basically died when you wore Hinatas number one time.

“Look I’m just going to wear my MSBY jersey, with my name on it.”

“But (N/n)—“

“No, I like it. It’s the first one you both got me so it’s important.” You’d kept it all this time, the pair blushing slightly with Kiyoomi replying to you.

“That’s fair, we appreciate the support regardless of what you wear.”

“Well I mean…”

“Atsumu.”

• They have a tradition where they both come to the railing to greet / hug you after their games and they’ve done so with their team. Atsumu practically fell over it once but you caught him and he played it off - Kiyoomi still rips him for it.

• They’re both extremely aporecitive of your support with their volleyball careers, especially considering they’re off travelling for matches. They bring back souvenirs or snacks, with Atsumus’ being more random whilst Kiyoomis’ gifts are more thoughtful. At least with the Olympics you were able to come with them for part of the trip and they were determined to show you everything.

• Overall, it’s wholesome chaos - you have your disagreements but manage to make up and compromise (some with more persuasion than others) but you each love each other too much to care.

He won’t cry scream throw up if you just wanna watch a movie at home but you know he prefers to see it in theaters and you dont mind so y’all usually go. Your parents think it’s the cutest thing. Y’all go on other dates occasionally but movie dates are always something you can look forward to in y’all relationship.

Shirabu gives the type of kid to get good asf grades and be rich but humble when it comes to money. Don’t get me wrong he’s still snobby but only stuff he achieved like grades and volleyball you feel me? With that being said he definitely spoils you. He buys his friends stuff sometimes if he knows they’ve been eyeing some shoes or something but being his lover is a whole another of gift giving. It was so bad at first that you had to tell him to tone it down on gifts or at least the prices. So instead he decided to listen to the second part of that statement. He doesn’t get you super expensive gifts anymore at least not as often. But he still buys you stuff. Like snacks,jewelry, and books/manga or whatever your into. He argues that he literally doesn’t use his allowance for anything else and it’s just sitting around. Don’t you dare let him see you glance at anything he’ll try to buy it. Mall dates have been band sorry. On the other hand he loves gifts too his only thing is he loves handmade or homemade gifts. Like if you make him a bracelet he’ll want to jump for joy but his nonchalant energy won’t let him

Goshiki loves praise in all shapes and forms. Especially from his partner. If he does a powerful spike he’ll towards you for praise. Bonus if he has a pet name. Hes a bit too shy for physical touch and he can do task but he’s not really good you fell me? He’s always playing volleyball so I guess that counts as quality time but no fr. My throat hurts, I'm back at school, but at least there's Haikyuu

Hellooooooo world. Throat is feeling funky today but I shall persevere. I started season 4 the other day! I'm going into episode 5 I think? I'll watch more later. Might make cocoa for my throat. Anywho. THOUGHTS ON THE EPISODES I'VE WATCHED SO FAR.

Alright, first of all, I don't really hate or love the new animation style of this season. I miss the old one, yes, but this one isn't the worst thing to ever exist or anything. Except for what they did to my beautiful boy, Asahi. I miss the gorgeous man bun angel baby. He's still there but he's also not, you know what I mean?

The whole height measuring thing is such a small scene but it's just so funny. We love to see Yamaguchi hyping up Tsukishima about his height. And Tsukki looks so proud of it, too. They are very close to the top of my Favorite Haikyuu Friendships list. AND ALSO.

THIS FUCKING SCENE. Obviously I've seen it before but I just. UGHHHH I LOVE THEM SO SO MUCH. You see more of the younger Kei when he was softer and less salty when he's just with Tadashi. It says so much about their friendship and Kei's comfort with Tadashi. His content little smile just melts my entire heart. Crying screaming throwing up over them. My notes literally say "Cradling them gently in my hands because GOD I love these two." and that's so real of me

So, I knew about Hinata crashing the first year camp at Shiratorizawa prior to watching season 4. I'd heard about the second hand embarrassment. I DID NOT KNOW IT WOULD BE THIS BAD HOLY FUCK. Tsukki's got a mantra of "you don't know him" going on loop in his head and I'd be right there with him because OH MY GOD. HINATA, HONEY. PLEASE. YOU'RE KILLING ME HERE. And here's the thing, I get that he's unhappy about not getting invited to either training camp. I imagine that it's a big blow to his confidence to have two of his peers get these great opportunities based on how skilled they are and not be invited himself. He's worked just as hard as they have. And Kageyama's comment of "see you at the top" when Hinata was clearly upset surely didn't help (something about it felt especially mean to me. Like, somehow the meanest thing he's said to Hinata even though it's not). BUT COME ON BABE YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE LOSS HERE. BALL BOY ARC YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ME OUT. And so many of the things he does at the camp just make me curl in on myself. I would not be caught dead acting like that (but to be fair, he's like 15 and I'm in my 20s so I'd hope I was more mature than him). He also made me a little sad several times. Like, Hina baby you are breaking my heart but you did this to yourself holy shit.

Side note: I don't know the name of the guy but one of them has the same English VA as Reki from Sk8 the Infinity and I heard him talk and it took me the fuck out. Hello sweetie. Glad to hear you here.

Hinata getting scolded back to back to back TOOK ME OUT. Could not be me. I'd be crying. And to be fair, it seems like he was about to when he was talking to Tanaka. But Nishinoya appeared and made him feel better and I was so gratefully. I don't like seeing my kids cry.

They haven't shown as much about Kageyama and the National Youth Intensive yet, but I enjoy that a lot more. Far fewer second hand embarrassment moments over on Kageyama's side. Him setting too high because he's used to setting for Hinata was both embarrassing but also oddly endearing? He adjusted, of course (he's an excellent player and can adjust when he needs to), but he's so used to setting for Hinata that his muscle memory automatically wants to set the way he would for Hinata. Not sure how to explain it but yeah. I'm enjoying all of the new characters very much, also. Idk the little white haired bird-looking boy's name yet but I like him. I'm in awe of your skills if that makes you feel any better, sweetie. AND I SEE ATSUMU!!!! Fuck you Miya Atsumu <3

OBSESSED with the way Tendō is grabbing onto Ushi’s jacket here. Just. I don't even know what to say about it. It's such a small gesture but it's so cute. Tendō, I love you. And Ushiwaka, I love you too for allowing it to happen.

... So I don't know about you but I don't personally look at my platonic friends like this. NO I'M SERIOUS. WHAT IN THE HOMOSEXUALS IS HAPPENING HERE. I WAS SO DISTRACTED BY HOW TENDŌ IS LOOKING AT USHIJIMA IN THIS SCENE THAT I DON'T EVEN FUCKING REMEMBER WHAT USHIJIMA WAS ACTUALLY SAYING. GIVE ME A STRAIGHT EXPLANATION FOR THIS SCREENSHOT I DARE YOU.

I know we're focusing mostly on Hinata at this point in the season but I miss the rest of the team. I like that we occasionally jump back to see what they're doing (as film structure would call it: "meanwhile, back at the ranch"), though. Nishinoya knocking Tanaka over with his chaotic receives? Beautiful. You love to see it. No one being able to serve during that practice match? My dearest darlingest crows, what the hell happened there? Are you kids okay? But I'm sure once the camps are over, we'll be back with the team and I'll get to see all of my boys.

Tsukishima: “You wanna practice with me?” Me: TSUKKIIIIIIIIIII ❤️✨❤️❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨✨✨ I just love Tsukishima tbh. The fact that he's actually willing to practice with Hinata because he knows he can learn from it is soooooo much growth on his part. I'm very proud of him. And he's so smart <3 Salty as ever but very smart

So Kageyama is out here getting insulted and making enemies and Hinata is making friends. Love that for him honestly

So I'm going to take this time to talk about Hyakuzawa AKA 2 meter guy. He was absolutely shattering my heart. Like, STOP BEING MEAN TO HIM YOU GUYS HE'S TRYING HIS BEST 💔 That being said, HINATA IS SUCH AN UPLIFTING AND ENCOURAGING BABY I LOVE HIM WITH ALL MY HEART ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. I was so happy to see him stand there and encourage Hyakuzawa and actively help him out. Hinata really just goes and makes friends everywhere he goes and that makes me so happy. When Hyakuzawa actually got the ball up and it cut back to Hinata talking about it giving him time to rest and reset himself when he gets overwhelmed OH it got me. I was squealing about it at 2 AM. And then they high fived and I got really happy that Hinata made another friend. I love seeing him make friends. He's just human sunshine and we love to see it.

I'm starting classes tomorrow but I'll still be watching and posting about it every now and then. I should watch the dumpster battle movie again now that I have all the context. Anyway. Hope I feel better soon

a/n: hello! this is the first time I write for haikyu, I hope I did a great job. feedbacks are always welcome, and requests are open!

if it's written like this it's a flashback, except for the last line of the fic.

Semi made his way in the boys' locker room to get ready for the evening practice. Most of his teammates were already there, some of them were already changed but waited for the others near the door, after all the coach wasn't there because he was on holiday so there would be only you, their manager, to help, so they could take today's practice easier.

"Hello" semi greeted, walking up to his locker to put his things away. He started to change his pants, putting on some volleyball shorts instead, then he took off his shirt to put on the t-shirt he wore to train. And just as he was about to slide his t-shirt on, Tendō, his fellow teammate, made his way over him.

"Semisemi" Tendō sang, taunting his friend, who just groaned and repeated, for the millionth time, to not call him that.

"I see someone had fun today..." Semi looked at Tendō in confusion, not understanding what he was trying to say. Tendō's words caught the attention of the other people in the looker room, who looked at the two.

Reon was the first to understand what Tendō was talking about and refrained from laughing. Semi glanced at Reon, asking with his eyes for at least a hint on the whole situation. His friend didn't say anything but pointed over his chest. Semi followed his gaze and finally realised. Part of his collarbone and chest was covered in hickeys. The boy felt the blush creeping on his cheeks and slid on his t-shirt to cover up what you did to him earlier.

Semi entered his dorm after taking a shower. His hair was still a little wet, and he was wearing only his sweatpants. He immediately went to his desk and opened his computer to at least try to finish the essay he had due tomorrow. He was so focused that he almost jumped when someone knocked at his door. He got up to open the door, only to find you.

"Hi love." you said in a sweet tone.

"Hi, something's wrong?" he asked, worried that something had happened. He was happy to see you, truly, but you didn't agree to see each other today. Both of you had work to do, you had some homework and he had his essay.

"No, nothing's wrong. I finished my homework and I just wanted to see you. I know you need to work on your essay, but can I stay anyway?" you smiled at Eita, he was always concerned about you, and you really appreciated that. He nodded, moving from the door to let you in his dorm. You visited his dorm quite a few times, you two preferred to pass your time together in a quiet place, where you could stay cuddled all day in bed. He returned to his desk while you made your way to his bed, making yourself comfortable.

After thirty minutes of staying on your phone you were bored, you looked over at Semi and saw that he was still working on his essay. You wanted to feel him, so an idea popped in your head. You quietly got up from his bed and walked up to him. He glanced at you in confusion, turning with his chair. You didn't say anything and sat on his lap, putting your arms around him so that you didn't disturb him. Semi smiled returning to his work, with you on his lap, leaving kisses on his neck, collarbone and naked chest.

He didn't notice that you leaved all this marks on him, and he didn't really care. The problem was that now he had to explain this to his teammates. They didn't know about your relationship, not because you didn't want to tell them, but you both liked the fact that it was something private, so you didn't tell anybody.

"None of your business." Semi simply replied, putting his things away and locking his locker.

"None of my business? I have to know who made all of this to our Semisemi" Tendō responded dropping his arm on his friend's shoulders, trying to tease him. Semi was about to answer back, but the team captain called everyone to start their training.

You were already in the gym when all the boys made their way into it to start their practice, you already filled their bottles and took the balls. After their usual laps and warm up, they started to train the aim of their serves.

Tendō approached you and you handled him his water. While he was drinking you scratched your collarbone, revealing your bruised skin under you t-shirt

"What's there?" Tendō smirked at you.

"What?" you asked, you didn't realise you just showed a hickey from about two days ago. But when Tendō pointed just below your neck, you understood and immediately blushed.

"I missed you" Semi whispered in between kisses. You two were in his dorm on his bed, his back leaning against the wall and you were sat on his lap, with your arms wrapped around his neck.

"We saw each other this morning at practice" you smirked.

"Yes, but it's all week that I see you only at practice or in the halls" he kept kissing you.

"Well, then we should make up for the lost time" you said grinning, feeling Semi mirroring your expression on your lips. You kept kissing, the kiss deepening as the seconds passed, only parting to let each of you take off your shirts. His kisses moved down your jaw and neck, only to get back to you lips. You were about to get free of your last pieces of clothing when Semi's phone rang.

"Sorry" he mumbled, receiving an reassuring smile from you.

"What do you want Tendō?" Semi answered the call moving his free hand up and down your thigh and you scoffed, obviously it was him. You couldn't hear what he was saying, so you waited for the call to end to ask your boyfriend.

"So?"

"He wants to know if we want to go to the convenience store with him, he said that he already asked the others and they all said no" he explained, you both agreed to go with him, even if he was annoying and interrupted you, he was still your friend.

You put your shirts back, share another kiss and leave Semi's dorm.

"Nothing" you quickly responded.

"Mhmh, how curious, Semi too was full of hickeys" you eyes widened and you felt your cheeks burning.

Suddenly, realisation hit Tendō.

"OUR SEMISEMI... WITH OUR Y/N?!" the redhead screamed at the top of his lungs, catching everyone's attention. All the team was shocked, and Semi covered his face with his hands from embarrassment.

They might have stood there watching you gravity towards their side of the bed and snuggle into their pillow.. But you can't prove it. It's really nice you're not suspicious because it was date night. You cried or wtv, (it's not or wtv, it was that ugly cry. lip curled back, nose running, ya getting red inna face, hiccuping after every breath, they are concerned dd) anyways you eventually say it back because duh you love, like hello?? Chatter and sounds of utensils filled the cafeteria air as Wakatoshi and (Y/N) comfortably sat beside each other. The quiet pair barely chatted, merely basking in each others presence as they occasionally glanced at each other. The comfortable silence broken by none other than Tendō, Wakatoshi’s school best friend, dropping his poor tray onto the table as he quickly sat down, Semi following suit.

“Ushiwaka, (L/N)! Good morning!” The brightly haired fellow basically yelled, a smile on his face as Semi looked semi-dead. Poor man must’ve not gotten enough sleep to deal with Tendō’s shit this early in the morning.

Wakatoshi acknowledged them with a simple ‘Morning,’ while (Y/N) let out an inaudible hum. He loved hanging with friends, but the cafeteria was always his least favorite place. The loud people, buzzing lights, and all around noises were too much for his brain to handle. The only reason he actually shows up is because he needs food, and Wakatoshi, who also needs food. He’d only been in there for close to twenty minutes and his brain was already feeling foggy. It was beginning to be too much.

(Y/N) listened to three different conversations; some girl talking about a bad break up, a group of friends talking about what to do for the upcoming weekend, something about murder, which is probably about a video game. Probably. The clashing sounds of lights and chatter were getting to his head, no longer able to listen to Tendō’s hyper-fixation ramble on his newest manga series. His breathing quickened, chest feeling cold as his head slightly twitched every which way.

Wakatoshi glanced over at (Y/N), noticing the spaced out look on his face and his subtle twitching. He linked their pinkies with a squeeze, a subtle question wondering if (Y/N) was fine. He quickly settled his gaze back onto his tray. He felt (Y/N) squeeze a couple times; a special thing they did together instead of saying words was tapping or squeezing whatever they held of the other. One for no, two for yes, and three for ‘I love you’. It was perfect communication between two non-sociable human beings.

(Y/N) felt better, knowing someone he trusts is with him. His chest felt warm as he thought about how much Wakatoshi cares about him. (Y/N) could make it to the end with him.

Wakatoshi finished his tray as well as (Y/N), deciding it was time to head back to their dorms and away from people. The two stood, waving goodbye at Tendō and Semi, and placed their trays in the respective area before they made their way back to whoever’s dorm popped up first, pinkies intertwined once again.

The walk was quiet, neither really speaking as they walked through the long hallway filled with different doors. Wakatoshi’s door eventually came up. The two settled inside, the morning sun dimly lighting up the room through Wakatoshi’s curtains. As soon as the door closed (Y/N) wrapped his arms around Wakatoshi, chest to back. His cheek coddled into Wakatoshi, instantly feeling better as Wakatoshi held his hands. The two didn’t talk as they embraced, gentle smiles on both of their faces as they relaxed into each others, and only each others, presence.

Suna Rintaro:

It wasn’t anything new, for you to want to sit in your boyfriend’s lap.

When he was playing with his friends, online? Straddling his lap, both of you comfortably seated as he continues his game.

When you two were watching a movie? If you weren’t already lying down, you would be seated on his lap, his his well-manicured nails gently scratching your scalp.

When you two are on the train? Sitting on his lap to ‘save space’ for the people around you.

You two are insanely affectionate with one another.

Behind closed doors, at least.

PDA can happen, on occasion, but you guys didn’t partake in it all that much.

Usually, near immediately after he or you had gotten home, he’d be dragging you to the couch to pull you into his lap.

Or he would be be dragging you to the bedroom to a ‘mandatory afternoon nap’

However, today was different.

The twins were over, along with a few other members of the volleyball club.

They’d been here all day and even though you loved every one of the Inarizaki team members, you wanted your boyfriend’s affection.

When you come to the conclusion that they have yet to leave and probably won’t be leaving anytime soon, you decide to take matters into your own hands.

Walking over to where your boyfriend sat on the couch with his friends, you halt in front of them, letting him finish what he was saying to Osamu. Once he’s finished, he just grins up at you, already knowing exactly what you want. So, he brings a hand to yours and helps you straddle his lap, your knees sitting on the couch on either side of his hips.

   With a soft hand combing to gently and soothingly drag his nails over your scalp, he ignores the looks he’s getting.

   “Ya’ gettin’ soft on us, ‘ere, Suna?” Atsumu casts a smirk at you two, while you tuck your face into Rintarō’s neck.

    Rintarō just casts him a smug look, “You’re just jealous that you can’t keep anyone.” 

   With an off-handed ‘fuck you’ coming from the blonde twin cast in his direction, Rintarō turns his attention solely back to you, gently kissing your head and rubbing circles against the small of your back, pressing your body against his.

   No one that didn’t see you both near everyday, knew about his affection towards you, about the way that he absolutely adored holding you, being held by you, laying under you, laying on top of you... Just anything that would insure that he was touching you.

   With his gentle, soothing touches taking away the toils of the long day, you find yourself relaxing and falling asleep against your boyfriend. Rintarō, uncaring to the fact his former teammates were watching, gently pulls you closer to him, a soft smile on his face and a sense of pride in his heart.

   You were all his and he loved getting to show you off like this. His partner, who found comfort in his embrace, in just being in his presence.

   Aran grins, “This happen often?”

   “You have no idea.” Rintarō delivers a kiss to your forehead, “Not that I’m complaining. Wouldn’t have it any other way.”

Akaashi Keiji:

Keiji was a hard worker.

Anyone who said otherwise didn’t know him.

You swore, all he did was work sometimes, it worries you.

Tonight was one of the many nights that he’d ended up not coming to bed, because he’d been so caught up in his writing.

You’d become accustomed to it.

Not that you were complaining. Keiji always made time for you and always apologized on nights like tonight when he’d had a particular inspiration that caused him to get enveloped in his writing.

You were just glad he’d gotten a large dinner, in case this was one of those days he got so caught up, he’d write through the night, then be too tired to eat breakfast.

It happened more often that you wished it did, but you knew he always took care of himself, afterwards, so you didn’t nag too much.

Tonight, like most nights, you were craving your fiancé’s warm embrace.

So, pulling one of your smaller blankets onto your shoulders, and letting the rest fall around your frame,

You walk into Keiji’s office.

He doesn’t look up but for a spit second.

But his soft, sweet smile (the same one that made you mELT on the spot) and nearly unnoticed nod confirmed that you could stay.

You were almost always allowed to stay.

Unless he was frustrated with his work.

He didn’t want to accidentally take it out on you (though you know he never truly would, you respected his wishes)

Standing in the doorway, you lean against the doorframe to his office, your favorite blanket held against you by your hands, balling up the corners, just under your chin.

   Keiji knew exactly what you were here for, eyes soft as they meet yours. His nod is only slight, but it’s enough for you to notice, padding over to him and silently waiting next to his chair so he could finish his sentence.

   Though once a period marked his spot on the page, he pushed his chair back a bit, turning it towards you. It was a large, comfy chair, bought for exactly this reason. Keiji silently holds a hand out for you to grasp while you straddle his lap in the chair, knees tucked on either side of him, the blanket slipping loosely over your bodies as you lean into him.

   Tucking the blanket around your shoulders so it wouldn’t fall, you wrap your arms around your fiancé’s waist, your head finding purchase in the crook of his neck. With the side of your head leaning against his shoulder and your face tucked in his neck, your soft breaths tickling his skin, he can’t help but smile.

   It wasn’t long before the soft tapping of the keys on his typewriter lulled you to sleep. The only problem Keiji had, when this happened, was that it was hard to get up from the chair with you, without waking you, if he finished. And after finishing the chapter he was working on, he looks down at your sleeping form with a sleepy smile.

   You were so precious to him and you didn’t even realize it, did you? He wouldn’t be the man he was, without your unconditional love and support for him. And he would spend everyday of the rest of his life, thanking you for it.

   However, right now, he was moving his hand to the side of the rolling chair, hand connecting with the lever to recline the chair (- which he most definitely hadn’t gotten for this exact reason...) After reclining you both, he pulls you up a bit more against him, slipping his glasses off and placing them on the table.

   Keiji’s arms come to wrap around you, securing you against his chest, the sound of your soft breaths and the classical movie he had playing through his study to calm himself, lulling him to sleep as well.

Ushijima Wakatoshi:

It wasn’t often that Wakatoshi even got to sit down, long enough for you to get to cuddle with him in his lap

He was up before you were, every morning.

Though he would always wake you up just enough so he could tell you he loved you before he left.

But that’s another story, back to this one

He did get to share a lunch break with you, but having more than twenty minutes for lunch was usually rare.

He’s always there for dinner, but he’s always so exhausted that he’s likely to just take a shower and pass out, after.

When he was chosen for Japan’s Olympic team? His schedule only got busier.

So who was there to remind him that it was okay to take a break, sometimes?

His lovely partner.

So, on Sundays, his one day off from constant training... Who was there to sit in his lap and prevent him from trying to busy himself with other things, like grocery shopping and overall things that could wait?

That was you, as well.

And who would he be to push his cute partner away when they huffily sat on his lap?

Wakatoshi had only just sat down from his work on attempting to clean your whole house, this morning. He really never took a break, always wanting to busy himself with something.

   So, when I say you jumped on the opportunity, I mean you jumped on him.

   Olive colored eyes move to peer at you, a deep, baritone chuckle escaping your boyfriend. “Trying to make a point?” He muses as you get comfortable in his lap, already holding two water bottles, and your lunch for the day.

   Two Bentos that you spent time making, the previous night, something you tried to do everyday with one another, to make sure that you both got at least a little time together. Moving your legs to rest on the couch beside him, you lean on the arm of the couch so that you can somewhat turn towards him, still seated in his lap.

   “You deserve a break, you know,” You scold lightly, while you open one of the Bentos, allowing your boyfriend to take one from your hands so he can begin eating on his own, a look of amusement on his features as he listens to you. “I could do absolutely nothing and you’d still think I’m deserving of a break. You should keep the same energy when you’re thinking about yourself. As great as it is that you want to keep busy, it’s not healthy. You need you time, where you can tak-”

   Gently cradling the back of your head with a large hand, Wakatoshi presses his lips to yours, effectively silencing you. He draws away after a moment, though he doesn’t move, just pressing his forehead against yours. “Stop worrying,” his chest reverberated with his deep voice, making you smile a bit, feeling it against your arm.

   “Fine, but only if you promise to stop working yourself into the ground.” You state, narrowing your eyes at him, only for the athlete to chuckle and press his lips to yours, briefly, once again. 

   “Anything for you, my dear.”

Yamaguchi Tadashi:

Tadashi loves it when you sit on his lap.

Most favorite thing in the world is when you walk up to him and curl up in his lap.

Usually, he finds you do it when you notice he’s been studying too hard or when he seems to need a break from a project.

But he has known you to do it, whenever you get jealous.

So, when you two were out at a bar, having drinks with his former teammates and the bartender began flirting with him...

You weren’t too happy.

He continued to let them know that he was happily spoken for.

But they were persistent.

Even when you made it a point to place multiple kisses on his lips with a pointed glare towards the bartender, they couldn’t take a hint.

After finding yourself in a conversation with Hinata and Kageyama, you were pulled away from your boyfriend.

You were not happy to look over and find him sitting with Tsukishima, Daichi, and Sugawara at one of the tables in the bar, looking very uncomfortable as the bartender continued to flirt with him.

You trusted Tadashi but you knew by the way he continued to swat their hands away that he was uncomfortable.

And something you hated even more than someone flirting with your boyfriend was someone making him uncomfortable.

That was the final straw for you.

Excusing yourself from the two boys, you began to stomp over.

Your eyes had long-since strayed away from Kageyama and Hinata, now on the little booth that held your boyfriend, his best friend, and two of his former upperclassmen, and by extension, the flirty barkeep.

   You managed to keep yourself calm...

   Until they tried to card a hand through your boyfriend’s long hair. He smacked their hand away, but he couldn’t hide his uncomfortable expression. He hated people touching his hair, unless it was you, of course. With that, you slipped away from the two competing men to walk towards the booth.

   “Excuse me?” With a smile so sweet it would give someone cavities and a glare that could send a chill down anyone’s spine, you brush past the bartender to greet your boyfriend where he sat.

   All you have to do is tap lightly on his shoulder and he’s grinning, sliding back in his seat so you can slide yourself in his lap. His arms come to wrap themselves around you, his chin resting on your shoulder and his long hair tickling your cheek, making you smile and kiss his cheek.

   Then, you turn your gaze back to the bartender, tilting your head a bit, “I’m sorry, did you need something?” You hum, though they only respond with a look of envy, before going to ‘check on’ other customers. “Yeah, that’s what I thought.” Your utterance is caught by the four men at the table, who just shake their heads and grin in amusement.

   Tadashi pinches your sides playfully, nuzzling his nose against your cheek. “Jealous, honey?”

   Ignoring his question, you lean forward and rest your elbows on the table. “So, everyone... What were we talking about again?”

   Tadashi just grins, his hands rubbing your sides as he holds you securely in his lap. He didn’t mind that you were jealous at all, especially is you ended up in his lap like this, every time.

Tendō Satori:

Boy is touch starved as HELL

He fucking craves your touch, all of the time.

You two will be working in his chocolaterie and mans will pull you into a hug ANY TIME you’re not helping a customer.

Your regulars know that you two are happy and very much in love.

Because even after you both got married, you’ve both stayed in the honeymoon phase.

It never stopped.

Every time you hug him, he just... Melts.

So when you come to sit on his lap and feed him chocolate while you both have the shop closed for a lunch break.

His heart melts.

His expression melts.

His everything just melts.

Motherfucker licks your cheek to be goofy, but that’s only after you start poking fun at the way that even now he still melts at your touch.

Flipping the sign around, the red-haired male slumps into a seat. Despite his actions seeming exhausted, you could tell by the grin adorning his lips that he was happy. And how could he not be?

   So many people loved him and his chocolaterie... And he had you. How could he not be happy with his life? Even if life had taken him through the ringer to get here, he was finally here and he was happy, with you. Speaking of you, his eyes flickered over to you as he noticed you bringing some of both yours and his personal favorite treats.

   He tilts his head at you as you approach him. “Watcha doin’?” He cooes as you come to stand in front of him.

   You silently nudge the outside of his feet with one of your own, signaling for him to sit up a bit and close his legs. He doesn’t say a word as he adjusts himself to sit up, already reaching for your waist so you can settle down comfortably in his lap. He tugs on you, causing you to fall into him, laughter escaping you both. 

   Feeding yourself a chocolate, you smile, before then popping on into his mouth. “Spending time with my husband. Something wrong with that?”

   “Not in the least, my dear,” he cooes into your ear, trying to ignore the heat rising in his cheeks, his eyes unable to trail from you. He still couldn’t believe you were all his. That you loved him. 

   “You’re so cute, Tori,” you coo, poking his cheek. “You still act the same way that you did when we first started dating, you know.” 

   He just grins and shrugs, “And somebody loves me for it,” he practically sings the words to you, taking a chocolate from your hands to pop into his mouth, before proceeding to lick your cheek and purposefully smear chocolate on your face.

   “Tori, that’s gross!”
