How do you know where to put the -a's when mario talks? Do you say what he says out loud?

(( There’s certain words that require it from what I know. But to familiarize myself with Mario’s accent I listen to Italian artists singing in english, Italians speaking english and as you said sometimes I might say it out loud to see if it sounds right. ))

Clockwise, you first need to take the 1st door (Gray with a large red button like adornment), the one that takes to the Number World.

From there, if you explore enough, you'll find a door surrounded by binary (0s and 1s) on the floor, that takes you to the Lamp World.

The NPC you need to get the Lamp Effect from is there.
