you bet your sweet ass ill request some headcanons about him. How about him trying to romance another gamer who can kick his ass irl and in games? (They also have a stand)

- Telence may be above-average in physical strength, but he isn’t a head-to-head, physical kind of man. In that way, he’s unsurprised and unfazed by the fact that you could feasibly knock him out if he ever got on your bad side. What catches his attention is your apparent knowledge of video games, and how comfortable you seem to be with the medium. He approaches you one day with the intent of a friendly game - as another one of Dio’s Stand users, he won’t harm you or use Atum on you. He only wants to put your skills to the test. Telence has always had an eye for potential opponents and you fit his criteria.

- He’s thrown by the sheer natural ability you have. He plugs in F-Mega, a game you don’t have too much experience with, and finds himself shocked by how easily you adapt to the controls and the fact that you’re almost on par with his speed and sharp turns throughout the whole race. Maybe he’s losing his touch, or maybe against his better judgement he tears his eyes away from the screen for a quick glance over at your face, but your car tears through the pixellated finish line a tenth of a second before his. Telence, almost not even registering the fact that he’s lost, simply gives you a thin smile and asks if you’d like to play again.

- Telence isn’t the kind of man to be visibly affected or nervous around you. In fact, his emotions are so well-guarded it’s weeks before you even have a suspicion that he’s courting you. There are no grand gestures, no stammers in his voice that may give him away, no gossip among other members of Dio’s court. Telence keeps to himself when he wants to and seeks company when he doesn’t; nothing seems out of the ordinary. You’re the one that brings it up, over another leisurely, friendly game of F-Mega. “Any real reason you keep inviting me over to play?” you ask, only glancing at him for half a second as you make a sharp turn around the track. Telence huffs a small laugh, his car onscreen fighting to pass yours. “Maybe. Maybe not. I’m willing to say that I find you interesting, if that’ll satisfy you.” It doesn’t, and he knows that; the two of you press PAUSE at the same instant and the shy, flickering gazes are gone as you turn that arrogant, competitive energy towards each other.
