Ugh, Teldryn. Beloved. It’s a crime that you cannot romance him. A. CRIME. I shouldn’t have to use mods just to make this a reality. This man is so cocky and confident. Just perfection. Love him. And a wedding? Sign me up.

Would want to have two weddings for cultural reasons. Unless his partner is also a Dunmer. Then one is fine. But if his partner is a Nord, a Mer, etc., he’d want to make sure they are represented.

Teldryn would certainly be laid back about it, but would lean more toward the traditional side of things, specifically with the Dunmer ceremony.

Before the Dunmer marriage ceremony, Teldryn and his partner would honor his departed ancestors as is custom.

If they’re also a Dunmer, there would be a show of bringing the lesser clan into the greater one. But if they are not Dunmer, it would just be a show of bringing a new member into the clan rather than a merging.

Usually, a married couple would bind themselves through ritual, taking an oath, etc. This might vary depending on who Teldryn is marrying.

Teldryn is the one to select and oversee the making of his partner’s marriage robes for the Dunmer ceremony. This is incredibly sacred and he takes great care with this.

When it comes to planning, he’d take an active part, but ultimately allow his partner to make the final decisions. He only wants them to be happy, but will also step in if they appear too stressed. Weddings shouldn’t be stressful affairs.

It isn’t until the day of that Teldryn is actually nervous. Funny enough, he’s outwardly himself. Calm. Cool. Collected. But internally the man is a mess.

When he sees his partner for the first time, Teldryn is not stunned to silence. He is grinning with pride.

It is the party that comes after where Teldryn kicks back.

He drinks far too much and only mildly makes a fool of himself.

Teldryn has a secret sweet tooth, and won’t hesitate when it comes to the sweet treats.

While dancing isn’t really his thing, for his partner he’ll give them as many dances as they want.

Doesn’t sing along with the bard but has the urge to.

When his partner is ready to dip, Teldryn isn’t one to miss the signal. He will not hesitate to usher his partner out of the party when they’re ready.

What comes after the wedding could go two ways in my mind. If Teldryn is tired from the day, he may just want to hold his new spouse close until the morning.

If he still has some energy in him, he will certainly propose more carnal endeavors (but only if it is reciprocated).

If his partner is a bit shy, Teldryn isn’t going to push. He’s more than happy to take it slower, to enjoy everything at a more languid pace.

It's probably what drew him towards you in the first place!

So as you grew closer he'd ask you question after question. He'd basically study you, your people, your homeland.

He'd want to visit your homeland too, and would be lowkey annoyed if he wouldn't be able to.

It's a mixture of 'I need to know. I need to experience everything' but also 'this person is the love of my life and I need to experience their life.'

Honestly? Its super cute, his interest is amazing and seeing his reactions to stories makes it all the more better to tell him everything there is to know.

A random Teldryn Sero headcanon I have

So basically I think that he is EXTREMELY impulsive. Like, he gets the slightest thought of cutting his hair and boom. He's teleported to a mirror and has already got the dagger (or scissors, I don't know if there are Skyrim scissors or not).

I also think that he's really good at cutting hair because of this, which is how he maintains the mohawk. Also he cut his hair into the mohawk himself, and he's very proud of it.

Bonus headcanon

He is extremely protective of his hair too. Basically if you don't know him very well and try to touch his hair, he will absolutely bitch slap you across the room

Tarak Discription and Personality

-Being an Altmer/Nord mix he definitely has height and muscle on his side, got the best of both worlds in his opinion

Teldryn

My headcanon design for Teldryn. We actually rather dislike his Chitin armor, so we changed it out for Bonemold instead. His face under there is mostly unchanged, and we've yet to draw it.

I also thought the only way to improve him, aside from giving him simple depth, flavour, and lore, was to give him a motorcycle.

It's mostly reverse-engineered Dwemer technology, stolen and changed around to fit the Dunmer's needs more.

The Dwemer themselves didn't have motorcycles, but did have all the parts required to make one. Powered by soul gems, and made half out of Dwarven metals, and half out of Ebony.

Despite the ingenuity of the creation, the Dunmer found that they were too expensive and complicated to mass produce, making them about as rare as Silt Striders nowadays. Teldryn treats his bike like it's a baby, especially considering it's quite possibly the only one of its kind.

Loving his bike doesn't stop him from making completely and utterly insane moves, however.

Think fast, s'wit.

PDA is usually defined as any sort of intimacy that revolves around hand holding, kissing, touching, etc, but I’d argue that affection is a broad term that can be applied to many areas.

For inns, taverns, or anything involving drink and a good time, Teldryn needs to be right next to you. He will keep one hand on your thigh—nowhere else. Not the knee, or an arm around your shoulder. It has to be the thigh. A hand on the thigh is a sign of ownership. It is a clear message to everyone else in the room to stay away. He might be smiling and enjoying himself, but he’s always aware of where his hand needs to be.

If there is music, and he’s had a few drinks, Teldryn is up for a bit of dancing. He likes it because he can be close to you, and for him, it’s like the two of you are in your own little bubble. Doesn’t matter if the place is packed or completely empty. It’s a different kind of intimacy you just can’t get when you’re on the road. With this, he might be more forward, more willing to place his hands in places that might be publicly deemed lewd.

Teldryn will not grab or kiss you roughly in front of others. He might do it to annoy you or tease, but not because he enjoys it. He prefers the softer touches and displays of affection. He’ll slide his arm around your waist and tuck you close. In a dark corner, he’ll lean in and whisper your name to draw your attention to him, only to greet your response with a kiss.

In times of relaxation, whether at an inn or inside a shop, if he’s not occupied with something, Teldryn will be close to you. Not on top of you or stepping on your feet, but within range in case you need anything. As he’s perusing a shelf or admiring weapons on the wall, Teldryn may reach out, seeking you, only to briefly connect before drawing away again. It could be as small as the tips of his fingers brushing against your arm or his palm on your back.

While Teldryn is cocky, he doesn’t need to flaunt anything to prove that he cares about you. He is confident, and he knows where the two of you stand. Teldryn won’t strut around like a colorful bird. He will stand tall and yet completely relaxed. There might be a swagger in his step when he walks around with you in public, but it’s subdued, more of a delighted kick in his step.

Public displays of affection that include kisses, hugs, and touching are completely on the table. Teldryn won’t say no to those if you ask, and he will ask for them in return. At an inn or tavern, and only after several drinks, he might be very handsy, even going so far as to pull you in his lap. A few drinks can break that demeanor and make him ravenous.

Teldryn prefers placing his hand on your lower back over holding hands.

Teldryn likes to hold hands only when the two of you are stationary or standing next to each other.

He prefers subtle, sweet kisses over messy ones. Teldryn saves those for when the two of you are alone.

Loves toying with your hair, and rubbing your back when he thinks no one is looking.

Is always willing to do a bit more if he believes the two of you won’t be caught.

You see when Jenassa was seventeen she ran away from her home and she was the heiress of Arano

Jenassa contracted a mercenary named Teldryn Sero to get her away from Blacklight

Teldryn really didn't want to cross the Aranos especially over seemingly a young girl who just doesn't want to be heiress to her family so he contacted Adril Arano and an ambush was sprung at the docks of Mournhold to have the young girl returned home

Teldryn expects her to yell and scream and fight maybe run maybe just throw a tantrum e doesn’t have children and he doesn’t want any he’s just interested in being paid but watching them interact watching all the hope drain from the girl’s face her father stalk towards her and strike her across the face before dragging her upright and striking her again watching her shoulders slump and what little fight she had disappear Teldryn very suddenly realizes how wrong he was

Her father’s hand on her shoulder is too tight he hisses under his breath "Just you wait until we get home, how dare you do this to our family?" He barely acknowledges Teldryn’s presence and even then only to toss him a bag of coin and shortly thank him for the service if he could spit in the man’s smug face he would

Teldryn worked on a plan to get the young girl out of her home and while she didn't trust him initially she did go with him the two snuck aboard a ship to Raven Rock and Teldryn would be damned if he'd ever let Adril touch her again

Jenassa changed her name she never mentions her birthname that's not who she is she isn't an Arano anymore and she has no intention on reconciling with her parents either

She kept in touch with Teldryn throughout the seven years between then and the events of Skyrim they would write letters to each other and they have come to see themselves as father and daughter
