All jobs in Canada are categorized using the five-digit National Occupational Classification, or NOC, code, which is a database created by the Canadian government. These codes designate every position that is open in Canada for a methodical categorization that aids in the tracking, collecting, organizing, analyzing, and dissemination of labor market data. As a prospective applicant, this information helps you comprehend different services and programs, forecast occupation, assess the supply and demand of labor, and stay informed about the labor market.
Unit groups make up the National Occupational Classification (NOC) code, and each is denoted by a five-digit code. With every new code number, NOC users can delve deeper into the structure, gaining more accuracy and establishing the unique characteristics associated with a given employment.
The broad occupational category and TEER category are represented by the first two digits of the NOC code structure. Sub-major groups are represented by the first three digits, minor groups are represented by the first four digits, and unit groups are represented by the final five digits.

Okay so, the portal open in Danny changing him right, so he got to be a halfa.
But an explosive opening TEERING a hole in the dimension have got to blow and fuse large amounts of ectoplasm into nearby bodies.
Such as,
The closest, Sam and Tucker.
The farthest, Jazz.
Sam and Tucker get powers based on their obsessions!
Sam saving the planet, the green, a need for equality with everyone whither by legalities fighting or comfort ( complete plant and fungal control, omni language to talk with everyone and everything).
Tucker coding master, immediate knowledge about every technology that has ever popped into creation and immediate need to tinker ( man builds himself similar suit of technus while upgrading it every second).
They have high amounts of ectoplasm so they can easily change into spectra's human form ( they're still ghosts but it's practically an upgrade)
Jazz, as being the farthest one gets just enough to put her in a coma, her body's practically living on a string.
So for her love of psychology and interest in what's going on deeper in the minds of everyone around her.
She gets the ability of forcing people into unconsciousness when she finds their "line" and bringing them to her reality, the subconscious where she's in complete control.
She keeps herself alive by staying in REM sleep.
She could feel or have an idea of what's happening around the person's thread or 'line' she holds. Giving her the ability to act only as a "gut feeling" in the outside world or with a lot of energy some words.
So she helps the phantom team rest and slips academic information into their heads to keep up their grades. Makes sure to lower Danny's heart beats when he looses to much blood to allow him to heal while letting him create his own safe place or play and relax in it to lessen the pain.
Which helps the team greatly, and with more power and fighters their stress and workload decreases.
But when the team doesn't need her at the moment which is most times, she trains, strengthens her "realm" and enlarges it. She teaches herself how to hold and host multiple people at the same time just in case of disasters.
So when she finds that a vigilant or hero in need of lowering their heart rate she brings them to her realm.
Jason never expected to meet someone when joker killed him.
Batman never expected to hear someone tell him where exactly his son was.
(That was the bat's first introduction, many heroes would come forth about the young adult they would meet when obtaining lethal wounds.)

Express Entry: Does My Work Experience Impact My CRS Score?
Tumblr media
As a Canadian immigration applicant through one of the three programs contained within the Express Entry system, it is important to know what does and does not impact your Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score.
The National Occupation Classification 2021 (NOC 2021) code that corresponds with a candidate’s work experience will not impact their CRS score unless they have arranged employment waiting for them when they arrive in Canada.
However, NOC codes are still an important aspect of Express Entry more generally, especially in the context of category-based Express Entry draws and Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs).
Read on to learn more about how Express Entry functions, and exactly how your NOC code can increase your chances of successful immigration to Canada.
Background Information on CRS Scores
CRS scores are used by Canada’s federal government to rank candidates who apply to any of the country’s three Express Entry-managed programs – the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and the Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) – against each other prior to issuing a round of invitations (otherwise known as conducting an Express Entry draw).
Note: CRS scores are a determining factor in the context of standard Express Entry draws, which rank candidates based on these scores and issue Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence (PR) in Canada to those with a CRS score above the cut-off score for that specific draw. This is not the case for category-based Express Entry draws (more on those later).
What are NOC codes?
Canada’s NOC system is the way the federal government in this country classifies, describes, differentiates and outlines jobs according to their “main duties, educational requirements or other useful information.”
Each occupation classified under this system is given a unique number for categorization purposes, and this number is referred to as the occupation’s NOC code. Every NOC code is represented by a five-digit number.
NOC Codes and Standard Express Entry Draws
As it relates to standard Express Entry draws, a candidate’s NOC may make them eligible for additional CRS points, which improves their chances of receiving an ITA for Canadian PR.
Specifically, in the CRS’ Additional Points section (Category D), the Government of Canada outlines that Express Entry candidates can receive either 50 or 200 additional CRS points for “Arranged Employment”.
Under this category, Express Entry candidates with arranged employment (an existing job offer before landing in Canada) in an occupation that falls under Major Group 00* of the NOC 2021 will receive 200 additional points towards their CRS score. Meanwhile, candidates with a qualifying job offer in any other occupation — under NOC TEER 0 (other than Major Group 00), 1, 2 or 3 – will receive 50 additional CRS points.
In either circumstance, the extra CRS points that are attainable depending on a candidate’s NOC can make a significant difference in their ability to succeed with immigration to Canada via standard Express Entry draws.
*The NOC’s Major Group 00 is an occupational group designated specifically for occupations classified as “Senior Management” positions. These include legislators; senior government managers and officials; and senior managers in a variety of industries including but not limited to finance, communications, health, broadcasting, construction and transportation.
NOC Codes and Category-Based Express Entry Draws
Category-based draws allow the government to prioritize immigration candidates with recent work experience in specific in-demand industries (as well as those with French-language proficiency). Bringing candidates to Canada with work experience in these specific occupations will help the country address some of the nation’s most potent labour market gaps.
For 2023, the five occupational categories that Canada has chosen to focus on are healthcare; science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); transport; trades; and agriculture/agri-food.
NOC codes factor into category-based draws because every eligible occupation under each of the five in-demand categories has its own individual NOC. Therefore, immigration candidates with recent work experience in an occupation that falls under a certain NOC code may be eligible for immigration to Canada through category-based draws in addition to their standard Express Entry eligibility.
Tumblr media
The following list provides a group of examples (alongside their NOC code) of occupations that are eligible under each of the Express Entry categories chosen for 2023:
Healthcare: Dentists (NOC: 31110); Massage Therapists (NOC: 32201)
STEM: Architects (NOC: 21200); Engineering Managers (NOC: 20010)
Transport: Transport Truck Drivers (NOC: 73300)
Trades: Residential and Commercial Installers and Servicers (NOC: 73200)
Agriculture and Agri-Food: Butchers - Retail and Wholesale (NOC: 63201)
NOC Codes and the Provincial Nominee Program
The value of an immigration candidate’s NOC as it relates to their work experience lies in the fact that different provinces have different labour market gaps that they need to address through their local PNP. In other words, if a candidate’s work experience falls under a certain NOC, they may make themselves more desirable to a province or territory looking for skilled workers with their specific employment history and skillset.
Background on Canada’s PNPs
PNPs, which are operated in all Canadian provinces and territories excluding Quebec and Nunavut, are provincial/territorial immigration programs designed to help individual regions across Canada bring in foreign nationals who they feel will best help the region address local labour market and economic challenges.
Note: PNPs represent the largest immigration stream among all economic-class immigration programs operated across Canada.
In other words, PNPs allow the local governments in each participating province or territory to select specific immigration candidates and offer these individuals PR in their region. This maneuver, again, is aimed at selecting the immigration candidates most capable of helping address the most potent labour market gaps in a specific region across this country and enticing these individuals to settle in that specific area by offering them permanent residence there.
Within each PNP, all 11 of which are broken down by province here, each province and territory operates a number of individual streams that cater to foreign nationals with a variety of professional backgrounds.
As an example, the following three provinces (the top destination provinces, excluding Quebec, among new Canadian permanent residents in 2022) include streams for professionals in many occupations:
Ontario: Nurse Aides, Transport Truck Drivers, Construction Trades Helpers/Labourers (Ontario Employer Job Offer: In-Demand Skills Stream)
British Columbia: Nurses, Physicians, Psychiatric Nurses (Skills Immigration: Healthcare Professional Category)
Alberta: Farm Workers (Alberta Farm Stream)

Valid Job Offers for Canada Express Visa Entry
You can get more Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points for Arranged Employment through the Express Entry system for immigration to Canada if you have a legitimate work offer from a Canadian employer. Only some job proposals qualify you for Arranged Employment points, so more is needed to have a Canadian firm interested in hiring you.
Any job offer made through Express Entry must meet a number of requirements in order to receive the additional CRS points. Only specific job scenarios are genuinely eligible for the extra Express Entry CRS points linked to a Job Offer.  Your NOC code and the kind of employment circumstance you are in are the two key criteria that determine whether your Canadian job offer qualifies for Express Entry.
Also visit: Immigration consultants in Chandigarh
Different Types of Employment that are Qualified for Valid Job Opportunity for Express Entry
For Express Entry, a job offer that depends on a Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is acceptable.
A dual-purpose Labor Market Impact Assessment is an acceptable job offer for Express Entry regardless of whether the work visa has yet to be awarded, provided that you apply for PR while the LMIA is still in effect.
A valid employment offer for Express Entry is based on an employer-specific work permit, the fact that it does not depend on an LMIA but fits into specified categories.
Does the NOC Code Affect the Employment Points
You will receive 200 Express Entry CRS points for Arranged employment if your eligible job scenario falls within NOC code 00.  You are eligible for 50 Express Entry CRS points for the Arranged job if your qualified job circumstance falls under one of the other NOC codes, such as Teer 0, 1, 2, or 3.
Remember that only Senior Management Positions are eligible for the 200 CRS points for Arranged Employment.  Senior managers often have titles like vice president or chief executive officer and are in charge of departments that middle managers oversee.  You will get 50 CRS points as a NOC 0 role if you have a managerial position, but it is not Senior Management.
Do You Have a Job Offer In Canada- How to Answer this Express Entry Question?
This is one of those complex details for which Express Entry is renowned.  It is still an excellent choice to respond "Yes" when Express Entry asks, despite you having a job contract in Canada, if the working situation falls outside of the categories above that qualify you for the additional points for arranged employment.  This is because a lot of Provinces utilize this question as a criterion to decide whether or not they will extend a Notification of Interest to you.  You have a better probability of getting a NOI if you are employed in that province and state somewhere in your online application that you are interested in relocating there.
To avoid mistakenly receiving more points for Arranged Employment in your expedited entry profile, thoroughly complete the remaining questions in that portion of your profile.  For instance, if the query asks if your employer is listed on the work permit, you should respond NO if you have an open work permit.  Determine who genuinely qualifies to receive the Arranged Employment Comprehensive Ranking System points and who is not eligible by answering the extra questions.
Job Offer Letter for Express Entry Visa
For Express Entry, the IRCC has particular requirements for the employment offer letter. The Canadian employer must send a letter using the format described below:
Include the following information in the letter, which is printed on business letterhead:
Candidate's name
Contact details for the business (address, phone, email)
Name, title, and signature of the company representative
Expected start date for the position
An assertion that the position is ongoing, full-time, and non-seasonal
A job offer that is valid for a minimum of twelve months after the employee becomes a permanent citizen.
Also visit: Immigration consultants in Chandigarh
You should have written a fresh letter, especially for your Express Entry application. Work contracts that you have previously signed are probably too old to be helpful for your current application because the majority of regular work contracts fail to include all of the crucial features required by IRCC.
In the Arranged Employment portion of your Express Entry application, you must provide extra papers beside or in addition to the signed employment acceptance letter from your Canadian employer.
You must also submit a copy of the LMIA and a confirmation of the work permit if your work permit is dependent on the LMIA.
You must also submit a copy of the legitimate dual intent LMIA if you have one.
You must submit a copy of your employer-specific work permit together with evidence that that company has employed you for at least a year if your work permit is LMIA-exempt but qualifies you for arranged employment.
Employment Record vs. Arranged Employment Record for Express Entry
If your present position qualifies you for Arranged Employment points under Express Entry, you must submit two different letters from your employer—an acceptance of employment letter and a recommendation letter. The fundamental distinction is that while the reference letter details what has previously occurred, the job offer letter outlines what will happen in the future.
For instance, a very basic reference letter may include something like this: "Please note that this candidate has been operating (or did work) for the organization in this position, throughout this time, performing these duties, on a full-time basis, and was compensated for this amount." The document, which is only signed by the employer, acts as a history of the events.
Alternatively, a sample acceptance letter for Express Entry can read, in part or in full, as follows: "We are delighted to present this employment offer to you for this position of responsibility, commencing this date, doing these tasks, on a full-time basis, which means you will be paid this amount. Please sign if you concur below. The job offer letter serves as a legal contract outlining the terms of the agreement and is acknowledged by both the company and the candidate.
Bottom Line
One of the components of the Express Entry Programme that needs to be clarified is an express entry job offer. Make sure your Express Entry procedure for Canadian immigration is correctly managed by getting in touch with us, the leading Immigration consultants in Chandigarh, right away to increase your chances of getting the Canadian Permanent Resident Visa you're after. Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada won't assist you in fixing problems with your application after you submit it, so it must be faultless when you do.

Five provinces have issued invitations in the most recent round of draws through provincial immigration programs provinces invite candidates through Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs) allowing governments to select economic immigration candidates who are the most likely to integrate easily into the provincial economy and contribute to the labour force.
These provinces are allocated a specific number of invitations they can use to target newcomers in the 2023 immigration levels plan has a target of admitting over 105,000 new permanent residents to Canada through the PNP.
Quebec does not use the PNP province has a unique agreement with the federal government that allows it to select all economic immigrants who wish to settle in the province.
Ontario has invited 883 candidates combined through the Master’s Graduate stream and Ph.D. candidate stream of the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP). Both draws occurred on April 4.
There were 772 candidates invited through the Master’s Graduate stream with a minimum cut-off score of 52 and above 131 Ph.D. Graduate stream candidates needed a score of 48 was the first draw of 2023 for Ph.D. candidates.
Ontario also recently announced that it is investing an additional $25 million over three years to support doubling the number of skilled immigrants province says this investment will speed up processing and enhance security, along with other IT updates.
British Columbia invited 175 candidates through the BC PNP on April 4. Of these, 175 were in a general draw, meaning no specific occupation was targeted were candidates in the skilled worker streams with minimum SIRS scores of 103, International Graduates with minimum SIRS scores of 103 and Entry –Level and Semi-Skilled candidates with minimum SIRS scores of 85.
On March 30, Quebec invited 619 candidates through the Quebec Regular Skilled Workers Program issued to candidates who met the criteria of specific TEER NOC codes across several in-demand sectors.

The province recently announced a 67% increase in its PNP allocation for 2023. This follows a meeting of the Forum of Ministers Responsible for Immigration (FMRI), where the immigration ministers endorsed a multi-year PNP program proposed by Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) this point, provinces only received their allocations one year at a time.
Alberta invited 150 candidates through the Express Entry stream of the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program (AAIP) on March 30 (results have only been available recently).

HOW TO CREATE AN AUTISM FRIENDLY WORK ENVIRONMENT
Autism is a lot more common than you think, and those who have it can struggle to get and keep jobs despite being well qualitied for them. By making a few changes and being aware ot how to create an autism-triendly work environment, you can more easily hire and keep great employees with autism.
Autism...
Includes a wide range of symptoms and not everyone has the same ones.
Can be (but not always) include anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, speech disorders, sensory processing disorders, and/or others.
Can (but not always) include physical problems like digestion issues, lack of coordination, obesity, migraines, and/or others.
Affects men and women equally (but doesn’t always look the same), as well as all ethnicities.
Is not always diagnosed before adulthood, and is difficult to get adults diagnosed.
When Interviewing for a Position:
Being awkward and anxious in an interview has nothing to do with their work performance. If concerned call their references to learn how they perform in a work environment.
Be aware that making eve contacs can be awkward and uncomfortable for those with autism and makes it difficult for them to focus on your words.
Be aware that eyperience can come from informal sources beyond college and previous jobs, such as hobbies and volun-teering.
Be open to virtual interviews where possible, especially early in the interviewing brocess.
Check vour biases: most accommodations cause little to no real inconvenience to emplovers and other employees
Don't assume they have autism just because vou think they fit some of the sumntoms. You can offer accommodations if they struggle later but otherwise it’s none of your business
Be Aware of Environmental Stressers:
Harsh and unnatural lighting
Loud and crowded work areas
Lack of privacy at workstations
Strong smells, including air fresheners
Unnecessarily strict dress codes
When you hire someone with autism...
Don’t…
Require them to get permission to step out when having anxiety
Discuss their autism with their coworkers
Assume they don’t need accommodations because they “seem normal”
Push them to take part-time roles before trying a full-time position
Wait until vou hire someone with autism to learn about autism
Instead…
Provide private spaces so they can handle anxiety themselves
Let them talk or not talk about it at their own pace
Listen to and encourage your employees to discuss their needs without penalty
Allow reasonable absences for health and flexible hours for making up work
Research common disorders and disabilities and what employers can do to create a more inclusive workplace
How Good Management Reduces Stress:
Schedule meetings well in advance
Don't require overtime, especially unexpectedly
Don't make social events mandatory
Encourage regular breaks
Be transparent about expectations
Ask how they prefer to ask for help (in-person or email)

The Incomplete History of Secret Organizations - How to Crack the Code
Now that Season Three of A Series of Unfortunate Events has aired, I feel it’s about time to finally tell y’all the Code from The Incomplete History of Secret Organizations- for those of you who can’t get the book, haven’t read it yet, can’t figure out the code, or who just don’t wanna spend time finding it out yourselves.
On page 188 of The Incomplete History of Secret Organizations, the key to cracking a code sprinkled throughout the book is provided:
Tumblr media
WARNING → THERE IS A SECRET MESSAGE IN THIS BOOK
You may have noticed a cross-referencing technique that appears throughout these pages, looking as such: (See: Notorious Researchers, pg. 30). This device is a helpful way to direct readers to relevant information that can be found elsewhere in a text.
It is also a handy way to send a secret message.
Every librarian knows that books contain secrets, and hiding a secret message in the pages of a book is a frequent VFD tactic. Volunteers who cleverly cross-reference will discover the message, while their enemies, who rarely finish a book, remain unaware.
If you have read this far, you may be wondering how to discover this message yourself. First read the book carefully, making note of any parentheticals shaded an unusual hue. This is no printer error; it is a key informing you that part of the message can be found on the suggested page. Follow the references and locate the letters colored a corresponding hue. These letters are scrambled, not unlike an anagram. Once you have unscrambled the word, write it on the color-coded line of this telegram. Completing the telegram will reveal the answer to a question that has stumped philosophers, police inspectors, and even Lemony Snicket:
What comes after the end of The End?
Next to this description is a photo of a telegram, which is fourteen words long:
___ ____ __ _______
____ ___ __ _____
____ ____ _____
__ _____ _____
And, indeed, each word is underlined in a different color.
Now... onto cracking the code.
As referenced, there are occasional cross-references in the text. And sometimes, the See: is in the color you need to look for.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
If you follow each See to its corresponding page, you’ll find letters scattered across the text that are in the color you need to find. These letters make up each word.
Word-by-word, let’s see what we can find:
The first word, in dark purple, is on page 133: The Reptile Room. To be honest, this is the hardest word to find: the dark color is very close to the color of the actual text. There are three letters here, in the following sentences:
You always want to do something new, but at the same time, I wanted to see if there were clues I could integrate into the design.
This flips it so the priority is the reptiles, and his own living space is sort of diminutive.
And in “The Reptile Room,” [Monty]’s delighted to share his world with these kids.
otw
The second word is on page 99: Toupees for Toddles, in an orange-ish color. There are four letters, which can be found in the following sentences:
“Well, we can’t put a wig on a baby.”
It’s one of the oddest things I’ve ever done in my career, applying a little wig on a baby.
When we started the second season, Presley had grown her hair long enough that we could actually create the ponytail with here own hair, which was a relief.
ests
The third word, in a hot pink, is on page 130: Mr Poe’s Office. There are only two letters, which can be found in the following sentences:
It can be goofy, but it’s never goofy-stupid.
He’s the guy that’s literally standing between Olaf and the Baudelaire fortune.
of
The fourth word, on page 110: How to Dress for a Masked Ball, in a gray-blue color, can be found in the following sentences, with seven letters:
The flashback that opens “The Carnivorous Carnival” is set at a Venetian-style masked ball, where masks conceal a number of familiar faces. Cynthia Summers designed each mask with the character in mind, including Dr Orwell’s “eyeglasses,” a Medusa-inspired snake mask for Uncle Monty, and theatrical comedy/tragedy masks for the Snicket Brothers. (Jacques wears the comedy mask, while Lemony, of course, is tragedy.) The ball also marks the first on-screen appearance of the mysterious Beatrice, described in the script as “a beautiful woman dressed as a dragonfly.”
eidnrsf
The fifth word, four letters long, is on page 45: Olivia Caliban/Madame Lulu, is in gray:
A dangling thread from Season One was a certain book on secret organizations discovered by Justice Strauss - a book whose title will be familiar to anyone reading this.
Still, they liked the idea of a character finding The Incomplete History of Secret Organizations and having the book change your life, as it will no doubt change yours.
While the book’s version of Olivia is a veteran agent of dubious morality, the show reinvents her as a noble school librarian struggling against institutional corruption.
There, disguised as Madame Lulu, she fulfills her mission of passing the book to the Baudelaires - and sacrifices herself at the lion pit to save their lives.
jtsu
The sixth word, colored light orange, is on page 109: How to Dress for a Career in Food Service. The three letters can be found here:
Author Daniel Handler explains that the VFD agents we meed in the show are the types of people whom children notice by adults overlook.
You’re going to notice things that are invisible to the adults talking over your head.
Take a good look at the restaurant’s terrifying logo.
uto
On page 141: The Miserable Mill is the seventh word, in two red letters:
“The Wide Window” left us with no more stage space, so it forced us to shoot the mill at a real location, an old dock building which we then tried to make look like a stage.
Klaus comes back from the eye doctor, but he isn’t quite himself.
fo
The eighth word is on page 97: The Real Sugar Bowl. There are five light purple letters:
According to Esme, it was stolen from her by Beatrice, and according to Olivia, it may have been the reason for the VFD schism. It’s not the first sugar bowl to play a vital role in a work of classic literature (interested parties may seek out We Have Always Lived in The Castle at their local library), but Daniel Handler muses on another possible inspiration: “There a whole sugar scene in the movie Midnight (See: Snicket, Jacques, pg 44) that must have seeped into me when I was a child. Somehow I think that was one of the sugar bowls of literature that ended up sneaking in.”
The existence of four identical sugar bowl [props] may be of interest to Esme Squalor, or at least her actress, Lucy Punch, who requested to keep one when the series wrapped. “My character was so desperate for it,” says Punch. “It seemed appropriate.”
eahrc
The ninth word, in blue, is on page 172: The Carnivorous Carnival. There are four letters:
There’s literally no program you can watch that’s any wierce.
The aesthetic of carnivals and circuses is naturally creepy and absurd to begin with. And then you add the overlay of our material, where everything is filtered  through the Baudelaires, so the sets are designed to be seen as if you’re a vulnerable child glimpsing this horrible world and trying to maintain hope.
Count Olaf arrives at Caligari Carnival, where he hopes the fortune-teller can help him.
wlli
The tenth word is on page 89: The Many Faces of Barry Sonnenfeld. There are four green letters:
and in “The Vile Village,” he’s the fire chief posing with his Dalmatian int he firehouse-turned-saloon.
A common ancestor to our series’ interconnected families?
Barry birthday is April Fool’s Day, and for his birthday, I decided to knock off a painting with him in it.
We’re shooting the Hotel Denouement right now, and the whole hotel isi based on the Dewey Decimal System, and each floor is a different subject.
eetm
On page 64-65: The Sinister Songs, you can find five magenta letters for the eleventh word:
“I was a huge fan of the books in my twenties, and I  was also a huge fan of Barry Sonnenfeld, so to see those two come together and actually be a part of it was unreal.”
Count Olaf introduces himself to the Baudelaires with this song and dance - ignoring the fact he’s already met them. Handlers says, “Singing is perfect for Count Olaf because he imagines himself so wonderful.”
All of the dance numbers were choreographed by Paul Becker, who pulled double duty in the first half of “The Carnivorous Carnival”.
She’s had quite an exciting / Time on the road
agina
On page 24: Violet the Inventor, there are two gray letters for the twelfth word:
But now those inventions, like the Baudelaire mansion itself, are gone.
She promised her parents she would always look after them, and while Count Olaf’s schemes have put that promise to the test, Violet’s managed to stand strong in even the most unfortunate situation.
on
Pages 116-117: Deciphering Code: Using the Dials of the Spyglass, has five purple letters for the thirteenth word:
As a volunteer, you already know why and when the spyglass was created (See: Motion Picture, Pg 10) but we will briefly recap its history here.
A permanent mark has its advantages, since even the most absent-minded member rarely leave the house without their ankle (See: Peg Leg, pg 86), but it has its drawbacks too, particularly if the organization undergoes a schism, so that the same symbol that once stood for comradery and literacy suddenly represents treachery and pyromania now that it is inscribed on the ankles of your enemies.
But just as a movie might be more than a movie, a spyglass can be more than a spyglass.
Critics called these films terrible, which was the point: Sebald wanted to ensure that no one would want to see them besides other volunteers, who would be more interested in their secret messages than their artistic value.
The cinema’s projectionist assigns the film a production code made up of a unique combination of numbers and symbols.
riynb
The fourteenth and final word can be found on page 32: Who is Lemony Snicket? There are five pale green letters:
He is currently investigating the lives of the Baudelaire orphans,  though his reason for doing so is unknown, as are his whereabouts.
Mr. Snicket can be identified by his dry wit, his tailored suits, and his ankle tattoo, as well as his tendency to launch into wordy monologues containing Very Frequent Definitions.
But when developing the series for Netflix, Barry Sonnenfeld and Daniel Handler independently felt that their Snicket should be seen as well as heard.
And they both independently thought of Patrick Warburton, a frequent Sonnenfeld collaborator whom Handler had loved in a little-seen film called The Woman Chaser. Volunteers who track it down will note that it features Warburton speaking to the camera in a suit and a deadpan style that one might call Serlinig-esque - or Snicket-esque.

The Code
So now we have all the words:
otw ests of eidnrsf

Which do not take a long time to unscramble...
What comes after the end of The End?
Well, it turns out... the code is a couplet...
Two sets of friends, just out of reach
Will meet again on Briny Beach.
