This is the scene that sold it to me folks. The unabashed PDA. Tee's proud and fond little smirk as he ushers White onto his lap. The fact that White looks adorably pocket-sized and at home perched there. The arm around his waist, the hand on his knee. White only has to say 'please' nicely and Tee's resistance crumbles in 0.2 seconds. Oh and we come to learn that Tee has chronic resting bitch face except for when he's looking at White.

TeeWhite is actually adorable - Yes I am aware that reads as Unhinged.

I binged all of DFF today and yesterday, but kind of in a jumbled order - eps 6, then 5,7 and then 1,2,3 and 4. So hear me out.

I know Tee is an all-round horrible person, but I truly want to see more of TeeWhite, precisely because he is so horrible. It's the typical Criminal falls in love with a Sunshine Angel cliche we see all the time, but I do truly love it. I loved the scenes with Top and later Tan where Tee is worried about White and desperate to return to him, and the last scene of ep 4 where Fluke points his gun at them and Tee's first instinct is to cover White.

It might be that White is in league with Phee to avenge Non, or maybe the next ep will show us that he's not quite such an angel after all, and in fact had a hidden role in Non's fate, but with the information we have now, TeeWhite is the exact kind of Toxic-but-we-make-it-work slash I'm-an-asshole-with-everyone-but-you trope that I love. And if White survives to the end like we all expect him to and then reveals himself to be Non's brother New, I will be replaying Tee's reaction to that revelation till my screen is worn down.

And Tee needs to survive till the end for that to actually happen.

Same with Phee and Jin.

I'm not surprised by how many people voted for Phee + Non, but I am by how many were rooting for Tee + Non, since they weren't canon.

It would've definitely been classified a bl if it did go that route though -- cast off by a scorned lover only to fall for the guy who destroyed his world to begin with. Even more tragic.

Watched ep 8, and the White withdrawal is hitting hard. Hopefully ep 9 will bring TeeWhite back, because I am a sucker for a good romance (however doomed it is by the narrative) and they're hitting all the spots. I am so ready to see how the little sunshine got with this literal gangster. Even if it was a planned encounter, the romance or the 'meet-cute' had to be convincing enough for the gang, especially for Tee to be as fond of him as he is.

Fluke can go fuck himself though. I hope the gun misfires and he dies by his own hand.

On another note, I really wish BL writers would open a tumblr account, if only to look up what their characters' ship name brings up in search. I am tired of seeing kpop stars (as much as I love them) and T-shirt brands every time I look up 'TeeWhite'.
