It’s amazing how much better I feel after my daily workout. Being stuck inside doesn’t mean you can’t have an awesome work out or get incredibly fit! There’s something about being able to look at the great outdoors while exercising that helps my brain feel as though it got to go outside and for that I am truly grateful to both @getsupernatural and @oculus ! I started this journey back in the spring of 2020 and at the time I picked up my old oculus headset and tried Supernatural, I was at a point where I felt like I was going to go crazy if I didn’t get outside. It only took minutes for my brain to feel like it had been given a different option to fixing my problem and for that I was and forever will be so thankful.
