Some of the webbing starts to snap.

Megatron and Buddy’s servos barely touch before the last web snaps dragging Buddy in.

The portal closes before anyone can blink.

Megatron screams.

In Starscream’s twin universe

Buddy was hanging on to one of the niches of the cave wall while clutching Starscream’s servo tightly. Starscream has an equally steely grip on his twin’s servo.

Then two figures shoot out taking one of the twins out.

The portal stops.

Lugnut Buddy groans as he is etched on the wall upside down.

“This is why I hate portals… 0 out of 10 do not recommend.”—Lugnut’s younger brother

He falls from the wall on his face.

Starscream twin groans as he feels some weight on his chassis.

He sees a different version of his friend Blackarachnia.

Elita Buddy groans as she looks to see… Starscream?

Both look at the position they are in and quickly get off each other.

“Sorry!”—Starscream and Elita One’s twins

“No, I’m sorry. I did kind of plowed into your chassis.”—Elita One’s twin

“But see no harm done.”—Starscream’s twin

Starscream drags his twin away from the two intruders.

Elita Buddy raises her servos with Lugnut Buddy.

The three high five each other.

Starscream’s twin wraps his arms around his new friends.

“Come! We have to let Lord Megatron know about this!”—Starscream’s twin

The three walk away.

Starscream looks like he is about to have a stroke.

After a brief explanation from Starscream’s twin to the team, Megatron decides to let the newcomers have safe haven until they can get back home. To avoid any confusion between the three Buddy’s they resort to using nicknames.

3 was Lugnut’s younger brother

“Wouldn’t it be easier to call 1 Twin? He is Starscream’s twin.”--Blitzwing

2 chuckles a bit.

“I’m also a twin, it would make things a bit confusing.”--2

1 and 2 high five each other.

“Oh! I didn’t know I had an alternative!”--2

Blackarachnia gets a bit uncomfortable from the sudden closeness.

“The names Blackarachnia kid.”--Blackarachnia

Buddy scowls a bit.

“I’m not a kid.”--2

“Wow! Are you sure about that? You two have the same scowl.”--1

Both turn towards him scowling.

“We are not!”—2 and Blackarachnia

Blackarachnia leaves the base.

1 pats 2 on the shoulder.

“Don’t take it the hard way. Arachnia… she’s been through some things.”--1

2 just shakes her helm and lets 1 guide her back to the others.

There is a lot of tension at first between the Decepticons and the newcomers but 1 acts as the olive branch between the new comers and his universe’s team.

2 and 3 quickly become attached to him.

The others eventually come around and begin asking questions about their respected universes.

“Okay 3, give us some fun facts.”--1

3 is sitting by 1 and Lugnut.

“Well, I have an older and bigger brother, I’m in charge of the maintenance at the base, and… oh! I like sunflowers!”--3

“You have an older brother? Who is he?”--2

3 shifting a bit in his spot.

“Wouldn’t that make it a bit weird for you guys?”--3

“Nope we’re just curious, even if some of us won’t admit it.”—1

He playfully nudges Starscream who just huffs and looks away.

“…Its Lugnut.”--3

“I’m sorry I didn’t quite catch that.”--Starscream

“I said Lugnut.”--3

Everyone looks at Lugnut who was just frozen in place.

3 looks at him worried and hurt.

“Lugnut? Lugnut? I told you that this was—”--3

Lugnut scoops up the minibot and gives him a hug.

“I have a brother! I have a brother!”--Lugnut

3 now trapped in his brother’s alternatives grip just pats his servo and accepts his fate.

1 turns to 2 who is sitting next to him and Blitzwing.

“Okay, your turn!”--1

“Okay… I’m a techno organic, I’m Megatron’s chief medical officer, and since we are on the topic of flowers, I’ve taken a liking to Jasmen and lavender flowers.”--2

1 nods in approval.

“I like those flowers, but I personally like lilies.”--1

“Is liking flowers something all Buddy’s like?”--Starscream

The three of them shrug.

“Who knows? We’ve only met each other, maybe there’s another Buddy out there.”--3

“Yeah right, like that’s real.”--Starscream

All three Buddy’s stare at Starscream blankly.

2 turns to 1, both having an entire conversation with their optics.

“I don’t like this…”--Starscream

“Me neither.”--Megatron

“What?”--Starscream

“What.”--Megatron

The Buddy’s stick together after the little group talk.

1 and 2 refuse to leave 3 alone anywhere.

They’re kind of worried that he is going to get stepped on.

But that proves to be not a problem.

Lugnut is constantly behind his alternatives brother.

It’s almost comical in how the big lumbering giant follows his ‘brother’ around like a lost duckling.

3 walking with Lugnut through the base.

3 stumbles on a rock.

Lugnut quickly catches him and places him back down, patting his helm before continuing their walk.

When Blackarachnia does eventually come back, 2 doesn’t waste any time to try and get a do over with her.

2 had a feeling she knew who this ‘Blackarachnia’ character was, she just needed to make sure it was true. However, she doesn’t tell her ‘Counterpart’ about it. It would be useless to her anyways.

The talks between the two end up being very therapeutic for both.

2 and Blackarachnia looking at the Constructicons building the potal again.

They both look at each other with optics raised.

“What are they doing?”--Starscream

“The same thing we do.”--1

“We don’t do that.”--Starscream

One of the Constructicons fall on some oil. The other comes to help, but he also slips on the same puddle.

2 looks at Blackarachnia who sighs and hands her some bolts.

“What—”--Starscream

1 looks at Starscream with raised optics.

Starscream raises his with a bit of sass before stopping.

“…Point taken.”--Starscream

1 loves to keep 3 on his shoulders.

3 likes feeling tall and flying a bit with 1 despite Lugnut’s protests.

In exchange, 3 tries to teach 1 some basic maintenance tricks to make things run smoothly.

“And then you take some of the oil and—1 are you even listening?”--3

1 has a weird look on his face.

“What’s up?”--3

1 makes a motion for 3 to look at what he is seeing.

2 is fixing Megatron’s servo while Megatron is talking to her.

“And? 2 said she was a medic? She’s just fixing his servo.”--3

“That’s the thing. His servo doesn’t need fixing.”--1

“What?”--3

“He had it fixed the other day. He also doesn’t like it when we try to fix it if—Oh by the Pious Pools, he’s hitting on her.”--1

3 shakes his helm.

“No that can’t be it. Megatron wouldn’t—”--3

2 giggles a little bit at something Megatron said.

Heart eyes!

1 and 3 have horrified looks on their faces.

“We need to get that portal done now.”--3

“Agreed. It’s almost sickening yet kind of cute--”--1

2 looks at them and walks to them.

“Are you guys, okay? I heard someone say they were sick?”--2

2 starts examining 1 while Megatron just smiles a bit at 2.

Meanwhile in 2’s universe.

Megatron who is in the process of turning the base upside down trying to figure out where Buddy disappeared to.

Megatron gets an unpleasant shudder and starts looking around faster.

The portal manages to get fixed.

But because it was still unstable only one was going to be able to go back home until they could fix it again.

1 and 2 agree for 3 to get sent home first.

It’s a bit of a goodbye between this Lugnut and 3.

A couple days before 2 would be able to go home.

 In 3 universe

Buddy gets shot out of the portal at high speed, crashing on the wall upside down.

“Why can’t I ever have a soft, safe landing? Is that too hard for you, universal travel!”--Buddy

“Buddy?”--Blackarachnia

Blackarachnia comes from behind the corner.

Buddy waves a bit before falling face first on the ground.

Blackarachnia flinches a bit before helping him up.

“You’ve got a lot of explaining to do kid. Lugnut’s been going crazy looking for you.”--Blackarachnia

Buddy just smiles softly as a pair of thunderous pede steps comes closer.

I didn't expect anyone to remember my writing or look forward to me posting again, so thank you, I appreciate it a lot.

It is really fun! I wish more people wrote about it too–I guess it can be a little tricky to explain, let alone get into. It's basically monsterfucking with extra steps, except the monster is different species and not actually monsters. Also sometimes the humans is the monster to the other species-ah I'm not sure how to summrise this niche kink.

It's not "human supermacy fuck yeah" either because so many other species out power us in fiction, tieflings are more colourful, elves are more magical, dwarves are more devoted and other races are much more beautiful than humans.

It's the simplicity, for someone to love you as you are. Not wanting someone special or powerful. To love the humanity in you, the primitive animal that still peers its head, our more "predetor" like traits that can be misunderstood. Or our tribal nature to make friends and adopt other species into our own, that humans can get attached to anything even inanimate objects. The whole dog domestications, the way we are curious to a deadly degree–thirsty for knowledge and tend to speed run the evolution of our civilisation and techonical advancement whilst still running on the old body fleshy hardware of the stone age. How come we managed to split atoms before we figured out how to prevent our faulty spines from degrading.

The passion! The intensity and rush. It's so normal for us because we are drowning in it. Talking to ourselves all the time, experiencing so many ranges of emotions, thinking and deciding and making choices, and jumping from one interest to another. It's not what you'd expect from a species as squishy, weak, and seemingly docile like humans. We are an apex predetor that doesn't look or act like an apex predetor and it fucks with their perception

For a mass effect, for example, our hair makes us stand out! Be it head or body hair, all the other aliens lack it. They have shells, hardened plates, and some even feathers. We have none of that, yet we don't have the excuse of being aquatic like the hanar. Human design is an anomaly, our evaluation pooled all of its gene money into brain, pattern recognition and a massive emotional range. We aren't built for fighting yet we fight all the same, a human can go toe to toe with a krogan and a turian.

Yet we dance, we sing like birds and fluff our feathers.

They must at least be curious about our hair? wondering if it hurts to touch, is it sensitive? Your average alien not realising it's a dead body part and only the roots are alive.

Watching us brush it with curiosity, styling it, and adding nice smelling products, braiding it. Seeing a human doing another human's hair in public or playfully playing with it while bored. So many diverse textures, humans even dye it to whatever colour they want!

Greatest in the Galaxy Part 3

“Hold him.”

Zim, Tak, and Pepito grab Dib, holding him still as Gaz leaves their sky box.

“You got this, Gaz,” Squee cheers from where he’s sitting at a table while Shmoopy looks over his legs.

“She can’t fight!” Dib exclaims, sick with worry.

“No, Dib, you’re mistaken,” Pepito argues, “Gaz fights all the time.”

“Y-yeah, but...but...”

“She has to fight, Dib,” Zim demands, “it’s for the competition.” “Yeah, so stop being such a baby!” Tak snaps.

Gaz ignores all of them as she heads down to the stadium grounds, her war hammer resting on her shoulder.

She emerges from the dimly lit corridors into the bright lights of the arena, surrounded by the cheering of the audience. She stares around, smiling with excitement.

“Look at her,” Kio says from their balcony, everyone else watching beside her. “She’s already loving this.” Dib grips the railing, whimpering uneasily.

Gaz and her four opponents- Tav of Irk, Olap of Swif’el, Wirez of Techon-3, and Peccs of Mus’ular- approach the middle of the ring and stand in a circle, glaring at each other.

“This is an all-out, anything-goes, free-for-all! Players are encouraged to not completely annihilate their opponents- this is a friendly competition after all- but don’t expect anyone to jump in if things start getting out of hand.” “Do people often get killed in these battles?” Squee asks as he limps over.

“Not often,” Zim replies, “but it’s not uncommon.” “How are your legs?” Pepito asks.

“I’ll be alright,” Squee smiles.

“Begin!”

Gaz flinches as everyone looks at her. Peccs swings his large fists; spider legs extend from Tav’s PAK and begin firing lasers; Olap rushes for her, claws unsheathing from his top paws; Wirez grabs a laser gun from his belt and fires.

Gaz jumps backwards, narrowly dodging all of the attacks.

“Oh! Just like last round, the returning players are ganging up on the newbie! How long will Gaz be able to hold out?”

Gaz races around the arena, dodging laser fire from Tav and Wirez and keeping out of range of Peccs and Olap. The onslaught is barely giving her time to think let alone retaliate.

“This isn’t fair!” Dib exclaims, “they can’t gang up on her! She’s just a sweet, little girl!”

“She’s neither of those things,” Squee argues.

“Knock it off with the older brother complex, Dib,” Pepito groans, “this is Gaz we’re talking about. If there’s one thing she can do, it’s fight dirty.”

Gaz takes a sudden left and Peccs skids to a stop. But as he starts to turn after her, lasers hits his back.

“Whoops,” Wirez grunts, lowering his gun.

“Watch it, Techon,” Peccs snarls, “or I’ll crush you.”

“You stay out of my way, Mus’ules!” Wirez snaps backs.

“What’d you say to me, vermin,” the giant growls and stomps up to the smaller alien. Wirez starts firing at him, but Peccs walks into the lasers like they’re just rain. Wirez presses a button on his belt, activating a jetpack that carries him out of the range of Peccs long arms.

With those two occupied, Gaz just has to worry about Tav and Olap. The two stay focused on her. Olap’s speed and agility is tough to keep up with as he matches all of Gaz’s movements.

He crouches on all six limbs and lunges for her like a missile. Gaz barely has time to bring up her war hammer to block, and he tackles her to the ground.

“Gaz!” Dib cries.

Olap lies on top of her, pinning her to the ground with his bottom four arms while his top two are held back by her hammer’s handle. Olap snarls at her, his face only inches from her. Then suddenly, she opens her mouth and bites his nose.

“Oh!” her friends exclaim.

Olap cries out in pain as her teeth digs in his flesh and tries to scurry back. Gaz lets him go, spits out yellow blood, and swings her hammer. She smashes him square in the chest and sends him tumbling across the arena.

Wiping her mouth, Gaz stands up and glares at Tav. He glares back and starts firing his lasers again. She runs for him, sidestepping each laser, and throws her hammer. It spins through the air right for him. He stops firing so he can use his spider legs to block the heavy weapon. As it falls, he sees Gaz right in front of him, fist raised.

She swings at him. With not enough time to block, Tav falls to his knees to dodge and her arm flies over his head.

His spider legs lunge at her. Gaz quickly kicks up her hammer and uses it to block and knocks the appendages off course, but they still slice the sides of her arms. She winces but doesn’t back off.

She swings her leg, kicking Tav in the chest and sending him flying back. His spider legs quickly catch him, digging into the ground, and throw him back. Gaz lifts her hammer, ready to swing, as Tav’s spider legs lunge at her.

The appendages slice across her chest as her hammer smashes into him and sends him crashing into the wall.

Gaz pants, leaning against her hammer as blood drips from her fresh wounds. She doesn’t have long to relax, however, as a large shadow looms over her. She looks back as Peccs swings down at her. She narrowly dodges by leaping out of the way.

“Nice job taking down that Irken,” he says, “and the Swif too. Now it’s just you and me.”

Gaz looks over to where Wirez is lying unconscious on the ground. At some point, Peccs managed to jump up to him flying in the sky and send him crashing back down.

She snarls and swings her hammer into Peccs’ chest. It’s a dead-hit, but he doesn’t even flinch.

“Heh, nice try,” he chuckles, “but we Mus’ules are practically indestructible.”

“Huh,” Gaz grunts, slowly backing away.

“Don’t worry, I won’t break you,” he says, “well, maybe just a little.”

“You talk too much,” Gaz groans.

He swings at her and she skips backwards to dodge. She’s a lot slower and clumsier than before, his large fists almost grazing her. She keeps moving until she backs into the wall.

“End of the line, little one!” Peccs exclaims and swings at her. Gaz leaps to the right to dodge and he smashes the wall.

Before he has a chance to move, Gaz skids around to his back and jabs the end of her hammer’s handle into the back of his knees, causing him to lose his balance and fall against the hall. Then she scrambles onto his back and pulls back her hammer.

“Don’t worry, I won’t break you,” she says.

She smashes her hammer into the back of Peccs’ head, slamming his face into the wall. He twitches before going limp.

Gaz slips off Peccs’ back and takes a look around the arena. Tav, Olap, and Wirez are also lying around, unconscious.

“We have a winner! The last one standing is Gaz of Earth!”

“Yeah!” her team cheers on their balcony, waving and jumping up and down. Soon, the rest of the audience joins in.

“That’s the second win in a row for Earth, putting them officially in first place with ten points!”

Gaz grins and victoriously holds her hammer high.

I FOUND MORE RECENT ONES LETS GOOOOO

this was a PD Escort ship i made but it was very good on its own too. it has this giant radar dish that boosts range of its own weapons (point the same way as the dish) and other ships around them. I usually made it follow the corrupted remnant around.

Then i found my more recent ship build for the OLD conquest i loved playing with (i switched to another variant)

sure the weapon flux was technically very high but its only for broadside use anyway, i just slapped on expanded ammo racks on it and use maneuvering jets to switch sides when ammo run out on the big guns (made it look like a weird dance when i did that and i loved it)

Greatest in the Galaxy Part 5

“Happy morning, my dear viewers and audience members! Who’s ready for round 2!”

Johnny and Skoodge watch on the TV as the audience in the stadium erupts into cheers. They both turn away when they hear the door open and Devi and Tenna walk in.

“You’re late,” Johnny states, “it’s already started.”

“Some of us have to take the bus across the city to get here,” Devi points out.

“You should just stay here.”

“There’s no where to sleep,” Tenna argues.

“Big deal,” he scoffs.

“Without further ado, let’s begin the second game!”

In the stadium, the audience and players all watch as the holographic screen in the sky spins a wheel with different game names.

“The game will be...the Obstacle Course! Players must race against each other around a series of obstacles. First to the finish line will receive five points for their team and second place will get three points! Now who will the players be?”

The screen displays five wheels, each spinning through the different members of the five teams.

“It shall be...Lakk of Irk, Agil of Swif’el, Wrinch of Techon-3, Deloid of Mus’ular, and Dib of Earth!”

“Alright, Dibsters, you’re up,” Pepito says, giving Dib a smack on the back.

“Make us look good,” Zim orders.

“Don’t screw this up,” Gaz snaps.

“No problem, I got this,” Dib grins as he leaves the sky box and heads down to the stadium grounds.

“A race would’ve suited Squee better,” Tak remarks.

“Dib will do fine,” Squee argues, “he’s slippery.”

The five players gather in the middle of the arena and look up expectantly at the screen above them.

“Players, prepare for teleportation to race track 3.”

They’re engulfed in a bright light and disappear from the stadium. The holographic screen changes to a sky view of a starting point of a race track as the players reappear there.

They’re in some kind of enclosed tunnel. The track runs down the middle with gaps on either side and large spotlights shining up from the very bottom. The track itself appears empty, just a straight run from the start to the finish.

“Where are the obstacles?” Pepito asks.

“If any players are knocked off the track, either by the obstacles or their opponents, they will be teleported back to the stadium and disqualified! Ready and...begin!”

Immediately, the track comes to life with flames shooting out of the walls and blades sawing across the floor or swinging from the ceiling.

“There are the obstacles,” Squee remarks as everyone blinks with surprise.

“Yikes,” Dib squeaks. His opponents immediately take off and he chases after them.

On Earth, Colton, Maddie, and Carmen race through the door of Tak’s house. “Are we late?” Colton asks.

“The game has already started,” Skoodge replies as Johnny, Devi, and Tenna are glued to the screen.

“What is it- oh my god!” Carmen exclaims at the sight on the television.

The cam-bots stick close to the players as they run past the obstacles. Lakk is in the lead, his spider legs helping him to nimbly dodge the swinging blades and spitting fire. Agil is close behind him, her natural speed and agility letting her slink around the obstacles like a snake through the grass. Not far behind them is Deloid, who stops all the blades with his massive strength and doesn’t seem at all bothered by the flames as they lick against his hide. Next is Wrinch, whose small stature allows him to easily dodge all the obstacles. And coming up the rear is Dib, who struggles to bumble his way forward while clumsily dodging the blades and fire.

“He is so beefing it,” Gaz groans.

“To be fair, this wasn’t exactly what we were imagining when we pictured ‘obstacle course’,” Squee points out.

“Come on, Dib,” Zim urges.

As Dib stumbles down the track, the wall spews fire and he falls onto his chest to just barely dodge. He glances to the right just in time to see a saw blade whirring towards him. He shoots up onto his knees and the blade just barely passes in front of his nose.

He remains kneeling and watches with disappointment as his opponents get farther and farther ahead. “I’ll never win at this rate. I can’t catch them with just running. I need a strategy.”

Just ahead, a saw blade on a metal arm extends out of the wall and swings over the track. Dib watches it, timing it in his head.

“I can’t be careful. I won’t win if I don’t take risks.”

He stands up and runs right for the blade. As it swings at him, he jumps up and lands perfectly on the flat side of the blade. He rides it down the track and jumps again as it reaches the end of its swing, the velocity sending him shooting ahead. He cries out excitedly as he flies past blades and through fire, covering his face. Thankfully his jacket is fire resistant and he doesn’t get too burned.

When he starts to lose air, Dib hits the ground running but he’s still not close enough to catch up. He sees another blade on an arm swinging down from the ceiling, perpendicular to the track. As it nears him, he jumps up and grabs the arm. The spinning blade cuts through his sleeve and nicks his skin but he ignores it as he swings down the track. Then he lets go and again the velocity sends him flying. His opponents all look back with surprise as he catches up, whooping excitedly.

“Wha-!” Wrinch exclaims in shock. He’s so distracted that he trips over a passing blade. He cries as he starts to fall off the track but something stops him.

Wrinch looks up with shock as Dib holds him and lifts him back onto the track.

In the stadium, his friends all groan. “Ugh, Dib!”

“That blasted moral compass of yours,” Zim scoffs.

“Why’d you save me?” Wrinch asks.

“You needed help,” Dib replies plainly.

“But you’re gonna lose now.”

“Not yet, so gotta run!”

Dib waves as he runs off. He grabs the arm of another swinging blade and flies ahead.

“Excuse me!” he shouts as he shoots past Deloid.

“Hey!” the alien barks after him.

Dib hits the ground running and while he’s much closer to Agil and Lakk now, they’re still too fast to catch up to. And the finish line is just ahead.

He watches as they pass by a spout in the floor, shooting up flames in five second intervals. Dib quickly takes off his jacket and throws it onto the spout during its pause and stands on it. It fires its flames and sends Dib flying down the track. He shoots past Agil, who’s so surprised she runs into the broad side of a blade.

The finish line is closing in. Lakk’s antennae twitch at Dib’s shouting and he looks back to see the human reaching out and grabbing one of his spider legs.

“Hey!” Lakk barks.

“Sorry,” Dib says, “but you’re just another obstacle.”

Dib jumps off the appendage and dives for the finish line. Lakk scowls and lunges after him.

Dib hits the floor and skids across the finish line.

“We have a winner!”

Dib lifts himself up excitedly but his excitement quickly drops when he sees Lakk lying beside him, his spider legs splayed out ahead of them.

“By mere inches, Lakk has taken first place for Irk! In second place is Dib of Earth!

“Booooo!” the Earth team shouts.

“That shouldn’t count; Dib was ahead of Lakk’s body!” Pepito snaps.

“I’m Irken, and even I think that’s stupid,” Zim scoffs.

All of the players are teleported out of the race track and back into the arena. Dib stumbles to his feet, out of breath and covered in scrapes, cuts, and minor burns. He smiles as he looks up at the screen overhead displaying the scoreboard.

“Earth is still in first place, now with 13 points. Just behind them, tied for second, is Irk and Swif’el with five points! But anything can happen, folks!”

“Well, at least we’re still in first,” Dib sighs.

“Don’t get used to it, human,” Lakk growls as he walks past.

Dib shrugs and leaves the arena.

When he reaches his team’s sky box, Shmoopy immediately ushers him to the table so she can look at his injuries. His friends quickly gather around him.

“Sorry, I only got second, guys,” Dib says.

“It was only on a technicality,” Squee points out.

“And at least you didn’t lose,” Gaz grunts.

“And we’re still in first place,” Zim adds.

“As long as we keep winning the battles, nobody will be able to catch us,” Kio states

“You need to take it easy now, Dib,” Shmoopy orders, “your injuries are minor but I need time to heal them.”

“Let’s keep this train moving and start the battle!”

Everyone but Dib and Shmoopy go out onto the balcony to see who will be selected for the next battle.

“The players will be...Zinather of Irk, Hastee of Swif’el, Bo-olts of Techon-3, Flexor of Mus’ular, and Dib of Earth!”

“What!” the Battalion gasp.

“What...” Dib groans.
