"hey why are all the barrier garments like linen shirts or chemises or combinations going away?"
"oh we have more washable fabrics now! you don't need to worry about sweat reaching your outer clothing when you can just chuck it in the washing machine!"
"cool!"
[100 years later]
"so uh all of those new washable fabrics are leaching microplastics into our water, and the constant machine-washing wears garments out faster. they're also not really sturdy enough to be mended, so we keep having to throw them out and now the planet is covered in plastic fabric waste that will never break down. also it turns out that the new washable fabrics hold odor-causing bacteria VERY well. so could we get those barrier garments back please?"
"sorry babe linen now costs $100000/yard and since it's been so long without them, nobody knows how to adapt barrier garments to the current styles anyway"
"..."
"maybe try this new $50 undershirt made of Special Sweat-Wicking Plastic Fabric! :) :) :)"

How Old Am I?
What’s one thing I’d change about myself? Probably the part that got stuck somewhere around the year 2000. But honestly, I like it here—it’s comfy, and the save icon still makes sense.Old enough to remember when computers relied on audio tape recorders to store and retrieve data. That sound—half screech, half static—marked the beginning of an era, though at the time it just felt like waiting. I…

the older I get, the more the technological changes I've lived through as a millennial feel bizarre to me. we had computers in my primary school classroom; I first learned to type on a typewriter. I had a cellphone as a teenager, but still needed a physical train timetable. my parents listened to LP records when I was growing up; meanwhile, my childhood cassette tape collection became a CD collection, until I started downloading mp3s on kazaa over our 56k modem internet connection to play in winamp on my desktop computer, and now my laptop doesn't even have a disc tray. I used to save my word documents on floppy discs. I grew up using the rotary phone at my grandparents' house and our wall-connected landline; my mother's first cellphone was so big, we called it The Brick. I once took my desktop computer - monitor, tower and all - on the train to attend a LAN party at a friend's house where we had to connect to the internet with physical cables to play together, and where one friend's massive CRT monitor wouldn't fit on any available table. as kids, we used to make concertina caterpillars in class with the punctured and perforated paper strips that were left over whenever anything was printed on the room's dot matrix printer, which was outdated by the time I was in high school. VHS tapes became DVDs, and you could still rent both at the local video store when I was first married, but those shops all died out within the next six years. my facebook account predates the iphone camera - I used to carry around a separate digital camera and manually upload photos to the computer in order to post them; there are rolls of undeveloped film from my childhood still in envelopes from the chemist's in my childhood photo albums. I have a photo album from my wedding, but no physical albums of my child; by then, we were all posting online, and now that's a decade's worth of pictures I'd have to sort through manually in order to create one. there are video games I tell my son about but can't ever show him because the consoles they used to run on are all obsolete and the games were never remastered for the new ones that don't have the requisite backwards compatibility. I used to have a walkman for car trips as a kid; then I had a discman and a plastic hardshell case of CDs to carry around as a teenager; later, a friend gave my husband and I engraved matching ipods as a wedding present, and we used them both until they stopped working; now they're obsolete. today I texted my mother, who was born in 1950, a tiktok upload of an instructional video for girls from 1956 on how to look after their hair and nails and fold their clothes. my father was born four years after the invention of colour televison; he worked in radio and print journalism, and in the years before his health declined, even though he logically understood that newspapers existed online, he would clip out articles from the physical paper, put them in an envelope and mail them to me overseas if he wanted me to read them. and now I hold the world in a glass-faced rectangle, and I have access to everything and ownership of nothing, and everything I write online can potentially be wiped out at the drop of a hat by the ego of an idiot manchild billionaire. as a child, I wore a watch, but like most of my generation, I stopped when cellphones started telling us the time and they became redundant. now, my son wears a smartwatch so we can call him home from playing in the neighbourhood park, and there's a tanline on his wrist ike the one I haven't had since the age of fifteen. and I wonder: what will 2030 look like?

Columbo and the Knight (1984)
put me in the universe where Columbo ran through the 1980s and had a crossover episode with Knight Rider. I think they deserved it, and I am not just saying that because they're my two favorite Old Shows. @telebeast wrote a little fanfic blurb about it and I HAD to visualize it into a comic (which is also the longest comic I have finished thus far at five pages...), so writing credit goes to them.

Holy See Statement During The 67th Commission On The Status Of Women.
The Holy See is pleased to participate in this Sixty-Seventh Session of the Commission on the Status of Women and welcomes the opportunity to examine both the opportunities and challenges of technology and innovation for women and girls.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/81c12164e4e8902ba474a16e4b769418/f2017ae57a544e9e-9a/s540x810/941fba1fff626cd01a9a953e362e0cb2d7eafc5f.jpg)
As Pope Francis has observed, “even today, in many countries, women are considered second-class citizens… [and] are denied the opportunity to study, work, [and] employ their talents.” Education is essential for fostering societies which treat women and men equally. This begins within the family, the “fundamental group unit of society.” Parents can model healthy respectful relations between the sexes and positive models of socialization, including teaching digital safety skills. Protecting children online, particularly girls, requires providing parents with digital knowledge and online safety tools.
Information and communication technologies (ICTs) can create lifelong learning opportunities for women and girls. Although not a substitute for in person schooling, remote learning has enabled girls to continue their studies during emergency situations. Online learning can also offer flexibility for women to study while balancing work and family responsibilities. This includes older women, who often lag behind in access to technology and in digital literacy. Additionally, ICTs are particularly important for engaging women and girls in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).
Women and girls are ready to seize these opportunities, but they must be given the tools to do so. In this regard, we cannot overlook the importance of eradicating poverty in order to achieve equality for women and girls. Women and children are more likely to live in poverty than men, increasing the risk of violence and exploitation. Social protection programmes play a pivotal role in reducing inequality, which increases access to technology. Without a strong international commitment to ensuring that the benefits of technological advancement are shared by all, women and girls in particular will fall further behind in our increasingly digital world.
Innovation must be directed toward the good of the person, or it risks harming those it should benefit, with women and girls the most frequent victims. The purchase of women and girls for sexual use in sex trafficking and prostitution increasingly relies on ICTs. Technology has also increased pornography consumption, including by children, with algorithms feeding perverse appetites for violence against women. The abuse of children, most of whom are girls, to create such materials, is particularly heinous, but all pornography is immoral and harmful; accepting it is incompatible with respect for women and girls.
Equality for women also requires accepting women fully, including their unique capacity for childbearing. Rather than employers accommodating family life, women are expected to accommodate their employers, often through the use of contraception. The offer by some companies of risky “egg freezing” benefits for future (and often unsuccessful) fertility procedures similarly places the burden on women rather than their employers. Women who do become pregnant often face financial and social pressures, including son preference and disability prejudice, to abort their children. On the other hand, practices such as surrogacy reduce women, many of whom are poor and vulnerable, to their reproductive capacities, commodifying both them and the children they bear. All these practices undermine the value of women and the respect that they deserve.
Madam Chair,
The Holy See encourages “the progress of science and technology at the service of the dignity of the person and for an ‘integral and integrating’ human development.” Women and girls’ gifts and capabilities should be cherished and nourished, including in the areas of innovation and technology. The Holy See and the many institutions of the Catholic Church will continue to contribute to efforts to ensure that technological developments include and benefit women and girls and ensure respect for their dignity.
By H. E. Archbishop Gabriele Caccia, Apostolic Nuncio and Permanent Observer of the Holy See to the United Nations, 67th Commission on the Status of Women “Innovation and technological change, and education in the digital age for the achievement of gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls”

Way back in the day, when I was in grad school, I had an advisor that studied early 19th-century technological disrupters, individuals that took the existing economic order and turned it on the collective ear. Not too dissimilar in effect to our modern-day disrupters of the world order through things like social media. He argued that they affected technological and social paradigm shifts in…

"When a severe water shortage hit the Indian city of Kozhikode in the state of Kerala, a group of engineers turned to science fiction to keep the taps running.
Like everyone else in the city, engineering student Swapnil Shrivastav received a ration of two buckets of water a day collected from India’s arsenal of small water towers.
It was a ‘watershed’ moment for Shrivastav, who according to the BBC had won a student competition four years earlier on the subject of tackling water scarcity, and armed with a hypothetical template from the original Star Wars films, Shrivastav and two partners set to work harvesting water from the humid air.
“One element of inspiration was from Star Wars where there’s an air-to-water device. I thought why don’t we give it a try? It was more of a curiosity project,” he told the BBC.
According to ‘Wookiepedia’ a ‘moisture vaporator’ is a device used on moisture farms to capture water from a dry planet’s atmosphere, like Tatooine, where protagonist Luke Skywalker grew up.
This fictional device functions according to Star Wars lore by coaxing moisture from the air by means of refrigerated condensers, which generate low-energy ionization fields. Captured water is then pumped or gravity-directed into a storage cistern that adjusts its pH levels. Vaporators are capable of collecting 1.5 liters of water per day.
Pictured: Moisture vaporators on the largely abandoned Star Wars film set of Mos Espa, in Tunisia
If science fiction authors could come up with the particulars of such a device, Shrivastav must have felt his had a good chance of succeeding. He and colleagues Govinda Balaji and Venkatesh Raja founded Uravu Labs, a Bangalore-based startup in 2019.
Their initial offering is a machine that converts air to water using a liquid desiccant. Absorbing moisture from the air, sunlight or renewable energy heats the desiccant to around 100°F which releases the captured moisture into a chamber where it’s condensed into drinking water.
The whole process takes 12 hours but can produce a staggering 2,000 liters, or about 500 gallons of drinking-quality water per day. [Note: that IS staggering! That's huge!!] Uravu has since had to adjust course due to the cost of manufacturing and running the machines—it’s just too high for civic use with current materials technology.
“We had to shift to commercial consumption applications as they were ready to pay us and it’s a sustainability driver for them,” Shrivastav explained. This pivot has so far been enough to keep the start-up afloat, and they produce water for 40 different hospitality clients.
Looking ahead, Shrivastav, Raja, and Balaji are planning to investigate whether the desiccant can be made more efficient; can it work at a lower temperature to reduce running costs, or is there another material altogether that might prove more cost-effective?
They’re also looking at running their device attached to data centers in a pilot project that would see them utilize the waste heat coming off the centers to heat the desiccant."

Good News - July 22-28
Like these weekly compilations? Tip me at $kaybarr1735 or check out my new(ly repurposed) Patreon!
1. Four new cheetah cubs born in Saudi Arabia after 40 years of extinction
“[T]he discovery of mummified cheetahs in caves […] which ranged in age from 4,000 to as recent as 120 years, proved that the animals […] once called [Saudi Arabia] home. The realisation kick-started the country’s Cheetah Conservation Program to bring back the cats to their historic Arabian range. […] Dr Mohammed Qurban, CEO of the NCW, said: […] “This motivates us to continue our efforts to restore and reintroduce cheetahs, guided by an integrated strategy designed in accordance with best international practices.””
2. In sub-Saharan Africa, ‘forgotten’ foods could boost climate resilience, nutrition
“[A study published in PNAS] examined “forgotten” crops that may help make sub-Saharan food systems more resilient, and more nutritious, as climate change makes it harder to grow [current staple crops.] [… The study identified 138 indigenous] food crops that were “relatively underresearched, underutilized, or underpromoted in an African context,” but which have the nutrient content and growing stability to support healthy diets and local economies in the region. […] In Eswatini, van Zonneveld and the World Vegetable Center are working with schools to introduce hardy, underutilized vegetables to their gardens, which have typically only grown beans and maize.”
3. Here's how $4 billion in government money is being spent to reduce climate pollution
“[New Orleans was awarded] nearly $50 million to help pay for installing solar on low to middle income homes [… and] plans to green up underserved areas with trees and build out its lackluster bike lane system to provide an alternative to cars. […] In Utah, $75 million will fund several measures from expanding electric vehicles to reducing methane emissions from oil and gas production. [… A] coalition of states led by North Carolina will look to store carbon in lands used for agriculture as well as natural places like wetlands, with more than $400 million. [… This funding is] “providing investments in communities, new jobs, cost savings for everyday Americans, improved air quality, … better health outcomes.””
4. From doom scrolling to hope scrolling: this week’s big Democratic vibe shift
“[Democrats] have been on an emotional rollercoaster for the past few weeks: from grim determination as Biden fought to hang on to his push for a second term, to outright exuberance after he stepped aside and Harris launched her campaign. […] In less than a week, the Harris campaign raised record-breaking sums and signed up more than 100,000 new volunteers[….] This honeymoon phase will end, said Democratic strategist Guy Cecil, warning the election will be a close race, despite this newfound exuberance in his party. [… But v]oters are saying they are excited to vote for Harris and not just against Trump. That’s new.”
5. Biodegradable luminescent polymers show promise for reducing electronic waste
“[A team of scientists discovered that a certain] chemical enables the recycling of [luminescent polymers] while maintaining high light-emitting functions. […] At the end of life, this new polymer can be degraded under either mild acidic conditions (near the pH of stomach acid) or relatively low heat treatment (> 410 F). The resulting materials can be isolated and remade into new materials for future applications. […] The researchers predict this new polymer can be applied to existing technologies, such as displays and medical imaging, and enable new applications […] such as cell phones and computer screens with continued testing.”
6. World’s Biggest Dam Removal Project to Open 420 Miles of Salmon Habitat this Fall
“Reconnecting the river will help salmon and steelhead populations survive a warming climate and [natural disasters….] In the long term, dam removal will significantly improve water quality in the Klamath. “Algae problems in the reservoirs behind the dams were so bad that the water was dangerous for contact […] and not drinkable,” says Fluvial Geomorphologist Brian Cluer. [… The project] will begin to reverse decades of habitat degradation, allow threatened salmon species to be resilient in the face of climate change, and restore tribal connections to their traditional food source.”
7. Biden-Harris Administration Awards $45.1 Million to Expand Mental Health and Substance Use Services Across the Lifespan
““Be it fostering wellness in young people, caring for the unhoused, facilitating treatment and more, this funding directly supports the needs of our neighbors,” said HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra. [The funding also supports] recovery and reentry services to adults in the criminal justice system who have a substance use disorder[… and clinics which] serve anyone who asks for help for mental health or substance use, regardless of their ability to pay.”
8. The World’s Rarest Crow Will Soon Fly Free on Maui
“[… In] the latest attempt to establish a wild crow population, biologists will investigate if this species can thrive on Maui, an island where it may have never lived before. Translocations outside of a species’ known historical range are rare in conservation work, but for a bird on the brink of extinction, it’s a necessary experiment: Scientists believe the crows will be safer from predators in a new locale—a main reason that past reintroduction attempts failed. […] As the release date approaches, the crows have already undergone extensive preparation for life in the wild. […] “We try to give them the respect that you would give if you were caring for someone’s elder.””
9. An optimist’s guide to the EV battery mining challenge
““Battery minerals have a tremendous benefit over oil, and that’s that you can reuse them.” [… T]he report’s authors found there’s evidence to suggest that [improvements in technology] and recycling have already helped limit demand for battery minerals in spite of this rapid growth — and that further improvements can reduce it even more. [… They] envision a scenario in which new mining for battery materials can basically stop by 2050, as battery recycling meets demand. In this fully realized circular battery economy, the world must extract a total of 125 million tons of battery minerals — a sum that, while hefty, is actually 17 times smaller than the oil currently harvested every year to fuel road transport.”
10. Peekaboo! A baby tree kangaroo debuts at the Bronx Zoo
“The tiny Matschie’s tree kangaroo […] was the third of its kind born at the Bronx Zoo since 2008. [… A] Bronx Zoo spokesperson said that the kangaroo's birth was significant for the network of zoos that aims to preserve genetic diversity among endangered animals. "It's a small population and because of that births are not very common," said Jessica Moody, curator of primates and small mammals at the Bronx Zoo[, …] adding that baby tree kangaroos are “possibly one of the cutest animals to have ever lived. They look like stuffed animals, it's amazing.””

Anti-technology people who insist they're not ableist crack me up. What about people who rely on machines to breathe, eat, keep their heart functioning, or otherwise stay alive? "Well not that technology, obviously!" Ok what about AAC users, people who use hearing aids, or otherwise use technology to interact with the world in ways they otherwise couldn't? "Not that technology, obviously." Okay, my mobile phone is my memory, my sense of time, my sense of direction when I get lost, my ability to contact someone when I need help. It is my personal freedom because without it I would need full time care and supervision. But yes, that technology, right?
I hate how technology is made and utilised under capitalism as much as the next guy, but to pretend that technology doesn't greatly improve the lives of countless people, or even allow them to continue being alive, is to be willfully ignorant to the existence of disabled people. A world without technology is a world where a lot of disabled people don't get to survive. Capitalism is the problem, not the technology. Technology can (and should) exist just fine without capitalism.
#cripplepunk#cripple punk#disability#anti tech#actually disabled#don't even get me started on how technology is necessary to synthesise a lot of vital medicines#A whole lot of supposedly left wing ideologies rely on just pretending that disabled people don't exist#Or even outright admitting that we would no longer exist in their 'ideal' future#Apparently eugenics is fine if you put an anti-capitalist badge on it#Anti tech is ecofascism you can't change my mind#(Side note I forgot the word activism for a solid 5 minutes writing this and I'm scared)#eco fascism#1k#2k#3k

Teaching Obsession
(Original story posted July 19th 2022) This story has been mildly Updated
Note: James Tenner is not Mr Wavell. I just happened to use the same model who would eventually end up becoming the body of Wavell
This past year had been an… interesting year for Luke to say the least. He’d started a job at his local college as a teaching assistant last September and one of the groups he’d been assigned to help was being taught by Mr James Tenner. From day one Mr Tenner had caught Luke’s eye.
Mr Tenner was 41 years old and still looked absolutely incredible. He seemed to be one of those men that only looked better with age. Even his physique was incredible if the well fitted clothing he wore were any indication. Much better shape than Luke had ever been in, that much was certain. Most of the time the dashing middle aged teacher would be seen wearing an eye-catching suit or at least something that was smart casual. He was very well groomed with immaculate stubble and slicked back, styled hair that flecks of silver dotted throughout. At a glance you could immediately tell that he took a lot of pride in his appearance and it certainly paid off. Most of the time he looked more like a distinguished businessman than a college English professor. One could only wonder how he afforded everything. A wealthy family perhaps.
![Tumblr media](https://64.media.tumblr.com/886f8848634189e79e1c8c3c23b3012b/619d3ca6476de2d9-65/s540x810/3e26cbdb85a886d6dc2591843931c9a916206a85.jpg)
For each and every lesson Luke would assist alongside Mr Tenner, he would grow more and more obsessed with the man. Constantly stealing glances at the handsome professor, his body perfectly wrapped in the fabric of whatever suit he’d decided to wear that day. And if he was lucky Mr Tenner would take off his jacket, giving Luke an even better view of that hot teacher ass that pressed against those tight pants he wore. And though Luke didn’t interact with it, he would constantly hear the students whispering to one another saying how fit Mr Tenner was.
Now however it was getting near the end of the academic year. Luke only had one more lesson left to sit in Mr Tenner and after that they were done for the year. Who knows if he’d get to work alongside him again next year. Had he taken it for granted? After getting to spend all this precious time around that hot stallion of a man, he just didn’t want things to change. Well thankfully for him, maybe they didn’t have to.
Recently a strange package had arrived on his doorstep. After checking it was definitely for him and not a mistake, Luke opened it to find a letter sat on top of what looked to be a strange device that he certainly hadn’t ordered. Hell he didn’t even know what it was. Pulling it out, the device looked to be made up of two helmets that were wired up to a controller of some kind. Confused, Luke opened the letter to figure out what this was about.
What he read seemed unreal. The letter explained how the sender somehow knew of Luke’s obsession with his senior co-worker and that they simply wanted to help fulfill that desire in the greatest way imaginable. When it explained how the machine worked, one part of Luke’s mind was screaming that it was bullshit. Yet at the same time whether it be out of lust, desire or just dumb hope, he couldn’t help but want to believe it. It also went on to explain how there was a small vial in the box he’d probably need as well. There was no name to indicate who the letter was from. Only a single initial. “W”.
After sifting back through the box, Luke was quick to find the vial that’d been mentioned and placed it down on the table beside the machine. In that moment a grin broke out across his face as he imagined what this could possibly mean for him.
———
The next morning Luke arrived at the college as he normally would only today his backpack was a fair bit heavier today than usual. He was with Mr Tenner for the afternoon so he had to slug through the morning first while hiding his excitement. On the outside he was professional but on the inside he just couldn’t wait to get this first half over and done with so he could test out the gift he’d been given.
After lunch however, it was finally time. Luke was able to hide his lust-fueled desire for Mr Tenner behind a kind smile as he entered the room before sitting down and discussing the afternoon ahead with the older teacher. Since it was the last day and they’d done the final exams for the year already, today was planned to just be a fun lesson for games and socialising. That said, it ended up being a very chilled out afternoon with both Luke and the handsome Mr Tenner being able to relax as the students enjoyed their last lesson in this class for the academic year.
Once the students had been allowed to head home however, instead of leaving with them, Luke stayed behind. Today he had different plans. Instead he sat and chatted with Mr Tenner for a while in the classroom as the handsome professor finished up the last of his paperwork. Luke eyed up the strong cup of coffee Mr Tenner had beside him and immediately he knew that’d be his golden ticket. He waited for just the right moment when the dashing silver fox got up to grab something, leaving his drink unattended, for Luke to make his move. He whipped out the vial before pouring its contents into the coffee. Mr Tenner was none the wiser.
Luke watched with anticipation as Mr Tenner returned to his seat before picking up his mug and taking another hefty gulp of coffee. Then another, and another until he’d drunk every very last drop. Unforyunatly for him however, the caffeinated beverage didn’t seem to keep him awake and alert in the slightest. If anything he felt more and more drowsy the more he had and even now his eyes were beginning to flutter. As his vision began to blur, he knew something was wrong but it was already too late. The last thing he saw before passing out was Luke’s face twisting from fake concern into a look of… excitement?
Luke watched with glee as the forgoes older man’s head tilted back over the chair, dropping his pen to the floor in process. Mr Tenner was out cold meaning step one was complete. Now onto step two. Luke reached into his bag and carefully pulled out the two helmets along with the controller linking them. He wasted no time in getting Mr Tenner to sit a bit more upright before placing one of the helmets on his head. Once he was sure it was secured in place, Luke grabbed the matching helmet and slipped it on himself. Step two complete.
The young man grabbed the controller and looked down at the buttons. Finally onto step three. Thankfully the letter he’d got came with a few simple instructions on how to work the machine. There were quite a few different buttons but it was surprisingly simple once he knew what he was doing. He went ahead with pressing a few of them and adjusting some of the settings until he was certain the device was in the correct mode. With that Luke looked across at the gorgeous man he’d been crushing on for the past year, then down at himself and finally back to the device.
”Here goes nothing.” He thought to himself before activating it.
It was hard for Luke to recall what happened after that. There was a flash as the helmets sparked to life causing him to jolt around a bit. His vision quickly became blurry as he started to lose feeling throughout his body until finally it all faded to black… but not for long. The clock seemed to indicate that only around 15 minutes had passed before he started to come back around. Luke blinked his eyes open groggily, only now he was the one sitting behind the professor's desk, not in front of it. Even more surprising though was seeing his own unconscious body slumped in a chair before him!
Looking down at himself Luke was swift to notice the suit he was now wearing. It was Mr Tenner’s! And his body… it all felt so different. Older yet also stronger and slightly bigger. All the evidence pointed towards the machine doing exactly what it’d promised and yet his mind could hardly believe it. Luke grabbed the helmet on his head before tossing onto the desk and jumping up to inspect himself.
On impulse his hands started to explore the body hidden beneath his dress shirt. He could feel a solid pair of defined pecs far bigger than his former ones before moving down to feel the hard ridges of abs. This quickly tempted him to untuck his shirt and pull it out to reveal them and he wasn’t disappointed. Soon rubbing and smiling the firmness of his new abs along with a dusting of stomach hair he hadn’t had before.
Bringing those hands up to his face, Luke explored his facial features. His jawline felt more prominent, lips slightly fuller, a fine stubble in place of the short beard he used to have and he couldn’t help but notice his hair. The hairline receded a bit but most notably the gel used to slick back his hair and style it. He’d never been one to use any kind of hair gel before so it definitely felt odd but he could get used to it.
After that Luke had to see it. He snatched up the older teacher’s phone from the desk and switched on the front camera. The face staring back at him was none other than the very same man he’d been lusting over all year. Mr Tenner. An almost sadistic grin emerged on his face that would’ve looked very out of character for Mr Tenner as he started to further admire his handsome, mature new features. Loving how his face looked aged but not wrinkled due to the lengths James went to take care of his skin while also enjoying the silver mixed in with his styled hair. Just gazing upon his new visage was causing the bulge in his suit pants to grow larger and tighter… but he wanted to save the best for last.
Next he went onto grab at his biceps, adoring how they bulged inside the fitted suit jacket, showing them off perfectly. It was incredible how a body almost twice Luke’s age could be this fit… this strong… this magnificent. The professor had clearly put huge amounts of work into his body and now Luke was more than happy to reap the benefits. He gave his arms a flex, loving how the jacket and dress shirt underneath had to stretch over the muscle. By now his cock was begging for attention but he had one more thing he wanted to check out first. After giving his pecs another quick squeeze through his shirt, Luke’s hands wandered down to his powerful new muscle ass, gripping it tightly with both hands. Fuck he’d wanted to grab and squeeze this ass all year long but he never imagined it’d be on his own backside when he finally got the chance.
Just then his old body started to groan. Luke took quick notice of this, fascinated to see if the extra setting he’d input to alter the former Mr Tenner had taken effect.
James Tenner blinked his eyes open, astonished to see none other than his identical twin standing before him! Wearing his clothes!? He cursed out loud, demanding to know what was going on but as he did he noticed the difference in his voice and body. He was much slimmer than before and wearing clothes similar to what his Teaching Aid Luke had been wearing before. Come to think of it, his voice just now sounded somewhat like Luke’s as well… what the fuck was going on!?
Looking back up at his imposter, James couldn’t help but notice the sinister smile plastered across his face. He was about to say something when the other man spoke up first. “Get over here and kneel in front of me.” The suited man spoke with such confidence and conviction. His words rattled through James’ head. Every fibre of his being was telling him to obey this man. This doppelgänger. What was wrong with him? He tried so hard to resist but… “Now.” The man demanded in an even deeper and authoritative tone. After that James’ body moved on its own, scrambling over and dropping to his knees as he was told.
The once Mr Tenner was getting even more freaked by the second as the more he looked up at his former… handsome… mature… sexy body, the more turned on he began to feel. Like he just wanted to endlessly service it. But he’d never been into men before? He was straight! So why couldn’t he pull his eyes away from the other man’s bulging crotch?!
Then without warning James felt a hand grab the back of his head, pressing it against the bulge, or rather what should've been his bulge, before telling him to worship it. One part of his mind was screaming at him to get up and run but it was vastly overpowered by the suffocating desire to obey and worship his own former body. And so James soon found himself kissing, licking and sniffing at the outline of his imposter's cock.
Luke almost couldn’t believe it. Not only had the machine been able to put him in the hunky body of Mr Tenner but it’d made the original James’ mind completely subservient to his will. Now the former professor, now in Luke’s old body, was doing everything he could to please his new master. After watching James press his face against the significant bulge in his suit pants however, Luke finally decided it was about time to whip out his brand new cock. By the look on James’ face, he was just as excited as Luke was about it.
“Fuckin woah… now that’s an upgrade for sur-oooohhaah” Luke barley had a chance to finish his sentence after unleashing his new monster cock before James had his lips wrapped around it. So eager to suck away at the dick he used to own. Luke just went with the flow, pressing James’ head down while loving how incredible and sensitive this new dick felt.
As his cock was being worshiped, Luke felt the overwhelming desire to strip out of this suit and give his new body some proper appreciation. Buuuuut it was probably best to wait until later. After all, if he was caught naked on college grounds he’d more than likely be fired from his new job before even having a chance to start. Just this blowjob was enough of a risk as it was. With that in mind he pulled James off his dick momentarily to jerk himself off furiously. James could only watch in awe as his former body jacked his dick like his life depended on it. Luke was biting his lip with lust as he drank in just how fat his new cock was while pumping it. He couldn’t have asked for anything better.
It wasn’t long before Luke finally started to feel his new seed welling up. With that he plunged his cock right back into James’ open mouth with a grunt. Feeling that hungry mouth suction down on his dick yet again was heavenly with how close he was. And with just a few eager bobs of James’ head, Luke grunted as he exploded his professor nut down the younger man’s throat in a thick salty blast.
The body snatcher watched with glee as his former self licked the cum from his lips. He shoved his softening cock back into his suit pants before pulling his new boy toy up onto his feet. “From now on, your are Luke. You’re just a teaching aid here and you will only refer to me as either Mr Tenner or Sir. You got that?” The new Mr Tenner stated.
“Yes sir!” The new Luke replied swiftly and subserviently. “Will I be able to worship you again soon?” He asked even though his inner self was still screaming against it.
“My place tonight at 8:00. You’ll be doing a whole lot more than worshipping…” The new professor stated before giving his former self a kiss on the cheek. As he did, the device caught his eye. With a smirk he grabbed it, ripping out the wires connecting it to the helmets before dropping it on the floor and smashing it beneath one of his new dress shoes. “Just so you don’t get any ideas.“ He smirked. “I’m James Tenner now and there’s nothing you can do to change that.” He sneered towards the new Luke.
———
Just over an hour later James now found himself sauntering around the new incredible looking home he’d inherited. He didn’t waste much time stripping off his suit piece by piece, slowly revealing the adonis body beneath. It wasn’t long before he found himself standing before a mirror, admiring the full beauty of his new form. A light dusting of hair spread across two incredible pecs and a set of well defined abs. Arms that stretched most dress shirts he wore, threatening to rip through them. And of course the incredibly well sculpted ass he just couldn’t get enough of.

Now that he was alone, he was free to go full perve mode with his new body and life. Walking around the house fully nude with a constant boner. Going through all dirty clothes in the hamper and smelling the gym clothes this body had recently worn and loving how that scent was now his own. Sifting through his entire new closet and trying on style after style of clothes. He mainly went through the collection of suits Mr Tenner had amassed over the years but didn’t hesitate to try anything he thought would look great on him. Which, judging by how well it all fit him, was effectively everything. He enjoyed it far more than he should’ve. So much so that quite a few pairs of his new suit pants now had his ball batter splattered all over the inside, staining them with his seed. It almost felt like he was marking his territory as weird and primitive as that sounded.
The time just flew by in all his excitement and before long he heard his doorbell ring. The new and improved James Tenner answered the door wearing some casual but still incredible looking clothes to see none other than “Luke”, his new obedient slave. He invited the younger man in without hesitation and led him towards the living room.
“Alright boy, you should remember what this body likes to eat. If you make me some good food tonight I might consider taking off this shirt and letting you worship my pecs for a while. Then we’ll see how it goes from there.” James began smuggly, grasping at his cock a little before watching Luke scurry off to the kitchen. Happy with his new personal butler, he turned and sat down to watch some TV.
He already knew in the moment that this new life of his was going to be absolutely incredible. Bit by bit he’d been tapping into some new memories so by the time summer break was over he should be able to completely and utterly assume the full identity of Mr Tenner without anyone batting an eye! The only thing they’re going to notice is how much closer he is now to his teaching assistant from the previous year.
He still had no idea who sent him that machine in the first place but whoever it was, James was incredibly grateful for it.

#poorly drawn mdzs#mdzs#wei wuxian#xue yang#Its such a relief to not have to draw so many characters once again.#Redrawing the specific font from the English translated mdzs books was surprisingly fun!#Maybe I'm alone in this...but I think characters switching to a different font of speech for *emphasis* is peak comedy#you can't communicate voice changes of sound very well in non audio forms so this is the best I can do.#Anyways...rip Xue Yang. You finally meet your idol and he brushes you off#Rather— he doesn't live up to the expectations you built in your head#Kind of an on going issue there Jester (I refuse to call him king or sir)#XY is constantly making people out to be the versions he needed them to be to feel justified in his actions#but struggles to pivot when confronted with the fact that these ppl are *more* than just one surface reading!#wwx doesn't actually think xy is flirting. He's just tired of all the fake fans + wants to get out of this convo.#button mashing the A button to skip the unskippable cutscene#Lan Wangji is in the next comic btw. I've missed him dearly. I'm sorry he's been gone so long </3#edit: poorly spelt MDZS strikes again. This is why I need more time to write my comics.
