I’m fascinated by horror and for me, I feel like I’m drawn to it because of all these things. However my main reason is probably because I relate to it or find it oddly comforting in a way—and no, I can’t elaborate unfortunately. I do not know why the Horrors™️ give me the warm fuzzies

In all honesty, Technoblade didn’t remember the trip from the dirty back alley to the room where they found Dream. It was all just a blur of red and … voices, so many voices. They were screaming at him, demanding blood and brutality like kids asking for candies on Halloween night.

It was nothing new for his chat to get violent, the call for blood was like their second nature, but it was rare to hear them this outraged. The things they wanted to do to Quackity … It made putting a pickaxe through his teeth sound like a kids’ game.

He winced at the shouts, the volume was high enough to make him unable to hear his own thoughts and it was bound to get worse the moment they actually spotted the target of their rage. When that happens, Techno isn’t even sure if he could control himself. He hoped so. He didn’t want to give in and lose control. He didn’t want his rival to see him like that, like a wild beast thirsty for blood. That's not something a traumatized guy needs to see at the moment, even Techno could tell that much. Chat, however, didn’t care.

ok this took me like. a solid 7 months to finally attempt to draw but ever since that initial post i actually wanted to draw my own take on techno if he was a bit messed up and Full Of Sulphur. except i cant draw anything that doesnt look squishy, so i didnt feel like i *could*

I assume since country are horse based centaurs that folk and western would be coyote/hare/deer based? And hyperpop would be some kind of more bright/pink techno trolls. I got a bit carried away and I'm no good at anything that isn't realism or monsters but it turned out alright I think :)

She’s descended from a line of bio-technological high-def speakers bred en masse during a period when “natural” sounds and imperfect audio were trendy, but quickly abandoned. Despite originating in a lab environment and having no mouths, the speakers were able to sustain themselves in a similar manner to flora, as well as developing strong legs in place of the stubs they had been designed with in surface of in-home mobility.

In the mean time here's a snippet

“You are choosing that thing over me!?”

Silence stretched over the room for a moment as both of the fiancés looked at their third with a matching confused expression. 

“Thing? What thing?”

“Q we- we came for Dream.”

At that, the ravenette barked out a laugh and Karl regretted ever speaking up when he saw the crazed look in Quackity’s eyes. Perhaps mentioning Dream was not the right call … but what else was he supposed to do?! He couldn’t not explain! Whatever Q was talking about was obviously wrong, there was no thing they would choose over him, never in a million things would Karl choose a thing over his friends or fiancés. The duck hybrid, however, seemed to view it differently. Or maybe Karl was the one who didn’t understand as Q’s next words suggested.

“That fucking mutt!”

A cold realization washed over Karl. Quackity didn’t mean an object. When he said thing he meant Dream. It was not even surprising given the brands seared  into Dream’s skin, but it was shocking to hear it so openly. No tentatively shared story from Dream or George could prepare him for the adamant venom with which Quackity said those words or the look in his eyes. 

“Dream is not a thing.”
