#lessonoftheday: You will never fully grasp the level of dependence on technology, until you have a day like I had yesterday. Losing all data/internet connection on my phone was a complete nightmare. That means zero map. Zero internet. Alone. Driving in Portugal. And, as usual, AT&T was zero help. The lead international tech support woman actually asked me, “Which country in Portugal are you in?” I said WHAT? 😳 I AM INNNN PORTUGAL!!! THAT ISSSSS THE COUNTRY!!!!! Americans are just idiots, plain and simple. By the grace of God, I found my way back to the hotel by following the river all the way from Cascais, where Eduardo, my little Angel 😇, saved me and my damn phone. Nightmare aside, I visited #penapalace in #sintra and basically saw nothing else there. Do not EVER take a car to Sintra. EVER. You will be sorry. Social media plays a huge role and relays a massive impact in the world of business and common day to day living.
