Being a fan of Hoyoverse games is really an experience.

We have Genshin Impact where I’m just exploring a world and being stuck solving peoples’ problems and making friends all over.

Honkai: Starrail we’re traveling through the stars as a human who I secretly think is a raccoon. It’s just a fun goofy game with the occasional seriousness.

And then you have Tears of Themis where you get to *checks notes* pick which guy out of four you want to top.

I don't know why we're arguing over Genshin Impact or Honkai Impact or Honkai Star Rail being the best Hoyoverse game, when:

The very fact that they're gacha games makes us all automatically tasteless idiots.

happy halloween kuu!! and if you’re looking for game recs, I have a few!! I don’t know what’s going on but lately I’ve been playing so much games these past week like it’s insane 😭😭 but onto the recs! I’ve been playing reverse: 1999, which is a gacha game that recently came out and it’s about the protagonist going back in time to save all the arcanist in history from being obliterated by a “storm” (at least that’s what I took from it), the art style is so pretty and the story is really good! I also recommend akuneko,, which I haven’t played yet but I heard good things about it and the main cast are literally devil cat butlers,, so what more can I ask! Plus the art style is REALLY pretty,, like they got the gothic victorian aesthetic down to a t,, it’s that good! Also another game I have been heavily considering downloading is path to nowhere,, like I have no idea what’s it about but I saw this pretty red hair women on my tl and i was sold SKSKSKSKSJSN (I realize this is more of recommendations of games I heard and think that were good rather than games I actually played that were good but you have to trust me on this 😭🙏🏼🙏🏼)

i've been getting promos for reverse 1999 literally everywhere,, kinda got the reverse effect because it makes me so frustrated when i get a lot of advertisments for the same thing buuuut. at the same time. the designs are pretty and i like the going back in time aspect so i could probably make some room in my phone right? right ✨

YES. yes. yes i haven't played (yet) but you can BET i've been keeping an eye on it from the sidelines because it's got everything a girl needs in her life (this is cats, victorian aesthetic and supernatural creatures). i feel like the thing that's stopping me from downloading is not trusting my jp enough to go through the game, since i haven't seen any eng tls or summaries as far as i know TT but like. i'm two taps away from getting it,, i'm sure i can at least appreciate the art. like it was written to lure me in, i know

also i don't know who this pretty lady is but she has red hair, do i even need another reason to look into it

OMG ToT’s power, especially Luke Pearce (TT) He’s so perfect and cute and he’s literally a puppy and ahhhh… he is my second fave LI after Vyn (something about him just hits different for me) and I’d heard his second anniversary card was good so I immediately pulled for him and after reading the story I just… gahhh that CG? The ring? He’s just? Literally… spent $60 bucks yesterday to get him home because I could not stand the thought of being Luke-less.

Everything about that card was so perfect and I am soft for childhood friends to lovers he is just so fucking jajsjsn I could talk about Luke for ever. Like, he’s one of those characters that makes me feel warm inside like, his love for MC? His dedication? The way he tries put those he loves above himself? His selflessness Everything about him? Perfect. Like, I cannot understate how much I adore Hoyo for Luke because, as much as I love Vyn, he’s literally one of the best ML’s, his growth and development is perfect and I literally am always excited to see new Luke cards and stories because he is just !!!! Like, I don’t want to spoil anything for anyone who might be interested in ToT but Luke is just the right mix of angst and fluff and it lands so perfectly (TT)

((I suppose I can lift my hiatus, but it is going to take me some time to get back into the groove with the rpc again.

I also intend on keeping my dash clean and small, which is better for my mental state. I also prefer to keep my dash focused on people who want to interact with my muse than following 100+ blogs of people posting daily but not interacting. This was one reason I had to take a break.

Alright, what do y'all's Study Rooms look like?

Study room CL points heavy on the influence side helped me last time to get this sort of debate completed. This time around, it looks like evil/dark!trial!MC just does More Damage, so I'm thinking something like this:

Because I seem to be one turn away from winning 2/3 of these debates, but she defeats me with whammy, powerful blows.

Honestly, I dont really care for the namecard, but I know that one of these days, it'll be a badge I really want, like the Darius Badge from Anniversary. (Its actually the Light of Stellis badge, but its Darius's badge in my mind <3)

Had enough items to speedrun and read both parts to Silvio's, then found more items and was able to read the sweet end for both Clavis & Jin.... aw hell yeah, triple epilogues baby 👀

I still feel very torn about how they're running things lately though, Ikepri is starting to feel much more cash cow-y with the high point requirements, the premium ends requiring BOTH readthroughs, and no more bday stories but instead grinding through events... love the characters & the storylines but like.. damn. i'm getting genshin ptsd ngl💀
