4 streamer duos to lock heads in CoD DMZ for Prime Video’s Citadel

Eight well-known Australian streamers will fight in Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 to see who is the best spy team around in honour of the release of Prime Video's newest spy drama Citadel. Four male-female teams will reenact significant moments from Citadel while taking part in missions from COD's DMZ game mode for the Citadel: Spy Challenge. The duos will be as follows: - Crayator and Berticuss - BazzaGazza and Nalopia - Drewd0g and Kultzy - Joel Bergs and Taylor Morgan Starting April 28, 2023, these teams will play two games each over two weeks to prove their teamwork skills. A custom Citadel-themed leaderboard will showcase the top duo based on their mission performance and compatibility with each other. As well as gaming prowess, their acting abilities will be put to the test as they attempt to recontextualize events from the series within CoD’s maps. Premiering on Prime Video on April 28, Citadel will take viewers through a new-age spy story that tests the strength of its two protagonist’s relationship. Set in the future, the agency “Citadel” has fallen to the evil operative of “Manticore.” Two elite agents, Mason Kane (Richard Madden) and Nadia Sinh (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) have had their memories wiped after narrowly escaping the destruction of Citadel. Unaware of their espionage past, the two have spent the last eight years building separate new lives, until a connection from their past (Stanley Tucci) comes seeking their expertise in stopping Manticore. Featuring a star-studded cast and coming from the visionary minds of Joe and Anthony Russo, producers of The Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame, Citadel will take viewers on a journey across the globe as Mason and Nadia rediscover their past and fight for their future. Call of Duty Warzone 2.0’s DMZ mode is all about completing missions and escaping alive. I only looked through it after the session (because I was watching slightly behind), but interesting to hear what exactly was going on with the radio issues, and Jose's answers about strategy and setup at Imola were fascinating. my love... idk how to tell u this but all the tweets were pretty 50/50 split between danny and lando

the reason there's *any* difference in tone is because one car retired, while the other was still racing (while struggling with damage) attempting to make an impression in the race, which wasn't happening (vvvv sadly, i was near tears tbh) so they likely didn't want to pull focus to the stuggling, but rather when something *good* happened like him getting into the points, or a little motivational message

the mclaren app teamstream was *filled* with commentary and motivation for danny's race, and the instagram feed was pretty evenly split between race, danny, and lando.

if you're reading this much into social media posts which danny probably won't even read while he's getting support from the team *in real life*... i don't know what to tell you :/

ik sometimes it can be frustrating (i was soaking through my dr3 mclaren hoodie with tears during the race pm) but it's... not that deep

For starters ofc I can understand the difference between retiring and still being able to race (although there's still a car damage), but this is not the first time that McLaren has shown this different "tone" between Lando and Daniel. Daniel has been struggling a lot in this season so taking as an example previous races, they would post supportive messages (after the end of the race) about Daniel only when he would score points. I can understand that they might have done that bc they didn't want to focus on the fact that he has been having difficulty adapting to the car but it also feels unfair at the same time, if that makes any sense? As if Daniel getting any thesis below tenth is not worth posting about. Also it's not just Lando who prob got affected mentally by the results of yesterday's race; the video of Daniel getting out of the car after the race finished was literally heartbreaking to watch and you could clearly see how defeated he felt. So in my opinion McLaren shouldn't be posting about just Lando having a tough race. Further more I thoroughly agree that media posts ofc do not represent the support that Daniel must be getting by the team bts, but as fans we don't know what's happening bts and we can only see things through the media, so that's why I find this incredibly frustrating. Also even though it seems like the opposite, I have actually tried not to read too much into this especially bc it's just the media as u said but the whole tweets situation (after so many times) in addition to seeing Daniel being discouraged, stressed out and pressured after a bad race is definitely worrying :( The point of posting supportive messages about Daniel is not just about him seeing them but to show that both drivers are equally meaningful in the team and there is no discrimination based on their results, bad or good.
