To get the third chakra be activated we need to meditate upon Him (Agni, the fire god) seated on a ram. Meditation on the manipura chakra assists us in gaining mastery over y our sense of sight as well as our ability to move about in the world. Our mind and body becomes radiant, with a shine to our skin and eyes.
