Now the company needs some staffs as:

They are a tea manufacturing company based at Kolkata.

They are having tea gardens in Assam and North Bengal. Also, they are having one heritage Bunglow in one of their gardens in North Bengal, where they do tea tourism.

Now for this tourism, Bangalore, they will require the following Manpower:

Post: F & B Staff

Number of requirement is: 2 F & B Service housekeeping staffs.

Compensation: Monthly in hand salary will be from Rs. 7 thousand to 10 thousands (as per experienced and caliber).

Job location is Baradighi Jalpaiguri North Bengal.

Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.

Post: Captain

Number of requirement is: 1 captain.

Compensation: Monthly in hand salary will be from Rs. 10 thousand to 15 thousands (as per experienced and caliber).

Job location is Baradighi Jalpaiguri North Bengal.

Accommodation and food will be provided by the company.

Duty hours: 9 to 10 hours working policy for all staff as per company norms.

However, in F&B most of the times during busy days, the staff has to be available even at odd hours for the guests, which hotel management background F n B staffs are aware off.

Nature of recruitment:

The above mentioned positions will be Contractual in nature.

Contract will be renewed only after performance appraisal.

For the time being company are not giving PF, ESIC, Gratuity facilities.

Rent free accommodation & food will be provided by the company.

Medical Facility will be provided at the Garden level only.

Candidate will be eligible for 15 days of Annual Leave only in One Financial Year. If any leave is taken without the leave balance or without any prior intimation to the company, then it would be treated as “Leave without Pay” & salary will get adjusted accordingly.

Candidates need to have minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field.

Graduates preferred.

Immediate joiners preferred.

The only feeling of having an older brother that I ever experienced was when I lived in Rajasthan

We lived in a rather rural area away from a lot of noise but was still somewhat developed

I was too small so most of my memories are blurry but some are as fresh as yesterday

I had two best friends and both of them had elder brothers around the same age

One of them was so sweet he reminded me of a very friendly teddy bear (i was a child my imagination was wild) and the others bother was gian (from doremon) personified

We didnt have apartment complex or any such residential system there, people would either buy/rent a part of Or the whole bunglow

Where I lived, the owners used to live on the ground floor and the entirety of the second floor was ours (it was huge)

The owners had two sons and the Lady really really wanted a daughter so she use to treat me like one. The elder sons school timings were different because he was wayy older than us but the younger sons age fell around that of my friends brothers

So he became my pseudo brother. Every time id feel sad about not having an older brother to play with, he'd tap my head and go 'but you have two dummy'

He helped me around in school so much the teachers thought he really was my brother

He once got into a fight with some senior boys because they were rude to me on the bus

He'd play hide and seek, tea party and watch movies with me (i remember this because spiderman was released around that time and me , him and our older brother had watched it together on a mini projector they had. He had covered my eyes during all the kissing scenes hdhdbdbdbdb)

There were times when he had given me a piggy back ride around the whole colony because I was tired but still wanted to play, he'd helped me write my notes in the empty classroom when disparsal had already taken place but I was a slow writter and my mom would be pissed if my notes weren't complete. I had sat there crying because we were definitely doing to miss the bus but he put all his power in completing my notes also while making sure I don't cry too much

I miss him :/

Feeling of contentment doesnt come with heaps of money ,a big house ,luxury cars and branded clothes . Happiness is a feeling which overwhelms us even in the minute happenings of life . Our eyes shine seeing a beautiful sky ,Or the droplets of water on flowers ,or bird feeding her babies with her mouth or the twinkling stars . Daily Diary

Day 1

Madhapur, Hyderabad. 17/05/2022 Tuesday

In the morning i started the day with a cup of tea, i should have taken a breakfast after tea, but i knew i will get late for office if anything above tea i do. I was at relatives house and the office will tale 1 hr to reach before that i wanted to visit my brother friend to check 1 BHK flat to rent out for few days atleast.

I saw the 1BHK flat but was not immediately available so i started looking at other rental boards around.

He supported me to adjust in another room for 15 days later he can shift me into his room.

I also looked at another 1 bhk with terrace house at highest floor of the bunglow but it was too hot to survive and stay there with family it wasn’t suitable.

I went to office i planned to go office direct as i was already 1 hr late and i purchased new tshirt and went to office after changing the tshirt.

I would have taken a bath at relative place and saved 1500 buck for tshirt i have spent for a day. I have an option of returning it in 20 days before and i can return back tomorrow but i would not ever do that cz i hate doing cheap things not my character.

I went to office hungry so i fired up my laptop and few seconds i went to cafeteria and had boost. Came back and my architect called me to check my knowledge if i got prepared for tomorrow’s interview with diabold client.

He definetly didn’t ask wht i have studied since last week he wanted me to show his talent so he went deep inside jvm and started with tricky questions and i lost the field almost answered some.

Today he tell me to prepare on fundamentals a week before he asked me to study all latest high end technologies. This how people play around with less experience people.

I tried to get Ameerpet java but i did not get what i wanted to learn so no preparation happened and landed with reference book reading and studied some stuff but i was diverted in office so was waiting one of the hr to wave and talk some. I asked her if she drinks i knew she does and she said the truth she blushed and said lets talk at tea time and went off from pantry, i have crush on her.

I tried meeting her for tea break but she was busy i tried 2-3 time though. We have some vibes matching.

I waited for her and then decided to check my arrangement for flats to rent cz i have to vacate the hotel provided by office today. I went to check the housr which provide all facilities and i booked it partially right now and will check in tomorrow.

i went to gym and did v good exercise initially it was to hard to get the foot up, i was thinking i will walk for few minutes and go back, but one girl came to do workout and all of a sudden i started with active workout. I am so bad at thi so weak on girls. God Save me from girls.

I forgot my gf was about to call me i came out of bathroom and there was 6 miss call already with other friends and wife. My gf about to board the bus toward Hyderabad to me and i have to guide her. She gave me enough bad words and i have to listen up she was drunk and high on marijuana.

She finally board the bus i took a bath in hotel and have to pick her up in the morning by 7 am the joy starts tomorrow.
