— I think Scott definitely fell for Dawn first.

— And Dawn 100% picks up on it

— She’s very observant, and is almost immediate to see that Scott makes a different effort towards her, trying to appear confident, but also a bit nervous.

— Dawn would have like a day of revelation where she really gets excited and realizes she really does like him too.

— Scott would probably just be telling himself “I think she maybe sorta likes me but i also don’t believe myself. Oh well”

— they would go to Zoey one after another and be like “Zoeyireallylikethemandimnotsuretheylikeme. Not telling you who though..” as if it isn’t already kind of obvious to her, especially since she’s hearing both sides..

— Scott probably wouldn’t do that often as I imagine he wouldn’t really trust others with his feelings much, but once or twice he’d probably let it slip.

— Even if Dawn figures out Scott doesn’t want to bring it up, ask her out, etc, she won’t.

— It’s a silent rivalry between the two

— They both like each other, but neither want to admit it, even when the other knows.

— There’s two ways this goes:

— Zoey sets them up and they go out.

— Or, Dawn asks him to maybe meditate with her? Or just take a walk. And they get their feelings out there.

— During games, the two are still the same, not acting differently according to their feelings, still ruthless lol.

— But off camera, they have a little bit of a soft spot for each other that they’d rather die than admit to.

Sure Scott is responsible for Dawn’s elimination but it just a game. It’s not that serious at all. Besides I think they can bond over animals.

Overall I don’t think this ship deserves these much hate or any hate. Thank you.

What made you ship it?

Back when I was working on those minimalist redesigns of the td 2023 characters I also took a second to start redesigning some of the tdroti characters, I think I started out with like jo brick and dawn (weird combo) and in the middle of it I was like huh. Dawn and jo next to each other. would be a fun pair. Huh. Lesbians

What are your favorite things about the ship?

I like the idea of Dawn actually having a defining relationship in the revenge plot, genuinely she was the coolest one there but got to do absolutely nothinggggg, also it would be good for jo to have at least one positive relationship with a girl, maybe even as a parallel to her weird thing with brick (bisexual?🤨 I see u girl) And honestly I think as like a wierd pair they would propel eachother well through the plot (again all stars but add Dawn it would be beautiful fantastic amazing)

Is there an unpopular opinion you have on your ship?

Umm. Maybe if it was there were popular opinions about them to begin with im like the only guy here so no conflict to be seen

Older Scott- This is a follow up to an older post, I just wanted to draw his whole body.

Besides Brott, I also like Scott x Lightning, Scott x Dawn, Scott x Brick x Lightning, Scott x Sierra, and Scott x Mike/Vito/Manitoba Smith/Mal. Scott x Sam is cute too, I just find Sam boring so I don’t ever think about it.

I cannot get behind Scott x Sugar because I simply do not like Sugar. She is my least favorite female TD contestant, oof. I know it works really well in theory… I just can’t. Please understand. (My least favorite character overall is Chase, followed by Mal but it’s complicated.)

Scott x Courtney is… certainly canon. It was fine I guess, but Courtney should get with Gwen, and Scott should date Brick or Lightning lol.

does. anyone know what happened to rotiapologist? they used to be kind of active in the td community. they liked zawn (zoey x dawn) and headcanoned dawn as a non-binary lesbian i think? they might have shipped jo and anne maria too but i'm not sure. they also shipped scike (scott x mike) and maybe gwourtney??? they had some cool opinions on the show, like how zoey kind of had this indie pretentiousness to her. i remember one day i couldnt find their blog and then i found out they deactivated. and nobody. really talked about it?? it's like they just. stopped existing. i know they were being sent anon hate for liking scike as a ship so that might be why but im still not sure
