Anakin and Ashoka head cannon:

Whenever Anakin is lecturing Ashoka about something and is truly upset with her or her actions, he calls her Ashoka. When he's lecturing her for Obi-Wan's sake but he's secretly proud of her, he calls her Snips.

And Obi-Wan knows this. In fact the only person who doesn't realize he does this is Anakin. He's all convinced he made Obi-Wan truly believe he was telling his Padawan off, but as soon as he leaves the room Obi-Wan looks at Ashoka like "he may not have meant it but I do".
