ELLEN X PAM FANFIC!!!
Requested by: @bluewebs
((Ellen- Fox, Pam-Kitty Kat, Emmylou-Hogwild, Joy-Doom, Rhonda-Shortfuse))
It was an autumn day. International League of Heros did another amazing job by saving some people. Ladies were done for that day, so they all decided to relax a bit. Joy was listening to music in her room, Rhonda was reading a book, and Emmylou was fixing her bike. Pam decided to go out for a walk. As she was about to go out, Ellen asked her to go with her. Pam agreed.
They were walking around the city. Everything looked beautiful with autumn colors, and the air was fresh. They were walking a bit, leaves crunching under their feet.
Suddenly, it started raining. Pam didn't bring her umbrella, but Ellen did, so they shared. They took the umbrella, their habds touching and continued. Pam was blushing slightly, and so was Ellen. Ellen's hands were warm and Pam's cold.
"Why are your hands cold?"
"Was just, uh, doing something."
The rain didn't ruin the mood. Sun started setting down, making a beautiful scene for Pam and Ellen
HOPE YA ENJOED SRRY IF ITS RUSHED I JAVE SVHOOL SO HOPE YA ENHOYED ITT

New interview with Director Pierre Perifel and producer Damon Ross reveal cool & interesting new information about The Bad Guys 2.
Highlights:
-We can expect a bigger cinematic experience. They expand on the world, along with extraordinary set pieces. Bigger, more elaborate too.
-Is based on the The Bad Guys book series (first movie was inspired from book 1 to 4, this one book 5 to 10) but changes are made, just like with the first movie.
-Has aged up the movie a little bit so adults can enjoy & pick up on all the little winks. The plot is a bit more subtle, refined & complex.
-The movie opens with a prologue of how Wolf got his famous black car.
-Genre hops. The first movie was more like Ocean 11, this one is more like Mission Impossible. They commented that the book series does the same thing.
-They try to record the cast together when they can for a more realistic approach. They love doing recordings together & the new cast members were already friends with some of the current cast.
-The Bad Guys got lured into the Bad Girls trap because of Doom seducing Snake.
Bonus: (from this article) Diane Foxington will have her own storyline in The Bad Guys 2 & her chemistry with Wolf will blossom.

Interesting how they changed Kitty Kat from a black/grey cat in the books to a snow leopard in the movie.

🟢The Bad Guys 2 director & producer confirms Diane Foxington won't have a smaller role in the sequel!
They know of her popularity
Tumblr media
Pierre Perifel: "Yeah, she has her own kind of storyline here. And we love her so much. She’s a badass. But, to answer your question, I think we saw the reaction of people to this character, and we knew we needed her. She’s definitely a big part of the franchise."
Damon Ross: "I mean, I’d say the character of Diane Foxington really popped in the first movie. You get a little taste of her in the trailer, but she’s definitely in the second one, and she’s kind of a scene stealer. She’s really fantastic. The chemistry between Wolf & Diane is incredible"
Bonus: about the new message of the movie:
Pierre Perifel: "I think that message is still relevant. It will always be somewhat relevant, because it’s really the story of these villains that are becoming heroes through their journey of life, really, and therefore looking for belonging from a society that hates them. In this story, I think we naturally were led to a different path. In this first movie, our bad guys are changing. They embrace a new life, Wolf, in particular, embraces a new life and drags the whole gang down with him. Like, alright, we’re bad now, but we’re going to go good. And he feels responsible for the rest of the gang, just dragging them into this new life. And it turns out, this new life after prison, where he thought it would be easy to be accepted by society and embraced, it turns out it doesn’t work like that. You come out of prison, you’re still an ex-con, you’re still scary, because he’s Wolf and people don’t trust him. So we start the movie there where Wolf is quite scary, and realising that it’s not easy to live a normal life."
Damon Ross:"I think he feels slightly, I mean, we’re not on the nose with this, but he’s slightly guilty. He’s pitched this good life to the crew, and he’s dragged them away. What seemed like a great thing for “the bad guys” with this new life is not all it’s cracked up to be. He’s like, “Well, what was the right choice? Did I do the right thing?” Wolf ultimately is tested with his decision to go good with this new female crime team,The Bad Girls, who are going to lure them back into the bad life. It’s bringing (the crew) out of retirement and asking them to do one last job."

In the trailer, The Bad Guys steal a rocket ship, which is something taken from book 5 of The Bad Guys book series:
Tumblr media
In the book, the gang stole a rocket ship to get to the moon, where Marmalade's secret lab is located in order to stop his evil plans. It's also there that Marmalade reveals his true identity to The Bad Guys & imprisons them.
Could something similar be happening here, but this time they're forced to steal a rocket by the Bad Girls & is a trap set up by them for Marmalade? Perhaps that's why Diane was fighting Kitty Kat. And it's been confirmed that Richard Ayoade will reprise his role as Professor Marmalade.

🟢Interview: Director Pierre Perifel talks The Bad Guys 2
"The Bad Guys 2 is James Bond meets Mission Impossible animated action" -director Pierre Perifel & producer Damon Ross
Tumblr media
About the opportunity the first movie left: “We leave the bad guys as they’re trying to be good. They’ve paid their debt to society, and they’re about to be released from prison, and there’s a whole arc after that where they’re ready to be accepted by society.” -Pierre Perifel
About pushing things further:"This new one is really all about opening the universe of ‘The Bad Guys,’ – both story-wise, where we’re going to just explore the new set pieces and characters, just leave the centralized cities, and explore different locations – and more cinematic sets, which is super exciting. We’re pushing the visual style. We reshaped our characters a little bit. We are going to add special effects that feel a bit more like hand-drawn. There’s definitely more line work in the texturing and brush strokes. We’re pushing a bit more stylized. We’re not going too crazy. It’s still going to feel like ‘The Bad Guys” with that very painterly, illustrative look.” -Pierre Perifel
About the Sequel: “They’re struggling a little bit, going from job interviews to try and pay bills that they can’t afford, until they get captured by this trio of super villains, and forced to do one last job. The movie is about testing Wolf’s determination to be a good guy. Did he make the right choice? That really is the big philosophical argument for him.” -Pierre Perifel
"It’s one thing to go good, it’s quite another to stay good” - Damon Ross
About Kitty Kat: "She's Wolf 2.0. She’s super smart, super strong, cooler and younger than Mr. Wolf. Her second-in-command is a Boar. She’s the opposite of Kitty, this bigger-than-life character with a soft heart, but has childish energy. “ He continues, “The last character is a raven. She’s super dry and sarcastic, and her humor is on point.” -Pierre Perifel
About what they're excited fans to see: "What I love about Marvel movies is the opening of this universe where you start with one superhero and just slowly build up a world around it. For us, it was really important to open the world and give the audience something that you can see could have more movies behind that one. For me, it really is a fun ride, but on a much bigger scale and higher octane than the first film. And I think that’s what I’m excited to see how audience react to this.” -Pierre Perifel
"We established our characters in the first movie. Now we get a chance to expand and deepen those characters, the hard work (done) of just introducing them, as in the past. Now we can add the different dimensions and layers and get to know them even better" -Damon Ross
"The books genre hop and he [Australian author Aaron Blabey] spends a little time in one genre. Jumps to another. played in the ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ space. Now we get to ratchet things up; action wise, stake wise and set piece wise, and lean into ‘Mission: Impossible. Even when we were starting the first movie, we thought, if we had a chance to make a second, a third, more movies, we would love to do the same, not just do heist movies in different locations. Nobody does set pieces better than the ‘Mission: Impossible’ franchise. We have a pretty, not-so-subtle nod to that.” -Damon Ross

Note
Possible spoilers (be warned)
I feel like doom is manipulating snake, poor guy. I mean what if he finally found someone that he thought he could trust outside of his friends? And it only turned out that the person he thought actually loved him, was just playing with him…?
I feel like snake might have a moment of reflection in the movie (if my theory is correct which seems a bit likely) and he’s definitely gonna be heartbroken and angry that he let someone manipulate him like that. Probably gonna have some trust issues after that..maybe have a sad moment with wolf (hopefully so, because he might’ve been jealous of their “relationship”). It would be good for character development and make him a bit more relatable..but I don’t know.
what do you think? 🤔
It's been confirmed.
In one of the recent interviews with director Pierre Perifel, he explained that The Bad Guys got lured into The Bad Girl's trap because of Doom seducing Mr. Snake. So, as you suggested, he may have moments of reflection & talk with Wolf about it.
In addition, there's her character description from the official website: "Natasha Lyonne as Doom, a wry raven with a knack for deception."

If i'm not mistaken, kitty and diane were friends in the books right?
Yes.
At one point in The Bad Guys book series, they broke their friendship because Diane kept an important secret from Kitty & the rest of the crew to protect them. But they got along again after a while.
While in the movie, it looks to be more like actual rivalry than a broken friendship, with the way we see Diane fight Kitty. And she's still a criminal, so that's probably why they do not get along.
