Does Zubaz have a Ryu number? Or would it be 1, since he was originally created for Street Fighter 2?

The Baz has a Ryu Number of 2.

(clarification below)

To get technical, a character named "Zubaz" I don't believe has ever been in a video game, likely as a direct result of his possible namesake being a real clothing brand.

So in a sense, Zubaz as conceived in Street Fighter II's conceptual art doesn't exactly have a Ryu Number, having never made an eligible appearance, but I don't think I'm all that out of pocket here for treating the Baz as an equivalent.

Sorry about little updates on my end. I've mainly been busy with work and some personal issues, but I have not forgotten the stream!
