I had commissioned the wonderful @penofwildfire for this design of La-Lloyd a few weeks back and just got it on my arm today! I don’t want to get doxxed so I won’t tag the tattoo artist but I’m happy to send their page in DMs :D

Just the contrast between a put together younger Lucanis and a rough around the edges, bruised knuckles, eye swollen shut Cy is so delicious.

And there was only one available table so they wind up unfortunately sitting together, trying to ignore each other but Cy is so annoyingly Ferelden it rubs Lucanis' frayed nerves the wrong way. At the same time, Lucanis being there makes Cy annoyed because Viago is probably trying to get him to be like this pretty boy over here and it's pissing him off and...

Yeah, good thing they get coffee. The exact same type of coffee. And Lucanis wonders how this idiot has a sense of taste and Cy wonders why pretty boy is even here.

They drink in silence, the occasional glare marking their only conversation.

They bump into each other on the way out (Cy is ready to climb onto the roof to go get yelled at by Viago, Lucanis takes a different way home) and the talons are out and for a brief moment the passersby think it's gonna be a fight. But Cy reigns it in and just tells him to fuck off as he climbs to the roof and disappears. Lucanis shrugs it off because he's got bigger problems. They never see each other again.

Until they go to the same cafe during some downtime in Veilguard. After all, they both like the coffee here. Location's nice too. Cy comments they haven't been back in a while, surprised they even let them in. Lucanis is so confused like why wouldn't they let you in?

Cy: oh, I used to show up bloody a lot because I got into street brawls when I was younger. You know, stress relief.

And then the fun begins on the Loathing reprise.

Jessie “Stormy” Black

(AKA “Cipher”)

(BTW Jessie uses any pronouns but they/it are default)

So far, they were mostly created for my VBros AU that I'm making, and they are meant to be a polar opposite to Pete White and he met them after all the events in VBros Season 7 and the movie and they have a positive relationship. Jessie is a petty hacker and has a history of tampering with technology and computers but works at a Best Buy and is a skilled coder.

Jessie likes old games from the 70s-90s, Sci-Fi media, and has a bad sweet tooth, and loves a lot of candies or anything sugary. (Especially energy drinks!) And they attended Stuyvesant University around the same time Pete and Rusty attended State University during the events of the flashbacks of ‘Past Tense’. They mostly lived in Brooklyn, NY for most of their life. LOL

At some point had started as a “hero” who was heavily villains for their morals where they were and at some attempted to arch Captain Sunshine (they didn’t see eye to eye with morality) at some point and later on “retired” and decided to become a full villain.

And they happen to have some Guild connections but wasn’t registered because they wanted to “fly solo”. But in the very late 90s and early 2000s they kinda rebranded their moniker, “CIPHER” with themselves being an online blogger where they have conspiracy theories and had dirt on “protagonists” and lots of lore related crap. So far throughout Cipher’s villain career, they were most anonymous and hidden underground in obscurity.

Meanwhile Stormy just became their own character while developing them. And them being an anti-villain is a lot of fun writing too. LOL

They do have a history with hijacking and tampering computers media stations, and tech, but they aren’t associated with the Guild. This character also has massive Screenslaver vibes (and Riddler) but just commits petty vandalism and just likes to troll people. Their arc is them having a balance with their double life and touch fucking grass for once.
