About the artist:

My name is Luca but you can easily call me with my artist tag Malocchio , i am 24 years old, I live in Rome and as you can see from my works and the description I am a Tattoo Artist .

I've been doing this job since I was 19 and I've probably always been a fan of the traditional/old school style.

Over the years I have found my drawing style of expression with a Revisited Traditional style, "I know it sounds strange to all those people who like this style".

I often work at conventions , so I love tattooing in places other than everyday ones so even for people who don't live in my city we can easily organize sessions.

as you have noticed I am trying to be more active via social media in fact I am trying and will try to post new content every 3/4 days which are tattoos performed by myself rather than bookable flashes .

I appreciate and thank endlessly every single person who gives me the opportunity to express my art .

as you can see from the posts below, whether flash or freshly done tattoos , I only and exclusively perform Traditional work in my style .

Prompt 29 - Walk

Regulus had gone with James to get his tattoo. He felt it was only right after all, the man was getting a piece of Regulus’s own art permanently inked on himself. It was a short walk from the flat to Mary’s studio. Regulus was amazing but the pictures she had framed around the clean space of the detailed pieces she’d created for her customers. They were works of art in their own right, and he was excited to see how she would recreate his. 

Mary was the most beautiful woman Regulus had ever seen. Her dark skin was covered in a collage of tattoos, all different yet somehow combining to create an eye-catching design. Regulus was mesmerised. 

James nudged him and only then did Regulus realise they’d been talking to him. 

“Sorry, what?” He asked, looking between them. 

“I was saying how beautiful your piece is and what an honour it is to be stabbing your boyfriend over and over with tiny needles to put it on him,” Regulus loved Mary immediately. “Alright then, are we ready?” James nodded, and they followed Mary into the back and got comfortable. 

Watching Mary was like magic. The image took form effortlessly on Mary’s part. James had his face screwed up the entire time. “What do you think?” She asked Regulus once she was done, ignoring James. 

“It’s perfect,” He told her, beaming. “You’d think you drew the original and not me and Sirius,” 

“I like it too,” James sulked from his chair as Mary wrapped his freshly inked tattoo up. 

“Yes, yes,” Mary cooed sweetly at him. “Now you know the drill. Keep it clean, keep it dry, don’t let it get infected,” She warned before ushering them out of the door and started preparing for her next client. 

“I like her,” Regulus told James as they walked the short distance home. 

“Yeah, Mary’s the best,” James agreed as he opened the door to the flats and let Regulus in.

I’ll be really like talking to one of my tattoo artists like: hey give an approximate price for this massive giant tattoo so I can save money for next year and I’ll book with you.

No driving license but I’ll have the coolest tattoos 💀💅

No idea if anyone will even see or respond to this but I figured I’d ask about it on here because I still refuse to get Reddit lol. Even if you don’t have experience with tattoos, any advice is appreciated if you have better social experience than me.

So I messaged him around midday Thursday on instagram, which is his business social media, asking if a certain flash he had was still available. He responded a couple hours later saying that it was and that he’d love an opportunity to tattoo it (it’s been on the list for a couple years unclaimed). So I read and responded to it a couple hours after that saying how I’d love to get it done and just asking about making an appointment. But he hasn’t responded since. And it’s obviously not something that I need done urgently or anything but the conversation, or lack thereof, is making me anxious lol.

Cause my first instinct is to message again but I don’t want to come off as too pushy. I used to have terrible social anxiety but I have mostly grown out of it, except when it comes to messaging strangers lol. All of my tattoo appointments before were always made in person so I don’t know how to do any of this.

So I’ve been giving it time, especially since Friday was one of the busiest tattooing days of the year, but now I just don’t know what to do. Should I; just let it be and wait it out, send another message (and what should I say lol), or just go to the studio in person and try to make an appointment?

In a weird change of faith, it’s a good thing I didn’t have my tattoo appointment on Friday because now I ended up asking the artist if she’d help me celebrate the big highlight in my journey of loving myself, gender, and body by making me a second tattoo inspired by Paidaton Riehuja. And she did!!! All in all, the experience of being tattooed by her was amazing! We listened to Käärijä, Go_A and Vesna all day, talked about Käärijä, growing up near Vantaa and so much more!!

Preparing for your tattoo - don’t stress!

IN PREPARATION BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: *Please exfoliate and moisturise 2 weeks prior to our appointment if you can. This will soften the area of the skin and make the process a little bit easier for tattooing. Please do not apply either the day of, before your appointment, to allow the stencil to adhere well. 

*If you are scheduled for an appointment on the upper arm, please bring a singlet with you. If you are working on the legs, please bring loose shorts with you. This will make it super easy for you on the day of the appointment when stencilling and tattooing. Try to wear clothes that you aren't too attached to, as they may get ink stains on them. 

*Bring lots of water, your favourite snacks and lunch if we've got a big day ahead. Even for small appointment, I recommend bringing a bit of sugar to keep your sugar levels up.

* Make sure to eat breakfast! It gives your body the extra energy and calories to work through during your appointment. Without a decent meal, you may become dizzy, and can pass out.

*Wear comfortable clothes and get a good night's rest the night before your appointment! *If you are working on an area that may leave you a feeling little bit exposed, feel free to bring a shawl or small blanket to use while getting tattooed.

Prompt 28 - Injury

The next few days were blissfully quiet. Snape hadn’t retaliated. Not that he could, really. In fact, James hadn’t seen him at all. They rarely crossed paths any more now that James didn’t live on campus. 

A new turn of events, though, was that Regulus had bravely walked into James’s bedroom and got into his bed. He’d slept there for the last few nights and neither of them had said anything about it. James hoped that it would be a permanent thing and was already planning on turning Regulus’s bedroom into a studio for him so he had more space to paint or draw or whatever than he did now with the bed in the way. But it was still early days, and he wanted Regulus to have the option to sleep in his own bed.

James was also extremely excited about the appointment he had in half an hour to finally get his tattoo. He’d booked it properly and swore to anyone who would listen that nothing short of an incapacitating injury would keep him from that tattoo studio. But right now, he was happily stroking Regulus’s hair as he napped on James on the sofa while Bargain Hunt was on. James would have to wake him soon, but not quite yet.
