What is something you wish people would notice more often in your art?

Honestly I’m pretty content with the feedback I get from my art, I especially love when people go off about a specific doodle. Like they elaborate on the concept or the execution- I love reading those so much teehee

I think I only sometimes I get disappointed if I reaaalllly like a sketch, but no one points it out. Like that’s just me being petty because it’s m y fav and no one else thinks so.

Feyre and Rhys are very adamant about getting reader pregnant- they try as often as you let them, and they're both firm believers that an omegas pleasure increases fertility

Your scent changes slowly, but once it's noticeable the two of them are all over you, constantly scenting you

Doctors visits are a weekly occurance for you, sometimes twice a week if one of them is fussing over a symptom you're having (usually Rhys)

Morning sickness is no joke, and one if not both of them are always there, holding your hair back

If one of them leaves your side for more than an hour or leaves the house, they bring you back a gift or treat.

Once you start having cravings, Feyre and Rhys go above and beyond to get you what you need- including cooking or baking for you (well, Feyre sits on the counter with you and looks cute/gives you aaall of the attention while the two of you watch Rhys)

When you sleep, Rhys and Feyre sleep on either side of you, Rhys closest to the door. They keep one hand on your bump at all times no matter which position you sleep in.

Once they can hear the baby's heartbeat, Feyre spends at least a half an hour with her ear to your stomach listening every day. When Rhys is feeling stressed and tired, the two of you curl up on a couch together, with you sitting on one end (with a pillow, of course) and Rhys laying with his head on your lap and an ear against your tummy.

They become even more protective, even going as far as to growl at any alphas that enter your bakery, until you finally break and put an end to it. They grovel a bit, and tone down their aggression towards everyone who comes within ten feet of you.

Once you start nesting, Feyre is always with you. She helps you do everything, coaxes you to eat and forces you to bathe even if she has to drag you from your nest (as much as it hurts her to hear you cry). Rhys brings replacements of fabrics every few days, and they switch them out while you're asleep. Rhys brings food for the both of you, and anything he thinks of that you might want- from cute stuffies to books to tea and treats.

You start having emotional outbursts after a couple of months, mainly over your alphas- how cute, pretty, sexy they are, if they get you something you cry about it until they hold you and stroke your hair.

When you're finally in labor, Feyre and Rhys are absolute messes. They take turns sitting behind you and supporting your body, but for every tear you shed, they shed one too (or more).

I'm just obseeeessed with these threeee I'm so excited for everything about this series! I can't wait for possessive, jealous Feyre and worry wart Rhys. I love them so much alreadyyy and I haven't even written them yeeeet

tato, idk what you put in this ask but i wanted to write all of it... and so i did :3c i'm putting my pining idiots, angelica and selene, in this post and make a separate one for yoimiya!!

i was set on this scene since reading the ask, but it was harder to put inot words than i expected bc i haven't introduced anything about these two yet, so i wanted to put in as much info as i could while still keeping it legible (though i fear most metaphors are solely for me until i actually yap about these two properly)

𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚 - 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

In the woods behind the campus, two students sat under the swaying branches of a grand tree. Far above them unfurled a tapestry of countless stars, illuminating the night sky and occasionally winking down at the pair. The breeze, which gently rustled their clothes and curled around strands of their hair playfully, seemingly shared the warmth that was so apparent between the two girls whose fingers were just one slight movement apart from touching on the blanket.

Angelica had always been fond of the starry sight, gazing at that grand ocean all her life with unbound curiosity and longing. So she studied everything she could about it. Many people found it frightening apparently, that vast nothingness which was so far and yet so close, but never her. She thought it rather comforting. When the young girl told her mother she one day wanted to travel to the stars, the woman had asked her if she wouldn’t feel lonely and the question had confused her ever since. Where would be the difference to her life down here?

“Oh, and that constellation is–!” Angelica exclaimed, pointing further right, only to find that the girl next to her wasn’t following her direction. Oh no, she had talked too much again. Selene probably didn’t care at all and regretted meeting her here in the first place. How could someone screw up a chance like this? “I’m so sorry, it’s probably really boring to hear me go on about some constellations the entire time…”

“No, not at all,” Selene replied, her lovely voice short-circuiting something in the Ignihyde student’s brain. Especially as she propped one arm up on her leg and leaned her head on it as she watched Angelica with a smile. “I like hearing you talk about the things you’re passionate about. It’s really cute. And you know a lot, so you clearly care, which only makes me want to hear more.”

“Oh, that’s a relief,” Angelica sighed, trying to pick up her earlier thought process. The moon bathed Selene in its silver light, making her jade green hair glow even more than usual and highlighting the striking colours of her wings. She was always beautiful, oh Angelica was aware of that, but in that moment, where it was just the two of them under the night sky, Selene was downright enchanting. Hastily, Angelica turned back to the stars. “The sight is beautiful, don’t you think?”

“Indeed, it is.”

When the brown-haired girl glanced back to see which star Selene was looking at, she found herself face to face with the Pomefiore student. For a moment, the world around them seemed to go still. Nothing existed but the two of them. Selene wondered if Angelica knew that the entirety of the night sky seemed to reside in her eyes. Or if she was aware that in Selene’s eyes, she shined brighter than any of the stars she had told her about.

The shift was barely noticeable in itself. But when Selene intertwined her pink-hued fingers with Angelica’s dark ones, Angelica welcomed the feeling. Maybe she had just found the answer to an old question.

more yapping about angelica & selene bc i am clinically normal about them (and to maybe fill in some blanks for people who aren't me)

i'll start with angelica since the ask was about her (but they are a package deal, do not separate them). angelica is a second year student from ignihyde and twisted from evangeline, the star from princess and the frog. she grew up rather lonely and has a bit of a hard time bridging the gap she feels to other people. like most ignihyde students, she likes tinkering with tech, especially stuff that has to do with space.

selene is a second year student from pomefiore and a luna moth beastwoman (that term just feels off when talking about her ㅠㅠ) twisted from absolem from alice in wonderland. she's always looking for a way to improve herself and can come off as nitpicky because of it (very "princess and the pea"). her talents include dress making and potionology; she's currently working on potions that can shrink or enlarge the user.

as for their relationship, angelica developped a crush on selene at first sight but is so in her head about it that she doesn't notice any of the huge signs selene is dropping. or well, she does notice them, but they couldn't possibly mean what she wants them to mean. think "are you flirting with me" - "have been for a year but thanks for noticing", that's them, my pining bug yuri couple (well they’re pining here, in my head they’re already together hehe)

Reader's family is massively in debt to Feysand, and they take Y/N as insurance that they'll receive their payment, one way or another.

But they don't do anything. All they require is her to eat meals with them, at least twice a day. At least at first.

Slowly, Feyre starts being sweet to you, bringing you little presents and desserts when she comes home, in exchange for you letting her braid your hair, or cuddling on the couch with her.

Rhys stays colder longer to help keep you from planning an escape, but he comes home one night to see you and Feyre snuggled up in their bed, your head on Feyre's chest and dressed in one of her nightgowns. And from then on, he can't resist getting closer to you, egged on by Feyre's insistence that they keep you, regardless of if your family pays or not.

And eventually when your family does manage to scrape together the funds, you... You're happy, being kept by Feyre and Rhys. The way you met wasn't perfect, but the two of them seem to be, if you look past the whole uhm... kidnapping thing? But you've already been brainwashed by them, and completely infatuated. After all, they provide you with everything you ask for, and then some. And they seem to be as obsessed with you as you are with them.

Yep basically just a kidnapping turned stockholmed with Feysand because I can't help myself. And the thought of them coming home bloody one night and Y/N cleaning them up, all worried about them even when she knows she shouldn't be? Delicious.

Omfg every new thing I see coming out of my country is the WORST 😭 please anyone that lives in Oklahoma, contact your representatives and help get this killed, we can't have censorship like this happening.

Oklahoma is attempting to pass a bill that would ban explicit romance novels. Authors, narrators, and sellers could all face fines of up to $100,000 and up to 10 years in jail for each instance.

If you live in OK, call your representative and tell them this bill should not be allowed to pass.

This is likely a test case. Republicans will try to pass it in OK and if it passes other states will likely try to pass similar laws.

In the meantime, get physical copies of books you like. Download those pdfs. Archive your AO3 stories and keep them on a physical hard drive. (Storing those files in the cloud could be problematic in the future as the company managing the cloud service can see what your files are)

hi tato!! omg ofc you can!! where do i even start though… probably by saying this is going to be messy ^^; i may have a lot of thoughts but that doesn’t mean that any of them are connected or possible to translate into words jshshs

first of all, i put a little thought into her name that i think sums up her vibe pretty well. carmilla sounds a lot like camilla (harmless little plant, also good for calming down) but it’s actually taken from the vampire carmilla (dangerous, seductive, draining people’s energy yk like her unique magic). her last name comes from the hawthorn tree (but with an e tagged on for aesthetics), which are also called fairy trees and i think the magical, whimsical and mischievous vibe of fairies is exactly what i want her to be ^^

she wasn’t actually twisted from a disney character at first but i’ve went and kinda assigned her the will-o-wisps from brave, which would also fit the fairy/fox fires i’ve described floating around her before; i haven’t settled on a definitive incantation for her unique magic yet but it’ll be sth along the lines of “I’m your light in the darkness, you’ll follow me blindly. If you take, you must give. Share the Love.” or at least that’s my last draft of a spell jshhsh

since she’s not a beastman but a fae, i was thinking that she gains an additional tail with every 100 years she’s lived like a kitsune (though she would always just show one anyway). i was thinking that she’s close to 200, kinda like malleus, and would get a third tail “soon”.

as for the partner i’ve picked for her, he has not changed since the last time we spoke (or well, i rambled). he shares her partially teal colour palette, he schemes and plots, he is… jade leech!!

my reasoning is still pretty much the same as it has been when i first thought of it. for one, jade is one of my faves, so putting him in more hcs is always a win in my books. but also, he’s mature and confident enough to handle a relationship with an idol who flirts her way into many hearts (that unique magic has to be fuelled somehow) without taking it personally. sure he might activate the fake pout for sympathy afterwards but both of them know he’s just being funny. also i just want to see what these two would get up to (sorry azul, sorry nrc)

i’ve already rambled about how i can see carmilla visiting mostro lounge after a concert. it’s already past closing time and jade is the only one still there, wiping down the counter and the glasses behind the bar. she’d slip onto one of the bar stools, watching with a smile as he’s already making her favourite drink, asking if everything went well (he can already tell by the way she’s basically glowing with her unique magic). they continue their small talk until they go to bed… how fortunate that jade always happens to be the one closing up when carmilla has a performance~

(yes floyd is used to it but if azul or jamil ask about where carmilla has been, neither of three know anything about it)

also, as an idol, carmilla is quite used to being involved in rumours and fortunately jade seems to find them amusing instead of getting bothered by them

i can see them chilling in bed, watching a movie or being on their phones after spending the day together as she happens across a headline trying to pin her in a dating scandal

carmilla, on her phone, snuggled up against jade: hey did you know i was spotted in a restaurant i’ve never been to with a male idol this evening?

jade, fake gasping: to think that you would cheat on the mostro lounge like this, dear, i’m very hurt
