in light of what has happened between Jason Momoa & Lisa Bonet... this reading was specifically tailored to that situation.

I asked for connection with Jason to provide this reading, & I definitely believe I received it. I really don't think the cards chosen could have been any better. as you can see from my notes, I made up my layout & counted out the cards using specific numbers from Jasons announcement time & date to lay them out from 1 to 5.

he had several that were reversed, which was interesting because I knew immediately the things that would be representative if it were upright.

For this reading I didn't use the book definitions at all. they were irrelevant for this. but I had a strong connection to Jason and was able to read this easily for him.

1. two of pentacles :: The past card for Jason clearly represents he and Lisa. the two seemingly would be together forever — Jason is the big ship, Lisa the tiny one — riding the waves of ups and downs.

2. king of swords :: The present card is just a really good representation of him. There are two birds in the sky together — I would say stand for his kids.

3. the magician :: The future (right side up) is a representation of Jason's power & pull — to get anything & everything he wants. Always. (infinity) reversed: be careful how you go about it.

4. ten of wands :: [FUTURE +] Jason holding up/juggling too many things (projects) at once. reversed like this means he needs to work on not taking on so many things at once. the upside down image also looks like a tipi.

5. nine of pentacles :: [PRESENT +] The bird represents a new fresh start for Jason. i believe the same as the baby bird he posted. still two trees, sticking to the pattern of he & someone else or his two kids. The 5 on the right and 3 on the left will eventually have a meaning. reversed shows the possibility of a rough start to his new beginning.

Black Wolf Mystic is named in honor of Jason Momoa (the Black Wolf).

UPDATE Jan 15th, 2022: So... I loved Black Wolf Mystic as the name... love love loved it actually, and it felt right too. but ... it didn't feel quite ME enough. I used a made up name at first too ��� not to hide, because I don't mind people knowing I'm a mysterious witch 😏, but just because I wasn't sure if I would be in the right headspace for tarot as my plain old self. It has ended up that I want to just be myself & use my already established brand name (Good Rebelle) & possibly make tarot a branch of that brand(?) I think it all fits better! be sure to check my other stuff out on: @goodrebelle & @legoodrebel everywhere.

So... I did a 3 card spread with the question if whether or not I should try to continue with my upcoming move. I did "nature of the decision/option 1 (stay)/option 2 (move)" and I got The Devil/Two of Pentacles/Temperance. Really interesting combo, offered a unique opportunity for reflection.

X OF CUPS - peace, contentment, fulfillment, celebration

KNIGHT OF WANDS - action, adventure, fearlessness

IX OF WANDS REVERSED - exhaustion, fatigue, reaching burnout 

When I drew these cards, I wasn’t really thinking about a question as I was learning my way around. I read through the explanations, and they seemed to really hone in on what I am feeling presently. It kind of shocked me. 

The card that really stood out to me was the Knight of Wands. He is a man of action, the manifestation of an idea and the passionate pursuit of a vision. The high focus on an action, he can be brash, impulsive and unrealistic. 

I have been talking about starting up a business again through this next year, and I feel it so strongly in my bones that this is the year to do it but I am realizing that I need to make sure that I am prepared for it and this card solidified that for me, EVEN WITHOUT ME ASKING. I am in awe.

The IX of Wands Reversed talked about being overwhelmed without support. I felt this today, very heavily. There is a line in the reading that says, “You must learn to push forward, there is only a little bit left in your journey.” 

This is me, pushing forward, universe.
