For me it is the week of Thanksgiving which means lots of food! I will try to stay focused on simblring this week but it might be a little difficult! If you decide to do some simblering here's a few ones I'd suggest!

@tarihsims ~ This simblr has been inactive since earlier this year but I've learned that sometimes just poking one will bring them back to life! It's a really cute gameplay simblr and these I always enjoy!

@helenofsimblr ~ A now 2x appearance for helen and for obvious reasons! She knows how much I enjoy her simblr for how unique it is for sure but also how good it is as well!

@crazykissim ~ Another gameplay simblr that's cute and fun to follow! A simblr's simblr, as I like to say and definitely worth a visit and follow and a sub!

@simatrix ~ Gameplay and vanilla simblr and these always impress me because I don't know if I Could make my game look this good while being gameplay! These blogs are always easy to fall into and glomp on!

@daniigh0ul ~ Do you like stories? Do you like getting in on a story when someone just starts it? Well then, here you go! So far it's been really good and of course I am suggesting this simblr fully with it being on here!

Hard to believe that we are more than half way through this month!

The "Family PoseBox 01[04] by Yare" can be found re-uploaded here (it's from this sfs folder and there are some more files from yare re-uploaded there if you're interested)

As for the "Christmas Poses for you Sims 2! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2011" by Tarih Sims, it has been re-uploaded in the same folder! Direct link is here :-) I think it might be by a creator named TSTEAM / TS team?

Does your sim have any nicknames: Don or Donny

Do they have a job: Tech Guru career; eSport Gamer branch - APM King (L9).

Where does your sim live: Sulani

Who does your sim live with: his wife Dina and their two children, Daxon and Devon.

What environment did your sims grow up in (strict, loving, cold etc): Don grew up in a loving, active and family orientated environment. Don was the center of attention, he was parents, Nicolo and Adriana’s, whole world.  

What are your sim’s favorite food: Dina’s cooking.

What is your sim’s favorite drink: Protein shakes.

If they have one what is your sim’s favorite color: Don enjoys lots of different colours, black, blue, red, pink, purple, yellow.

Is your sim introverted or extroverted: Don is a little bit of both but probably leans more to the introverted side. He doesn’t go out of his way to meet new people, he prefers to spend time with his family and only have a few close friends.

What is your sims favorite woohoo position: Dina on top. ;p

Is your sim a pet person: Not really. Don had no pets as a child.

What is/was your sim’s favorite school subject: Athletics! Don is a natural athlete and he is not afraid to show it off too.

Are they planning to go or have they already been to college: Don didn’t get that scholarship he wanted at high school so if the opportunity became available then he would give it a shot. He would most likely study Computer Science or Physics.

What are your sims political beliefs: Don usually sides with the Greens. He believes in Global Warming and the effects humans are having on the planet. One of the reasons why he and Dina moved to Sulani, they wanted to live a cleaner and more eco lifestyle, but they also wanted their kids to grow up in a neighbourhood that was away from the suburban sprawl, away from the hustle and bustle.

Does your sim have a favorite TV show: Sports channel. ;p

Does your sim like books? He doesn’t dislike them but he also isn’t a big reader. Though he does read to Dax and Dev sometimes.

What is your sim’s personal style: Smart casual. Don likes to look stylish but not over the top.

Is your sim religious: No, but Don does like to believe that there is something beyond death, some sort of spiritual realm out there.

What kind of music does your sim listen to: Don isn’t really a music kinda guy, he prefers to watch TV.

What is a flaw your sim has: Don can be stubborn and arrogant. He can also come across as being a bit daft sometimes.

I decided to tackle Ted and Meredith Rosswell from Strangerville. I kept their style because that’s what makes them, them. But I changed up Ted’s hair and facial hair. Meredith’s makeup was awful so I softened it up a bit and gave her a hairstyle more fitting for the “honorary” mayor’s wife. I think they’re much happier and more confident now. 😉

How long have you been playing the Sims?

Since the first one. I was about 8 when it came out, and I waited a couple of years to actually play it because I was afraid of it lol. My whole class talked about how “adult” it was, and I was a good little Christian kid. Uh....sorry Mom? 

How long have you been a Simblr, and why did you become one?

I made a simblr in September of 2019. Before that I played ts4 on and off, and mostly vanilla, but I got into playing with cc/mods pretty heavily that summer, and I decided finally to make my own tumblr that fall and then try my hand at cc....and here we are today. :)

What type of Simblr are you?

CC/Mod Maker/Gameplay Poster/Edit Poster/Complainer/Reblogger/Person Who Posts Whatever Sometimes and then Doesn’t Post For A Week. Yeah I’d say that’s me lol

Which generation of Sims do you primarily play?

Mostly TS4 now; every once in a while I’ll dust off TS2 or 3 and play them, but I’m just a sucker for 4. I love the graphics (I’m so into art, and ts4 is gorgeous), and lately I’ve been playing vanilla, and tbh gameplay is pretty good when you’re into the generational, family legacy type gameplay. TS3 bothers me because it lags so badly and the sims look like potatoes. TS2 is cool, but I feel like it’s so difficult to keep their needs up that I can’t actually play; I just try to keep them alive.

So I got Red (#d71c32). And in the spirit of the new pack Snowy Escape (yay, very exciting!), I’ve decked Penny out in the appropriate attire for her up and coming trip! She is very eager and is all ready to go on her wintery escape away, though she might just have to purchase a new suitcase in red to go with her outfit. ;)
