Klien Play With The Space kali ini memiliki sebidang tanah berukuran 4 meter x 22 meter.

4 Meter, iya benar 4 meter!

Lebarnya yang tidak biasa ini sebenarnya merupakan carport untuk rumah mertua klien yang kebetulan berada di bagian sisi jalan yang lain.

    Klien memiliki problem, sebab istri klien merupakan anak tunggal, dan kini telah memiliki 2 orang anak. Di satu sisi klien membutuhkan rumah tangga yang lebih mandiri dengan tidak menumpang di rumah mertua lagi. Namun di sisi lain klien tidak dapat tinggal terlalu jauh dari mertua. Solusinya, lahan yang ada dimanfaatkan semaksimal mungkin untuk tempat tinggal. Setelah 2-3 kali asistensi dan menganalisa mengenai kebutuhan akan ruangan, maka didapatlah hasil desain akhir yang dapat mengakomodir kebutuhan klien untuk 2 orang tua dan 2 anak kecil sebagai berikut :

Carport untuk 1 mobil dan 1 motor

Ruang Tamu

Ruang Keluarga

Dapur dengan Ruang Makan

Kamar Tidur 3 unit : Ruang Tidur Utama, Ruang Tidur Anak 2,

Ruang Jemur

Kamar TIdur Pembantu,

dan taman belakang

  Dan denah akhirnya disetujui :

Konstruksi memakan waktu 5 bulan. Material yang disepakati menggunakan :

  – Bata hebel sebagai dinding

– Pondasi Cakar Ayam

– Kusen Kamper Oven

– Lantai Keramik

– Rangka Baja Galvanis dengan aluminium Foil Layer,

– Septic Tank Biofil

– Sanitair TOTO

– dan bata ekspos finishing coating sebagai pemanis fasade.

  Proses Pembangunan :

Setelah 5 bulan masa konstruksi, bangunan selesai terbangun dan rumah pun bisa langsung digunakan.

so tank hates hugs because anything he’s ever touched has been ruined because he doesn’t know how to be gentle with his hands/arms and so he just denied every hug offered to him until N. Tropy hugs him for the first time, and hugs him every chance he gets until Tank feels comfortable enough to hug him back

i am fighting the urge to drop tragedy on tropy and tank (i haven’t decided if its important to tank lore or not)

i was about to ask “guys do you think tank would [blah blah blah]” when i realized i make those rules

anyway tropy has to constantly slap things out of tank’s hand because he feels the need to taste things in order to really understand them (he likes putting things that shouldn’t be in his mouth, in his mouth. he can perfectly describe the texture of a rock because he’s eaten like 5/j)
