my lame fucking autistic rambling
here's my massive stupid autistic rant about life series characters and my head canons for them
literally everything i'm thinking about is going on here im not even processing it im just typing sorry for any typos there will be many😭
this is also for my two (2) mutuals who i care for very deeply kiss kiss hug hug <3 /p /gen
okay it's the morning so i'm gonna continue this thumbs up emoji
starting off strong with mr grian minecraft himself (oh wow what a surprise /s)
he tried piercing his own nose in highschool. like. he was THE teenage dirtbag. sneaking out, drinking, smoking, shitty garage band that got nowhere (yes the bad boys was a garage band you c ant change my mind), mcr, pierce the veil, paramore, sexuality and gender crisis, "i know a guy", shoplifting, skipping class, you name it be probably did it with jimmy and joel during freshmen-sophomore year
pearl is his sister, jimmy and lizzie are his cousins (older cousins i should specify. him and pearl are twins but she's the older twin) and they went to the same high school. he met joel through lizzie and jimmy and joel and grian all clicked instantly
joel would stay at jimmy and grians place so much to the point it was like a second home to him and they would all hang out in the basement. joel stayed with his grandparents and helped them out a lot but they passed while he was in his bad boys phase and so he just stayed at grians place a whole lot during his depression (don't worry he's fine now just a little fucked up but they all are)
grian and pearls parents were kinda really shitty (yes i'm also counting yhs lore fuck uou) his whole life and so they got taken by cps and they lived with jimmy and lizzie's parents. and they were much better until he went to japan and all that shit happened (iykyk)
sam made him really realize that like. "oh my fucking god i'm gay. and it's for a damn sociopath. fuck." (that's like half canon)
he and taurtis DID hook up every tuesday thumbs up emoji
his wings didn't start growing in until AFTER senior year (so post japan/yhs incident)
the yhs holds a ceremony thingy for all the people that passed during all that shit and he goes every year and still has rowens glasses and ran into taurtis one year and it was awkward as HELLL but like. it wasn't an awful experience neither of them knew what to say. especially taurtks is bc by then grians wings had already fully grown in and his ass DID NOT recognize him💀
oh yeah also the four of the cousins are all winged animals so grians a parrot, pearl is a moth but like she's one of the super fluffy one (i forgot what they're called), jimmy is a canary (for obvious reasons), and lizzie is a flamingo because. fuck it (also half canary too it's from their mom) but she doesn't have as many features as the others
they all grow feathers (except for pearl) when they're stressed or feel a heightened emotion and have the little winged ears. they still do have actual ears but they grew in behind they're human ears and pearl has the little antennae things on top of her head. lizzie's kind of blends into her hair since yk. pink on pink and they're more folded then fanned out(?) if that makes sense?😭
jimmy was an early bloomer while grian was a late bloomer (i'm talking about wing/feather wise)
also some little sexuality/gender headcanons those are always fun :3
grians definitely trans masc and mlm (he/him anything else gives him dysphoria)
jimmy is THE bisexual demiboy icon (he/they)
lizzie is also bisexual (she/they)
pearl is a NONBINARY LESBIANNNN SHOUT OHT YO ALL MY NONBINARY LESBIANS WOOOO (she also uses any pronouns that would be considered feminine/androgynous or basically just. anything other then he/him/anything masculine)
mumbo is ace and omni (they/he)
scar is pan and a demiboy (all pronouns. like seriously he's collecting them like pokémon cards)
tango is bi and TRANSMASC WOOOO SHOUT OUT TO ALL MY TRANSMASC PEOPLE OUT THERE (he/they/flame)
martyn is transmasc and unlabeled. he doesn't want one/or thinks any is fit for him but is on the aspec (he/him)
scott is just. gay. goddamn fa- (he/him)
also just thought abt something grian jimmy and joel all had matching (infected and now faded) stick and poke tattoos that read "bad boys, today, tomorrow and yesterday" but that last part is faded completely since they ran out of pen ink halfway through and jimmys mom came home and they didn't wanna get in trouble (also yes their tattoos are in the same spot as each others it's on the right side of their chest) and let me TELL YOU. lizzie makes fun of joel TO THIS DAY about that tattoo and she likes to trace the words with her finger sometimes when they're cuddling, humming their old songs (he hates it but she still thinks it's absolutely adorable)
grian and mumbo are middle school best friends and he knows everything that happened to grian when he was in japan
grian, scar and mumbo all went to the same high school and mumbo and scar tried making a baking club called (you're never gonna believe this) the buttercups but grian was supposedly "too cool for that fairy shit" but would hang out during lunch with them and go to the meetings and help buy the ingredients and also help bake with them for extra credit and so would jimmy and joel. for extra credit of course
tango, mumbo and impulse were all in the computer club and coding club in highschool. doc was their teacher and cub was the senior teachers assistant trying to get early college credit
jimmy had the FATTEST crush on tango while they were in high school (yes they all went to the same highschool shut up) and tried impressing him by "making" a robot (mumbo made it and gave him the remote and told him to push two single buttons) and he pushed them in the wrong order and it short circuited and it almost exploded. he got suspended for a month and the only reason he didn't get expelled was because tango said it was his and it was a project. he complemented "jimmys" robot and said it had nice coding and a bunch of other nerd /aff terms that didn't make ANY sense to jimmy (that was his way of confessing but jimmys too stupid /aff to understand it at the moment so tango thought he didn't like him back) and when jimmy was talking to grian and joel about it they were yelling at him about how "JIMMY YOU IDIOT HE LIKES YOU BACK" and "WHAT'D YOU SAY? YOU SAID YOU LIKED HIM TOO RIGHT?" to which he (of course) responded with
"NO?? I DONT SPEAK NERD JOEL HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW??"
also tango wears a feather jimmy gave to him as an earring and has kept that earring since they started going out which was like sophomore year or smth like that
they also had an exact conversation to joel before lizzie asked him out (and she also proposed too fight me)
i can go on for HOURS about those three but i'm gonna a do stuff about martyn now because. omg. he drives me CRAZY
also just realizing how most of these are just high school head canons. sorry (no i'm not)
everyone in school always thought that the bad boys were the mean bullies bc they wore leather jackets and studs and cuffs and blah blah blah but in reality they were just the dorky, socially anxious losers that were loud in class because they all adhd. not because they were asshole
martyn and scott were the ones you had to worry about (mostly scott actually but martyn would be a passive aggressive bully)
those little twits had an actual burn book. martyn. the almost loser that pierced his own ears, causing them to get infected but refused to take them out because he wanted to match with his fellow mean gill and wore anime shirts to sleep and doc martins (only because they had his name in it dont praise him he was a loser /aff) wrote "annoying dorks" in the burn book page dedicated to the bad boys. he had NO ROOM to talk and i find that hilarious bc him and jimmy were actually really close and he ate the page. yes. he ate the page in front of scott's face after an argument to prove a point and scott has never respected another person more in his life
i also felt like it was important that martyn and scott got voted prom king and queen
martyn LOVES necklaces, rings, bracelets. he has a matching necklace and/or bracelet with all his four (4) friends that consisted of scott and the bad boys. he still has them as an adult and holds onto the charm when he misses them which is all the time (i love martyn angst evil laugh)
ykw fuck it he still wears the necklaces and tucks them under his shirt, he asked everyone else if they still had theirs and it either broke or they lost it
EVERYOEN EXCEPT FOR JIMMY BC THEY WERE CHILDHOOD BEST FRIENDS AND HE WEARS IT UNDER HIS SHIRT TOO FUCK YOU I LOVE THEM
and for anyone curious it was a dog bone that is split in half and it like one of those magnetic necklaces that you have to get uncomfortably close to eachother for it to work
okay that's enough for tonight bc i have things i need to do tomorrow and thumbs hurt and it threw in the morning and i've been typing for over an hour straight good night cleveland *proceeds to stay online for another hour*
#FUCK K FROGLT I HAVE TO TAG THIS GODDAMNIT#traffic series#trafficblr#trafficshipping#grian#jimmy solidarity#joel smallishbeans#tangotek#ldshadowlady#yhs??#i guess#headcanon#life series headcanon#what else is there#uhhhh#oh right#martyn inthelittlewood#scott smajor#whatever i'm gonna update this tmrw anyways

(for the academic tomfoolery theme! giving a university professor take a spin :D)
Tango feels like all his peers know Bdubs from the botany department. He hears someone mention him almost every day in the staff room, his friends often have to turn down his invitations for hanging out outside of work because they're already spending time with him, and sometimes he even sees commendations for the other in the staff-wide communications.
So when he finally meets the other professor — at a social gathering organised by his colleague, Etho — he's rather inclined to dislike him immediately.
As it turns out, Bdubs seems to take his light jabs as the setup to a playful rivalry. Tango finds himself bumping into the other far more often, and to his own surprise he begins to enjoy his company.
As time passes, the overdramatic rivalry turns into a genuine friendship. They spend more and more time with each other long after the social gatherings have ended and then even on their own, having long conversations that span topics completely unrelated to their jobs.
It's a completely normal Tuesday, as Tango is bringing Bdubs a cup of coffee for a very early morning lecture, that he realises he might be a little bit in love.
Tango is, at first, a little furious. He tries to be angry at Bdubs, but he's mostly angry at himself. How could he fall for his rival? Bdubs would laugh in his face if he knew, Tango is so stupid-
A week later Etho asks if he and Bdubs have finally fucked yet, since they're not clinging to each other 24/7.
Tango faceplants a wall.
Etho, failing to backtrack because he can't lie about something serious to save his life, ends up admitting that Bdubs has been pining after Tango too.
Jeez... They couldn't have gone about this any worse, could they?

I still have some leftover requests (a much more manageable amount!) so I'll be working on those the next few days. As I finish them I am posting them to my ko-fi early, but I'll post the ones I get to publicly on Tuesday! As of right now, all of the ones on ko-fi are posted to Tumblr as well.
I think this is the most art I have made in a while and honestly it feels great to be doing art consistently, so thank you so much to everyone who sent me a request!
that being said!
I'm eventually hoping to make keychains (I've already gotten some keychains manufactured, but they were for a few oc designs and I've been selling them irl) but stickers are currently more actionable :]

Ask game: 2, 3, and 4 for your florist/tattoo parlor AU ;)
Thank you, my friend <3 I was not done. It posted early. (apparently hitting cmd+enter posts things???) Let me edit and add
2: What scene did you first put down?
The opening scene, actually! As is often, but not always, the case. I find writing the opening scene first to usually be a good way to figure out the voices of the characters in this new whatever I'm writing, along with getting a feel for their characterization and dynamics with whoever is in the scene. With Free Flower, I also got to establish that Jimmy was trying to get a fresh start after a bad moment in his past without giving everything away about the backstory of why and that was fun too XD
3: What's your favorite line of narration?
Another text came in from Tango. What if we do your tattoo consultation on Tuesday? After the shop closes? Have a drink, maybe? Keep it low-key and save the fancy date for Saturday? Jimmy thought about that. The tattoo parlor dark with just the two of them in it, speaking softly over the desk while they talked art. Maybe a rough, small sketch of the idea for Jimmy’s wings while they just kept talking… He didn’t need his mind wandering to potentially making out on one of the stations. He shoved that thought down.
I'm just a really big fan of writing runaway attraction, if you couldn't tell. And writing people falling in love is so much fun, especially when I get to push just a little into spicy territory. I don't like going much further than that and I think the tease is more fun than writing what might come after, but in this case it's just a bit of a fantasy as Jimmy gets carried away by his throughts.
And, what can I say, the thirsty!Jimmy jokes from our DMs never get old
4: What's your favorite line of dialogue?
I have so many favorites. I don't wanna choose. But okay XD
“Oh. Okay. So, er, what’s good?” Jimmy set the menu down and shimmied out of his leather jacket to reveal the short-sleeve henley completely. “Your arms in that shirt,” Tango replied appreciatively. “Did you paint those sleeves on?” “I meant on the menu.” Jimmy’s face grew hot and he looked away, lifting the menu again to try to hide behind it. “Ohhh,” Tango teased sarcastically. “I mean, it’s Izzy’s cooking. Literally anything you choose is going to be delicious.”
Immediately followed by Tango checking that Jimmy is okay with the way he flirts, but this part is my actual favorite because it was just so silly and it came to me naturally (this little bit and the following segment about checking in that Jimmy was okay with the flirting was not part of the original plan for the date. It just grew organically from Tango saying Jimmy's arms look good in that shirt). And it's also just a lot of fun letting Tango be a shameless flirt sometimes and/or unable to help himself from being flirty when Jimmy is right there and looking that good XD
My other favorite line is actually the very last one:
“Right. Ready for me to give you wings?”
I just thought it was such a sweet, fun little ending. The fic was also really long at this point and I was ready for it to be completed. I also know nothing about tattoos, to be honest, and as much as I really wanted to write the intimacy of Tango tattooing Jimmy's back, I knew I wouldn't be able to do it justice with any sort of accuracy and that line felt like the perfect way to end it, with that in mind.
Thanks so much, my friend! <3

and i was doing so well… it’s still tuesday at least !
I’ll be honest I kinda panicked so to guarantee I wouldnt get a tango I’ve already posted (now that I know it’s happened once I cant let it happen again) I clicked on Tango’s channel and scrolled down to a random video.
Tango, season 7 episode 71!
Note: I have not seen Tango’s season 7! If you know the name of this location let me know, and I can update the ID!
[ID: a minecraft screenshot from the hermitcraft 7 server, taken in an underground or at least closed-in area. It’s in the early stages of construction. I believe it’s the Among Us area as it’s getting built! The image is taken from a low angle, looking up at Tango as he walks toward the viewer. He seems to be in his normal skin, except his head has been replaced by a red among us face. It’s also possible it’s just a wearable head, but since both the edges and the background are dark it’s too hard to tell them apart to say. Tango is wearing netherite boots and pants, an enchanted elytra, and he’s holding a torch in his offhand. End ID]

Forex Market's Hidden Stories: Tech Woes and Shifting Tides Cracking the Forex Code: Sneaky Market Trends You Need to Know If today's Forex market were a video game, it'd be one of those stealth missions where surprises lurk at every turn. But instead of cloaked ninjas, it's hawkish comments, equity shifts, and a tech sector caught in a tango with SAP. As a trader, understanding these quiet moves can make all the difference. So, grab a cup of coffee and let's dive into what really went down behind the scenes in European and US equity moves. Personal Care Wins, Tech Takes a Dive—What's Happening? Picture this: It's a quiet European morning, and the stock market's feeling a bit moody. The Stoxx 600 index is down 0.4%, mainly weighed by some hawkish comments from the ECB's Schnabel. Picture Schnabel as that slightly intimidating coach—pushing the team, and in this case, scaring away some investors. Meanwhile, it's a mixed bag for the sectors: Personal Care, Drug, and Grocery companies are having a spa day, outperforming the others. Real Estate gets a leg up too, thanks to a pullback in yields. It's like someone finally turned off the faucet that was flooding the basement. And then we have Tech. Poor SAP got dragged down after Workday stumbled, kind of like tripping over your shoelaces right after watching someone else fall. It's the tech world's version of karma. Across the Pond: U.S. Equity Futures and Small-Cap Surprises Heading over to the U.S., Tuesday's market shake-up is still echoing—U.S. equity futures are looking at a modest reversal, with the ES down 0.3%, but RTY (small-caps) up by 0.6%. This is one of those times when it's like small caps decided, "Hey, it's our turn to shine," while their big brothers lagged behind. Imagine a high school play where the understudy finally gets the spotlight. Today's focus is on the upcoming raft of tier-one data points. Translation? Get ready for some fireworks, because these data drops could be game-changing. Dell and HP Drama: Tech Titans Stumble If you're into tech drama (and let’s face it, who isn’t?), then yesterday wasn't short of twists. Dell's down 12.6%, HP by 10%, Autodesk by 6.3%, Crowdstrike by 5.7%, and Workday by another 10%. It's like an awkward family reunion where nobody really wants to be there—everyone's just kind of taking hits. The tech sector took a collective sigh, like a band after a failed encore. China's Smartphone Surprise: Shifting Tides in the Mobile Market And now for something a little different: CAICT data showed that smartphone shipments in China were up 1.8% year-over-year in October—a pleasant surprise, given that last month was a major slump. Domestic brands shipped over 18.5 million units, while foreign brands shipped just 4.9 million, a stark decline of nearly 29% compared to last year. If you're an Apple investor, grab your coffee—iPhone shipments were down nearly 56% year-over-year in China. It’s like Apple showed up to the party, but all the guests decided to go home early. This kind of data reveals shifting tides in brand loyalty and the mobile market landscape in China. It could be worth considering whether the popularity of domestic brands will start to influence broader market trends, possibly even impacting Forex pair correlations involving the yuan. How Does This Impact You, the Trader? Alright, let’s get real—how does all of this affect your trading decisions? Well, if you’re watching Forex pairs, the hawkish stance by the ECB could mean the euro strengthens against other currencies, assuming the market believes in stricter policy moves. Tech taking a hit? That’s impacting overall market sentiment and might have ripple effects on risk appetite—keep an eye on yen crosses if risk aversion escalates. China's smartphone data gives us insight into market behavior that could influence the yuan. A drop in foreign smartphone sales suggests a growing national sentiment towards local brands—and that's a trend that can spill over into how capital flows in and out of China. As a Forex trader, think about how shifts in consumer behavior might correlate with currency moves. Markets are not just numbers; they’re the story of people, economies, and politics all meshed together. The Takeaway: Find the Underdog Stories The lesson here? Sometimes it’s the overlooked sectors or data points that hold the key to what's next. Just like Real Estate outperformed thanks to the tiniest yield pullback, there are always small shifts creating significant ripples. Stay curious, stay informed, and remember: in Forex, the "hidden" story is often the most valuable. Hanna Saarikoski in NYC, Day #3
It's dark and warm, I'm getting used to the sounds of the city, the window is open to let in the evening air and the humming, beeping, sirens and distant music. Last night I finally got enough sleep, which is a relief, when I'm too tired I have trouble sleeping at all, and I don't know how to enjoy and absorb or even survive when that happens.
I arrived here one day later than expected. Due to a technical problem the connecting flight from Manchester was canceled and I had to stay there overnight. On Tuesday morning the journey continued via Dublin and an adventurous airport race here. I arrived at the apartment around 6pm and after unpacking I walked around the block and bought some food just to get a first impression of the neighbor. I tried not to fall asleep too early, and I succeeded, but unfortunately I woke up at 4am. I guess it takes a while to get used to the time difference.
The next morning Nia came over and introduced me to the gym, laundry room and other good-to-know tips.
We took the metro to apexart and had lunch with Steven. It was interesting to hear their opinions on politics, the mechanics of the art world, and much more. The afternoon was more discussions: first about literature with Nia and then at the therapist's appointment. I hope I'll be able to express myself better in the next sessions, I was so tired that I jumped here and there and couldn't find the words. But it felt natural and good to talk and I'm really looking forward to next week's appointment. In the evening I had another activity, an intro meeting at SGI-USA. I didn't know too much about their practice before, but it felt good to chant with them, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming.
Today I've been exploring Union Square and learning some Argentine tango. In Union Square I was supposed to play chess, but I never got that far when I found the most interesting and thought-provoking book stand right next to the chess tables. There were many, many books, carefully curated and displayed so that the books together created a sense of larger context and aroused curiosity. And there was a sign announcing that the books were not for sale. I asked what this was all about, and ended up in a very long, deep discussion with the woman behind the project and the bookshelf. It's true that books are much more than objects you can buy. At some point the police came to talk to her. It seems that she has a problem with them because she doesn't have a permit to be there, but there are actually rules for those who sell things on Union Square. She had really good points about the law, the role of the individual in shaping the law, including situations where individual morality and ethical choices override a mechanical interpretation of the law. At some point I had to leave, but I promised to come back and continue the discussion. I really hope that the administration has the flexibility and understanding for her project and that she can stay as long as she wants.
Dancing is very scary for me, I need a lot of time alone to learn the steps, and in the middle of strangers I lose track completely. It doesn't matter if I make a fool of myself, but I feel sorry for my dance partner. So tango in Sutton Park was number one on my fear list. Fortunately, the happenings in Union Square somehow put my feelings in perspective, and I went with light steps. I wasn't the only beginner, and it was safe to practice with a great teacher and in a supportive atmosphere. I was lucky enough to dance with a partner who was so experienced and kind that I thought he was a member of the dance school or something, and it made everything so much easier for me. Before the class started, I chatted with a charming lady who hadn't danced for a long time, but had decided to start again. After the class was over, I asked her if she planned to come back next week, and she said she would. As a surprise to myself, I said that I'd come too, if I had the time. It would be great to learn more, I really enjoyed the lesson.

Go uptown and see Dr. C. (Chrzanowski). Nice man. We talk about the vicissitudes of old age. Stop by Zabar's.
We are going to have another heat wave.
The heat descends upon us. Soupy, humid weather.
Note: Enrique Tarrio, Proud Boy leader, insurrectionist, is given a twenty-two year sentence. He, of course, begs for leinency, says he is through with politics. His mother also begs, on his behalf, for mercy. Tarrio is thirty nine. Says to judge, please don't take my forties away from me. He is one of five Proud Boys sentenced. Most of them wept when sentenced. (But one shouted "Trump won!") We wish they would go after the guy who was so supportive of them. The guy who sent them there. "Stand back and stand by..." THAT guy.)

Some months back my son installed a small TV in my bedroom. It is hooked on an antenna and sometimes picks up off-beat channels. Channel surfing at a late hour I found "Last Tango in Paris." I remembered that when the ratings were handed out it got an "X." I seem to recall that the rating meant the moviegoer paid a dollar extra. Was five dollars? This was the early Seventies. "Tango" is pretty tame by today's standards. Brando still looked a human. It was it supposed to be an artistic achievement, controversial, titillating. I found this viewing almost emetic, a kind of stunning awfulness. I couldn't watch it for long, but it did bring back the days of reading of reading Henry Miller and others, to be au courant.
Hot, humid. Maybe the last heat wave of the season.

Week 2: That one time I got robbed
Today marks two weeks of studying abroad in Buenos Aires, and the end of an eventful week. We started out this week of extreme highs and lows with a beautiful little weekend getaway to Mendoza. A city known for its bodegas (or wineries), Mendoza did not disappoint. We arrived Thursday evening and had a nice dinner after a decently long travel day. One of my favorite things about Argentina culture is something known as a "sobremesa," where everyone stays at the table after finishing eating for purely social purposes. My roommates and I stayed at the restaurant for an entire 2.5 hours just talking. This cultural difference helps make every evening enjoyable, even when there are no big plans going on.
The next morning, we woke up early to head to the San Martin Park, which is the largest in Mendoza, and we ate brunch at a cute outdoor cafe. Afterwards, we explored the mini artisan market, where I bought some jewelry. The , we went on a half-day winery tour that we booked through TripAdvisor. Everything went very smoothly, and the tour guide could speak english. We visited three different bodegas and one olive oil factory, and it was a day well spent. The bodegas were absolutely stunning, and it was really interesting to see the intricacies of the various wine cellars and production process. We also got to taste some delicious bread and olive oil variations as an afternoon snack. Our exciting day came to an end with a beautiful sunset that we got to watch from the rooftop balcony of our final bodega.
Life suddenly moved on after our blissful weekend in Mendoza, and I really felt the shock during our 8 am physics class on Monday morning. It was difficult to snap back into a school routine, but playing ping pong and pool every day between classes definitely helped. If you told me two weeks ago that one of the highlights of my experience abroad so far was playing pool (a game that I had never played before) with classmates, I would've thought I went insane. However, playing little games has helped me bond with the other students, and even meet locals who attend the same university. I also spend most of the free time I have at the nearby parks, where there is an abundance of mini soccer (futbol) fields. Soccer tennis is now an essential part of my daily routine, and it is definitely a rewarding activity. It makes me so happy that I was able to incorporate the sport I love into my experience abroad, especially in the most passionate futbol country in the world.
The week picked up again on Tuesday night with a Tango show that was included with our CEA study abroad program. The venue was absolutely breathtaking, and the dancers matched the venue with their immense talent. I wish photography and recordings were allowed during the show because it was truly one of a kind. I will definitely be investing in tango lessons during the remaining time I have left here.
However, the night quickly plummeted after we decided on keeping the party going at a boliche (similar to a nightclub). After a couple hours of dancing, my heart dropped as I noticed my purse's zipper was open, and my phone was nowhere to be found. When preparing for a considerable trip like this one, lectures on preventing your belongings from being stolen are inevitable. I was always incredibly cautious with keeping my bags within sight and within my grasp, which made it even more distressing to find out my phone was stolen. After a brief mental breakdown, I finally calmed down enough to complete the necessary steps: tracking the location, putting it in lost mode, erasing its content, and calling my cell phone provider to discontinue the number. As this only happened less than 24 hours ago, I am still in a state of distress and shock, but I know that this happens to so many students abroad and that everything will be okay. This was a huge lesson (though one I wish I didn't have to learn) about how you really can never be too cautious with your belongings in a country such as Argentina, and I will take this knowledge and experience with me for the rest of this trip and my life. The good news is that it really can only go up from here, and hopefully by next week's Wu Wednesday, I will have things figured out!

Imaushi Wakasa x gn!Reader: Before the Sunrise
Genre: Fluff
Character: Imaushi Wakasa, timeline not specified
Warnings: none, but it’s a bit suggestive if you squint. semi-proofread!! its just me wanting to wake up next to my bb Waka (❁´◡`❁)
Please consider reblogging or leaving a comment 🖤
Grays and Blues danced around the chilly room, gracefully moving to the sound of light snores coming from your boyfriend. Your eyes took a few seconds to clear up and to finally register the calmness surrounding the pseudo heaven.
You then found yourself scooting closer to your lover’s form, relishing in the small moment until you both have to start the day.
“You’re not planning on leaving the bed so early, right?” Wakasa’s morning voice filled the room, caressing your ears as his hands pulled you closer in a tight embrace. Your frame was squished against him, your face in his neck while he kisses your temple, his legs tangling with a familiar pair.
“Of course not, Bubba.” You say, hands snaking around his face. You heard him hum, shifting your bodies. Now he was above you, face in your neck with his lips leaving small kisses from your jawline down to collarbones.
“Liar,” Wakasa whispers, earning him a giggle. “What a fucking week. Wanna lay here with you the whole day instead.”
“Bubba, it’s only Tuesday.”
“Exactly.”
You only chuckled at his grumbles. He had always been a grumpy person; never liking mornings unless he was going out to break a few jaws and bones. You even have to haul him out of bed on most occasions, always reminding him that he shouldn't leave Benkei running the place all by himself.
“He can handle all that shit, don’t worry about ‘im.” he’d always retort while clinging onto you.
“Stop thinking, bubby. The gears in your head are too damn loud.” He said. His lips are still on your neck before resuming littering it with small bites and butterfly kisses. You can feel him softly kneading your arms as you found yourself weaving through his locks.
You have always found Wakasa so ethereal; Lazy lilac eyes holding millions of galaxies in each one, blond and purple locks envied by the finest of silks, body trained to rival any god yet contains the warmth of a thousand sun. But your favorite must be his lips — so feverish like an aphrodisiac, while his hands must have copied Michelangelo’s for all the work he’s done on your body.
By the time your train of thoughts finally ceased, Wakasa was already hovering above you. His lips lazily met yours in a loving embrace as his hands encased yours. He groans, the wanton need to pull you closer has one of his hands on your head as he deepened the kiss.
The sheets have been tossed aside, but the warmth of your hands on his body had him shivering in delight. He bit your lower lip when he felt your nails grazing on his chest, asking for your tongue to a tango. He hums when you let him, hands now on your waist while yours rested on his shoulders.
“Love you so much.” Wakasa whispers against your lips before placing a few pecks, clearly amused that you can’t even say ‘love you too’ without interruptions.
He then sighs as he caged you again in his arms. He found solace during times like this; you always had the power to calm down his storms.
He loves you so; you who always made sure he was safe, you who always drops everything just so you can hide him from the cruel world, you who never judged him as he picked up his broken pieces and made himself whole, allowing you to strengthen the foundations later on.
Wakasa adores you. He loves you so; he can’t imagine not waking up next to you. He thinks he’d die if you were to not give him his medicine of hugs and kisses like the drama queen that he is. He loved the way you built a huge fire from his hard and cold exterior, not once letting him feel like he was alone behind closed doors. He loved the way he can be vulnerable and let you hold him whenever he’d think of what if’s and his best friend whom you’ll never have the honor of meeting.
Wakasa loves you so, and hell be damned if he ever stopped.
“What’d you want for breakfast, bubba?” you hum against his chest, unaware of the smirk growing on his face.
“What about you, me, in this bed, until the sunrise?”
“… Fine,” Was all he needed to place you underneath him and start attacking you with kisses.
God, do you love early mornings like this.

THE LUCID, the four-piece hard rock band featuring bassist David Ellefson (ex-MEGADETH),vocalist Vinnie Dombroski (SPONGE),guitarist Drew Fortier and drummer Mike Heller (RAVEN, FEAR FACTORY),will apparently release a new song early next month. On Tuesday (December 20),THE LUCID shared an Instagram graphic of the group's logo along with the date of "1.3.2023" and captioned it: "#comingsoon". Ellefson confirmed earlier in the year that THE LUCID was working on new material as a follow-up to THE LUCID's self-titled debut album, which was released in October 2021 via SpoilerHead Records. "The Lucid" was produced by Heller and mixed/mastered by Lasse Lammert. Ellefson previously stated about the LP: "It's been a real blast making a record with these guys and I must say that it's refreshing to explore some new musical avenues… to step out a bit from what each of us have done stylistically in our own careers. There was an effortless synergy that came with creating these songs together which is always amazing when working with new people." During a November 2020 appearance on "The Chuck Schute Podcast", Ellefson stated about how he got involved with THE LUCID: "Drew sent me a track and said, 'Hey, can you throw a bass on here?' And I was writing a new ELLEFSON solo record at the time, so my studio ears were on. I was plugged in and ready to go. He sent it over and I was, like, 'Yeah, this is freaking cool, man.' I'd seen Drew play, I know his BANG TANGO history and the other stuff he's done. But this was really cool stuff that spoke to me. And then he called me up and he said, 'Hey, Vinnie is gonna come in and write some vocals and lyrics and lay down some tracks.' And it turned into a thing." "I love [Vinnie]. I love SPONGE," David continued. "He's such a rock star. He's just a cool guy. And he writes such great lyrics — very trippy lyrics. He's the type of lyricist I'd never worked with before, so it's fun with that. And Drew is a great guitar player. Mike Heller — he's good friends with [MEGADETH drummer] Dirk Verbeuren. And Dirk's, like, 'Mike's awesome.' They're good friends. We all met in L.A. We got the songs together and we all met in L.A. in mid-July [2020]. I plugged in and banged out 10 songs in two days. And it was fun. Mike was very good in the studio; he really knows his way around." As for THE LUCID's musical direction, Ellefson told VWMusic: "It's definitely a rock album. It may trend slightly into metal with songs like 'Damned' and 'Deaths Of Despair'. It’s not a thrash metal record. It's not a doom or a power metal record or any of that kind of stuff. I just think it's just a straight-up hard rock record." Fortier was diagnosed with testicular cancer in May and subsequently underwent surgery. Ellefson was fired from MEGADETH in May 2021 after sexually tinged messages and explicit video footage involving the bassist were posted on Twitter. David was in MEGADETH from the band's inception in 1983 to 2002, and again from 2010 until his latest exit. Oh Plumbobs…Fallon’s poor cat, Tango, is more sick than Esme first assumed.
The sick feline has a really bad case of Super Swamp Mouth. If caught early, the Swamp Mouth disease can be treated with a pill that looks and smells like a treat. In more severe cases…well… the poor little thing will need surgery.
This is definitely going to be an essential procedure for Beth and Tuesday to observe. As Beth is more advanced than her new colleague, Esme asks her to prep the surgical station for an emergency surgery. Beth jumps into action, and before Esme can give Tuesday any tasks, she sees that her new vet is comforting Fallon and letting her know that her pet will be okay. Esme nods her approval when Tuesday catches her eye. That’s what she was going to ask her to do, so appreciates her taking the initiative.
Tango is rushed into surgery. It’s a nerve wracking procedure for Esme too, especially when this cat belongs to her relative, Fallon. Beth is an amazing assistant and Tuesday keeps Fallon calm. Eventually; the procedure is a success and Tango is sent home with a cone around his head to protect his stitches.
Fortunately, the patients for the rest of the day are relatively easy to treat. Esme steps aside to watch Beth with her patients and encourages Tuesday to make some vet treats.
Overall, it’s been a long but successful day at the clinic. Esme is very grateful and proud of her employees. One day, this clinic will be five stars!

Why can I find a first ep of mumbo's perspective of last life, is today the day they're getting released and some of them are taking their time editing or is it being streamed cause I know some folk did that last season orrrrrrrr?
Episodes are recorded on fridays (not streamed), usually the videos are posted on Tuesday, unless someone wants to highly edit them or split the session into 2 episodes. (Like Ren or Martyn)
The people who upload early are usually Tango, Impulse, Cleo or BDubs, others like Etho, Grian or Mumbo like to upload their episodes later in the day
(at the time of writting this Mumbo has uploaded his episode so you can check it now :D)
