A/N: I was thinking about how I’d write this and my brain just went ‘they lost their shit at the sight of instant coffee’, so uhh I hope this is to your liking. I tried to get as much animal variety as I could even though I didn’t really touch on marine animals that much)

General

So this is under the assumption that like the Irwin family, Reader (or their family) has access to a wide variety of animals (from domestic to wild)

All of them respect the passion you have for animals

While they all might have various feelings on animals (see below), they can’t deny that you truly do love animals

Your family’s sanctuary focuses on healing injured animals and rehabilitating them so they can go back into the wild

Of course, your family has many sanctuaries around the world and some focus more on conservation while others focus on research 

The one closest to the school focuses mainly on conservation and as such, is massive and functions like a zoo ( in terms of having people come in and see the animals)

Anyways, the host club is very supportive and often helps you with organizing donation events

Oftentimes, your family will collaborate with them and allow them to rent out parts of the conservation center for events

Aside from the conservation center though, your family owns a few ranches and farms (not for commercial profit, although yall have sold a few animals)

The farms and ranches are relatively small scale but they make great venues for the host club and a great place for getaways/vacations

Your main house is where you keep most of your favorite animals

You have an aviary attached to your room (connected through a hallway that connects to your room) as well as a butterfly garden in the backyard

You also have an aquarium tank, 2 dogs, 1 cat, 1 snake, and a hamster that visits on weekends

You had to be stopped at some point

He was never really around animals growing up because of how sensitive his mom’s immune system is

So when he sees that you’re an animal person, he’s super excited

Like this man is already planning playdates between Antoinette and your pets/animals

The first time the host club went to your house, you were holding a hamster and Kyoya moved back about 10 feet

Only thing is; if Honey’s afraid of your animals, he will have to ask you to leave he won’t hesitate to step in “harm’s” way

Surprisingly though, that actually makes him the chillest with your animals

Much to your surprise (and Tamaki’s sorrow), the animals love him

He just has this calming vibe that sets the animals at ease

It also helps that he smells nice and is super tall

For most of them it’s like sitting on a giant tree

He’s not really complaining though, it makes his job of protecting Honey that much easier

He might actually be the worst with animals

It’s not even an issue of being unable to defend against aggressive animals (Honey could probably solo a grizzly bear)

It’s just he has a very strict “cute” animal policy that changes wildly depending on his mood, the temperature, the angle of the wind, the humidity, etc.

He’s very bougie when it comes to what animals he will tolerate and what animals he will refuse to see

The general safe choices are rabbits (especially bunnies), kittens, cows, tits (the bird species), and baby animals of almost every domestic mammal species)

Him and the hamster you see on weekends are best friends

Also, you have had issues with him trying to feed the animals sweets

Explaining to Honey why rabbits can’t have carrot cake was not an easy conversation, nor was it one you thought you’d need to have 

Because of how specific he is about what animals he finds cute, you likened him to a crocodile (because of how sensitive they are to temp. changes in egg)

Needless to say...he was not pleased

Hikaru

So him and Kaoru don’t really care for animals but they try to relate to you in somewhat similar but different ways

Hikaru is always trying to get you to do/recreate stunts with the animals

Kaoru is kind of like the parent who learns one thing you like and is like “that’s your entire personality right?”

They range in quality and format; from top text, bottom text to “is this a ____”

At least once a day, Kaoru will send you a meme or picture of an animal with a caption that says ‘this reminded me of u :)’

Haruhi

Is the only other one who’s kind of cool about the whole thing

She’s really only been around animals in the park or the occasional pet store

Growing up, she didn’t really have the time (or money) to go to the zoo, that and the fact that Ranka doesn’t care at all for animals (she thinks they’re weird and gross)

When Tamaki hears this, he works himself up into a frenzy, torn that his “daughter” has never been to a zoo (even tho he hasn’t either)

But she likes the fact that you’re so passionate about animals

At heart, she’s a scholar, so she loves learning new things she didn’t know before, she could spend all day just listening to you talk about animals

Not to mention the fact that you’re basically giving her a free informational tour every time you see an animal

author’s note: I’ve been trying to develop this idea for a while but could not (for the life of me) think of a specific scenario for a long-form fic with this setup in mind, so I just decided to write my scattered thoughts as headcanons!! Sorry if its disorganized btw this is basically composed of just my yapping. If you end up liking the idea and have specific scenarios in mind feel free to drop a request 🙏🏻

Tamaki possesses an affable, generally accepting, and even enthusiastic attitude toward things that are unfamiliar to him.

But despite his bearing, it all comes crumbling down at the very thought of the Black Magic Club, Ouran Academy’s fashionable group of occult and gothic enthusiasts. The bunch the Host Club is significantly acquainted with because the former quite literally live within their walls

Due to Tamaki’s natural idiocy, he’s aggravated the Black Magic Club in the past—an unfortunate amount of times. Like when he mistakenly stepped on the Beelzenef, the hooded president Nekozawa’s precious cursed doll, and was made to believe he was banished into another dimension when he took his exams—to name one of many instances.

Falling victim to their wrath left him traumatized. Now whenever their mystic neighbors are concerned, the guy loses all his 5 senses and regresses into a cowering, pitiable toddler

Considering Tamaki’s troubled relations with the group, a romance between him and someone who’s a member would be difficult but of course, never impossible~

Tamaki really strikes me as the perfect candidate for the ‘he fell first and harder’ ‘trope’, especially with this setup

It’d be cute to see him fall for someone even despite fearing their primary interests

It’d likely be a slow start—but it really depends on how his s/o reacts or responds. For his side, he’ll just be doing his best to be open-minded and yet failing to completely embrace it due to his panic.

I can see him willing himself to attend one of their weekly masses but he ends up making a run for the door, his flight senses kicking off in pure terror, as soon as he hears a low-rumbling voice expelled from the distorted speakers.

Just a thought- It’d be kinda cute if s/o was a tease, wouldn’t it? Intentionally or otherwise.

It’s really hard to fault Tamaki though, it’s a world of knowledge completely alien to him. His genuine and loving nature and the legitimate efforts he makes to understand and welcome the occult so he can, in turn, understand and welcome this inherent side of his s/o is something that everyone should admire and s/o should see that!!

Be kind to him T-T ik its fun to tease but there's only so much he can do before he burns himself with the heatwaves of his own love in attempts to accommodate his lover

His acceptance and adaptability will grow alongside his affections, slowly but surely

In due time, I can't particularly see him being immune to all things occult–as squeamish and over-reactive as he is, and I highly doubt he would participate in any sort of black magic activities on his own will

Basically, I imagine Tamaki to be tolerant of it, knowing its something that means a lot to his love, you’ll never find him never going out of his way to strike them down by showing contempt for it; the day he, in his right mind, hurts s/o’s feelings is the day he sends himself into the astral planes

Just hope s/o understands his limits and doesn’t play with his feeble heart too much!

As if on cue, someone knocked on the door. [Y/n] looked up, telling whoever was on the other side to come in. One of the maids gently opened the door as she peeked her head inside,

“Miss [Y/n], someone is here to see you.”

“I’ll be right there.”

[Y/n] responded, placing a bookmark in between the last read pages and closing the book. [Y/n] made her way downstairs, smiling when she spotted a familiar blonde chatting with one of the maids.

As if noticing a new presence, Tamaki looked up to see [Y/n] making her way down the steps, a goofy grin plastered on his face once he spotted her.

“Hello, Tamaki.”

[Y/n] greeted once she was in front of him. Tamaki took [Y/n]’s hand into his own before kissing the back of it.

“Hello, princess. You look stunning as always.”

Giggling, [Y/n] gently removed her hand before motioning in the direction of the kitchen.

“Come on. The cupcakes won’t bake themselves.”

Tamaki stood in the middle of the kitchen as [Y/n] got out all the ingredients and tools needed to bake cupcakes. Once everything was ready, she threw a spare apron at Tamaki before she began to put one on herself.

Tamaki playfully glared at [Y/n], his hand now caked with flour,

“Oh, you’re so on!”

The two teens chased each other around the kitchen, turning it into a powdery/cake bater-ey mess. [Y/n] giggled while being chased by Tamaki when she suddenly slipped, crashing into the very blonde she was running from.

[Y/n] propped herself up on her elbows, realizing she was face-to-face with none other than Tamaki - who was underneath her. Neither of the two said anything, only staring into each other's eyes.

The sound of the timer going off lulled the two of their trance, [Y/n] rolling off of Tamaki as she slid her oven mitts on and took the cupcakes out of the oven.

After decorating the cupcakes together in an awkward silence, [Y/n] held up a cupcake towards Tamaki and smiled,

“Cheers!”

Tamaki gently smiled at the girl, pressing his cupcake against hers.

“Cheers, [Y/n].”

Mouse Note: Welcome to Lavender for Royalty; Sage for Wisdom! I'm so excited to share my Kyoya Ootori x Reader. I have loved OHSHC for so long, it's one of the first anime I watched, and I decided to finally write for it. I will be following more of the manga and picking and choosing chapters, so the anime stuff is mostly there, but there are some chapters towards the end of this book that aren't from the anime at all (same for the second book when it comes).  Please feel free to comment (please, writers love it <3)) since it motivates me! And please, please, please enjoy! Updates will be Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

            “So the Hitachiin twins are in,” said Tamaki happily.

            “They didn’t say yes,” reminded Kyoya.

            “Yeah, but they can tell they’ll have fun, and that’s what they want,” said Tamaki, shrugging. “They’re joining the host club.”

            “With them, then, it makes six,” said Kyoya, checking his notes. “That seems to be enough.”

            “No, there’s still something missing,” said Tamaki, considering. “We’ve got the Prince Charming Type, the Cool Type, the Cute Type, the Strong and Silent Type, and the Little Devil Types, but we need something else to balance it all out…”

            Kyoya sighed. He knew Tamaki wouldn’t let up until he had what he wanted, and if he thought something was missing, something was. “Who are you considering?”

            “I’ve heard girls talking a lot of the scholarship student in our year,” said Tamaki.

            Kyoya flipped through his black notebook. “(Y/N) (L/N). Excellent grades, comes from a modest family, here on scholarship…Nothing special.”

            “But that’s just it!” said Tamaki excitedly. “They’re not out there, you know? I hear all the girls talking about them because they seem so down-to-earth. That and they can’t figure out (Y/N)’s gender, even though they wear the male uniform, so the mystery is exciting since they’re attractive, but the main reason is that people think they’re genuinely nice. They don’t put on airs. I think we need someone like that.”

            “Outreach for multiple genders?” said Kyoya.

            “Not that, though girls and boys seem to like them.” Tamaki paused before continuing. “But I think the girls like (Y/N) because they seem so normal, comfortable—” He snapped his fingers “—the Amiable Type! Everyone likes them naturally.”

            “You want someone down-to-earth? I hardly believe it,” said Kyoya.

            “Kyoya,” whined Tamaki.

            Kyoya smirked in amusement.

            “You’re (Y/N) (L/N), right?”

            (Y/N) looked up from their calculus book to find two boys standing over their table. They recognized the pair instantly—everyone at Ouran Academy knew them. The blonde with the giant grin was Tamaki Suoh, and the raven-haired boy with glasses was Kyoya Ootori.

            “I am,” they said, smiling. Were they confused about why they—the scholarship student—were being approach? Yes. But Tamaki had never been rude to anyone, that (Y/N) knew of, so they weren’t going to be rude.

            “Fantastic!” said Tamaki. “Kyoya and I had a question for you.”

            “What is it?” asked (Y/N).

            “We want you to join the club we’re making!” said Tamaki. “The Ouran High School Host Club.”

            “…A Host Club?” repeated (Y/N), tilting their head. They looked at Kyoya questioningly. In classes, he had always seemed rather serious, so hearing that he was involved with that was…unexpected.

            “Yes,” said Kyoya, pushing up his glasses. “Merely a place for pleasant entertainment that has potential.”

            “You just have to be a real prince to the lovely ladies who come and join us,” said Tamaki.

            “And you want me?” said (Y/N).

            “Yes! People naturally like you, so you’d be perfect!” said Tamaki. “You just have to be yourself.”

            (Y/N) paused and considered. As strange as the idea was, Tamaki seemed to have good intentions. And (Y/N) did need to get involved with extracurriculars at Ouran.

            “Alright,” said (Y/N), smiling. “When are we starting?”

            Tamaki lit up. “You’re saying yes?”

            “At best, I am involved in a club and meet more people. At worst, your club fails, and I go back to how my life was,” said (Y/N), shrugging. “It seems fair to try.”

            Tamaki deflated. “So practical…”

            “You said you wanted someone down-to-earth,” remarked Kyoya. “You’re getting it.”

            (Y/N) chuckled, and Tamaki pouted.

            And that’s how (Y/N) joined the Host Club.

A/N: It’s missing Ouran hours. As usual, features a gn reader, there’s a mention of makeup but it doesn’t go into detail so you’re free to imagine what type of makeup it is

A: Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)

Tamaki is incredibly affectionate! If you get together while he’s still in the host club, good luck keeping your relationship a secret because as soon as he sees you, this overgrown puppy is running towards you shouting “Ma cherie” with the dopiest expression on his face. Of course, Kyoya will immediately shut him down with the reminder that there are customers that Tamaki still has to attend to.

B: Best Friend (What would they be like as a best friend? How would the friendship start?)

As a best friend, Tamaki is very affectionate. He’s really one of those friends who’s very supportive and will hype you up no matter what, But he’s also very dramatic, like so ridiculously dramatic that it’s a wonder Kyoya put up with his nonsense all this time.

C: Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)

Tamaki cuddles like a koala, like he’s got his arms and legs wrapped around you so if you’ve got anything to do...good luck. He loves to cuddle with you and honestly he prefers to spend his days off wrapped around you.

D: Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)

Tamaki definitely wants to settle down with you. He has this dream of you both living in the countryside, quiet and unassuming, he definitely has a pinterest board or something to that degree that just consists of sections upon sections of things he wants to do with you in the future. In terms of cooking and cleaning, Tamaki could if he tried. He’s no michelin star chef but he can make pancakes if given proper instruction his cleaning however definitely needs some work.

E: Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

If you had to break up, he’d be incredibly somber about it. Likely you both would break up due to an outside influence (ex. arranged marriage) as opposed to anything either of you have done. He can barely look you in the eye and his voice wavers, when he finally finishes breaking up with you he kisses your hands and apologizes before walking away.

F: Fiance(e) (How would they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)

Tamaki definitely has a dream wedding board on pinterest. He’s not one to rush into marriage but he also feels if the time is right and the both of you want to, why not? He’s also incredibly dramatic with the proposal asking for your guardian’s permission (despite you telling him that you are in fact, grown). He also does like a whole fairytale proposal and wedding, he’s so in love with you and strives to give you a perfect storybook happily ever after.

G: Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Tamaki may be oblivious sometimes but he can be incredibly in tune with your emotions when you need it most. If you’re ever feeling angry or upset he’ll just listen if you’re ranting (may get more than a little hyped up for you but-), if you’re feeling down, he’ll just kiss your forehead and hold you. Overall, he’s very gentle with you, you are his precious love ad as such, you deserve all the tenderness in the world.

H: Hugs( Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)

Tamaki loves to hug you, any opportunity he can, he’s hugging you. It’s so bad that he basically gets flamed by the whole host club for how much he hugs you but to him, it’s worth it.

I: I love you (How fast do they say the L-word)

He says it incredibly fast. On your first date, he just dismisses it as butterflies in his stomach and first date nerves. However, the first time you kiss him, he’s already blurted it out without even realizing. Tamaki however, has not a single ounce of subtlety when it comes to love so if you haven’t figured this out beforehand, you and him are just gonna be oblivious together.

J: Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous)

Tamaki acts a complete fool when jealous. This man is ready to like bite someone, sic Honey on the person who he’s jealous of, call Kyoya’s special SWAT team, everything. You’re gona have to calm him down at this point. To be fair though, he doesn’t get jealous all too often, he trusts you it’s just that person was a little too close that’s all, he swears! 

K: Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)

Tamaki’s kisses are so good, it’s like he takes all the love he holds for you and the sparkle i his eyes when he sees you and puts them all into one kiss. His lips are also soft because best believe Tamaki wears chapstick. He likes to kiss you alone of course, he views kissing as something between the two of you and prefers to keep it that way.

L: Little ones (How are they around children)

Tamaki is actually really good with children. His overall kindness and general whimsical/carefree attitude meshes really well with children.

M: Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)

Mornings with Tamaki (bar he have a ridiculous dream or something of the like) are so domestic. Like he just holds you and kisses your forehead. If he wakes up before you he’ll stare at you until you wake up so you can both start your day together.

N: Night (How are nights spent with them?)

Nights with Tamaki aren’t as lax as mornings. For one, Tamaki has a strict nightly schedule he follows, even if he’s coming back from an event and dead tired, he’ll get up to complete it. His routine consists of anywhere from 10-12 steps (depending on the day) and is relatively complicated. On the bright side, he’ll help you with tying your hair up at night, removing makeup, etc. In general he’s very serious about his night time schedule, but he’ll also help you out if you’re slacking on yours.

O: Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves? Do they say everything at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

Tamaki sort of has stages of openness. There’s his first stage, which is the false vulnerability act he puts on for customers. His second stage where he’s somewhat unguarded but still puts on an act for around his friends. And there’s his 3rd stage, Tamaki really never lets anyone get here, but glimpses of it sneak through if you pay enough attention. Gradually as you deepen your trust in one another, he’ll tell you more about his fears, vulnerabilities, insecurities, etc.

P: Patience (How easily angered are they?)

Tamaki honestly doesn’t get angry easily, and when he does get angry he’s pretty good at hiding it. He only really shows his anger if you strike a particularly sensitive nerve or if you put yourself in danger.

Q: Quizzes (How much would they remember about you?  Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)

Tamaki remembers everything you tell him but if he ever finds out something about you he gets a little offended about the fact that you didn’t tell him. He’s really good at remembering things you like or mention having an interest in however, and often asks Kyoya for help in getting things/experiences for you.

R: Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)

Tamaki’s favorite moment in your relationship was your first kiss. You were both walking around, no place in mind as the sun set. He saw the way you looked bathed in the last glimmers of sunlight and asked if he could kiss you, from there, the rest is history.

S: Security (How protective are they? How would they like to be protected?)

Tamaki is pretty protective, he knows that considering the fact that he has a reputation as the prince and the hoards of people who are actually in love with him, you’re most definitely a target. He worries about you but he keeps an eye on you and knows you’ll tell him if anyone is bothering you, but he still worries. As for how he’d like to be protected, he has this love fantasy that some girls will be chasing after him and you’ll just stop them by proclaiming your love for him in front of everyone.

T: Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

The ‘T’ in Tamaki stands for try. This man is the definition of effort, not a single expense will be spared when it comes to ensuring your happiness, not if he can help it.

U: Ugly (What are some bad habits of theirs? (I’m gonna add arguments here because they aren’t on the prompt list I found))

Tamaki has a really bad tendency to overreact. While it usually isn’t too much of an annoyance, in situations where you really need him to be your rock, it can become overwhelming and add to your panic. Your irritation will lead to you snapping and his concern will lead to him snapping, causing a argument between you that becomes a stalemate once you both realize the other has points but are still too upset to apologize.

V: Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)

He is admittedly very vain, like yes, he is a gentleman and in any other circumstance you would be put before him, you are his love after all, but he realllllly needs the bathroom so that he can do his morning routine.

W: Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)

Tamaki doesn’t feel incomplete so much as he feels withered without you. You are his sun, he can’t help but gravitate towards you. Without you he feels downtrodden and aimless. He covers it relatively well around others, but he’s whining to his friends about how much he misses you behind closed doors.

X: (E)xes (Any previous relationship experience. How does that factor into your current relationship?)

He doesn’t really have too, too much relationship experience. He has experience flirting sure, but as far as going past that and actually being in a committed relationship with someone every moment with you is a learning experience.

Y: Yuck (What are some things they wouldn’t like, either in general or in a partner)

He doesn’t like people that don’t hold themselves in high regard/classily. He admires people who are kind and graceful and he thinks that people who are mean for the sake of it are repulsive. And while this isn’t necessarily a yuck, he does like people with confidence and a decent sense of self. 

Z: Zzz (What is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Tamaki sleeps like a starfish, especially if he’s sleeping alone. It’s ridiculous, he could be on a bed 4x his size and he’d still find some way to take up the entirety of the bed to the point where he’s the only one able to sleep on it comfortably.

I can twist my arms like 360 degrees or so (sometimes, I hear the joints popping; it doesn’t hurt most of the time, but I do feel a minor squeeze at worst), I can bend my thumb to my forearm (though it hurts somewhat if I hold it too long, but that goes away quickly; for some reason, my left is more flexible than my right), and I’ve been known to be able to touch my shoulder or even my face with my foot if I stretch it enough. Also, my skin is stretchier than most people’s, and it’s to the point where I can kind of cover my thumb in my hand (and it freaks people out). Also, I can do this thing where I turn my hands inward and my elbows poke out (I legit once had a girl come to me saying, “That’s not normal,” bless her heart. I even do what’s called the W position on a daily basis, which is comfortable to sit in but takes a bit to get up from. Conveniently, it allows me to scratch my own back without a backscratcher or even give myself a massage if I want. On the downside, I have a history of kneecap dislocations (I’ve had a total of 4: 3 times in the left kneecap and once in the right, all on separate occasions and it’s been happening since I was 13). As such, I’m best off with low-impact exercises like swimming or cycling because they’re easier on my joints than, say, soccer. Thankfully, I’ve found things like hot baths and basically being in hot water is very soothing for my joints. Also, I remember I was once recommended mustard paste for my kneecaps but I have yet to test it. I don’t know the exact cause of my hypermobility because I haven’t been diagnosed yet but that’s ok.

Note: I don’t know if you write for Meliodas from Seven Deadly Sins or Snake from Black Butler, but if you do, are you ok with adding them too? If not, would another character of your choice from those fandoms be ok?

Though he was extremely surprised the first time he saw it in action

It’s something he definitely read about when doing all kinds of studies about the human body

And when he was just finding out about hypermobility, he was probably surprised at first about just how much more complex it is

Though now that he’s older, he’s prepared to help with any potential problems that may arise for you

However, he’s still Ed

He’ll be the one to help you to the infirmary when your knee dislocates

But you know he’ll panic and he’ll yell about it first before he gains enough sense to get you the help you need

So at least he isn’t totally useless…he’s just Ed!

Tamaki Suoh

10000% will scream “WHAT DID YOU DO TO YOUR BODY” the first time he saw your hypermobility

But don’t worry

A quick dumbed-down explanation (by Haruhi or even Karou) will have Tamaki singing a different tune in a second

In fact, he’d probably start asking if you could do a bunch of tricks

And if you could show it to him too LOL

Out of everyone, it’ll probably be Honey to ask if it ever hurts doing all the things your body is able to do

And the second you mention your knee problems? Oh boy

Tama-chan is going to be all over you

Researching about all the things that could ever go wrong, looking up what he can ever do to help, finding out if there's stuff he can buy you to make things better- the works

But hey! At least he’s supportive!

Illumi Zoldyck

He knows

No need to tell you anything

In fact, knowing him and his family?

It’s entirely possible he knew before YOU did

If you ever do anything to showcase your hypermobility, he won’t comment much on it

He’s just content watching you do your own thing

He will tell you to be careful though

But you don’t have to worry much

The household knows your medical history- all of it

Illumi (and literally anyone on the Zoldyck payroll) are here to assist you if ever the need arises

Meliodas

Genuinely does think it’s cool

But he’ll be super nonchalant about it as he usually is with the weirdest things

Though you know he’ll be bragging about how cool he thinks you are when he gets drunk to the other guys

Of course, it’s probably Gowther that points out how your hypermobility has been the source of a few instances of pain for you

And suddenly it starts to make sense why you’re the first to move far away from a fight

Aside from Hawks after someone gives him a swift kick to belly

And your general avoidance for anything high impact

Naturally, he’s going to start consulting the all-knowing Merlin if there’s anything she can do to help you

And even though it’s disappointing to hear that she currently has nothing in her arsenal, you at least have a very powerful demon now looking out for you in case of a problem!

Snake

As a (former) member of Noah’s Ark circus, you’re not the first person he’s met with hypermobility

Compared to others, finding out about this aspect of your life isn’t so surprising given his upbringing

Though he can’t say he expected it

Something like this isn’t so obvious until it is

Of course, that doesn’t mean he knows anything about it

He’s not the most sociable (or knowledgeable) for that matter

It was through getting close to you and hearing you speak about yourself that he was able to learn about hypermobility and how it affects you in particular

Finding out about your knee problems and your other sources of pain definitely made him a little more protective

Not like he was doing anything that would end up bad for you in the first place but still!

Snake is a good boy at heart! He’ll look out for you <3

“I’m running out of good ideas, men! I only have five days left, and she still doesn't seem convinced.”

Tamaki complained, sitting at a table while being surrounded by his fellow host mates.

“How about a cake date? Try all sorts of yummy cakes together”

Honey-Senpai suggested, earning a head shake from Tamaki,

“I don’t know if she has a sweet tooth...”

Unbeknownst to Tamaki, [Y/n] did.

“You seem to be putting a lot of thought into this, Senpai. You really like [L/n], huh?”

Haruhi smiled at her upperclassman. Tamaki's cheeks flushed as he stared at a nearby wall,

“W-well...it’s complicated.”

“That’s not a no.”

Kyoya teased, causing Tamaki’s cheeks to flush even more. Before anyone else could utter a word, the doors to the host club suddenly opened. At the entrance stood the very female they had just been talking about.

“[Y/n]...”

Tamaki breathed, not expecting to see the female so soon. [Y/n] gave a sheepish smile,

“Sorry, is this a bad time? I just didn’t see you after school today, so I figured that I’d come find you...”

Tamaki fell speechless. He didn’t expect the female to willingly seek him out - this gave him hope that maybe she was being convinced.

Before Tamaki could act, he was being pushed towards [Y/n] until he found himself directly in front of her. [Y/n] smiled,

“Um, if you don’t mind, I actually have an idea for today’s date...”

Tamaki watched in confusion as [Y/n] tied her hair back before putting on a pair of gloves. [Y/n] looked back at Tamaki and smiled,

“You don’t mind getting your hands dirty, do you?”

“So, why gardening for today’s date?”

Tamaki asked as he watered the planted seeds. [Y/n] smiled,

“You’ll see later.”

Tamaki finished watering the plants before looking back at [Y/n], noticing a speck of dirt on her face. Walking towards her, Tamaki reached out his hand and used his gloved thumb to brush off the dirt.

“You have a little something.”

[Y/n] looked up at Tamaki with her [e/c] eyes and giggled,

“So do you.”

It was then Tamaki suddenly became aware of the loads of dirt on his face, feeling disgusted by the fact that something was touching his well-kept skin. Taking off her gloves, [Y/n] grabbed a rag and used the hoes to wet it.

“Here, I always bring one of these to wipe the dirt off of myself when I’m done gardening. Now hold still.”

[Y/n] gently caressed Tamaki’s face with one hand as she used the other to hold the rag and gently wiped it on Tamaki’s face. The male felt his face heat up from the way [Y/n] held his face, not even realizing that she had finished wiping his face.

[Y/n] blinked,

“Oops, sorry if I wiped your face too hard. Your skin is turning red.”

“I-it’s okay...”

[Y/n] smiled, nudging her head in the direction of her estate.

“C’mon, let’s get the rest of you cleaned up.”
