I had a horrible idea the other day. Talking Flower PNGTuber.

It's real now.

So I caved in and decided to design some (Paper) Mario OCs for the fun of it. I wanted to focus on newer species from some of the newer games, though it occured to me that we never had a piranha plant for a partner.

Bonnie - A rich Bonneter who wants to see the world outside of her hometown, she accompanies Mario in hopes that he would be able to give her that wish. In return, she assists him by helping him solve puzzles.

Her field ability works similar to Kooper and Koops where Mario can launch her. In battle, she's also able to absorb enemies' HP by capturing them for a brief period.

Petra and Screech - A pair of adopted siblings, Petra is the shy and reserved one while Screech is the loud and abrasive one. Both of them wish to become singers one day, though their music needs a ton of work.

Petra can hover for short period of time, so her field ability allows her to carry Mario through large gaps. In battle, Petra is able to attack by biting her enemies. She has trouble with spiked enemies, however. She can also use Screech to make enemies dizzy for a short period of time.

Wubblyn - A young Wubba that Mario finds in a cave. She likes to explore all kinds of nooks and crannies, though this often gets her in a lot of trouble. She greatly admires Mario and wants to be just like him one day.

Her field ability allows her to squeeze through small gaps in the walls that Mario can't get to. In battle, she's able to charge at enemies and cause them to get stuck, though she can't reach flying enemies. She can also lower the enemy's defense.
