my old job is so weird like howcome when i tell someone something, they dont tell other people what i told them. like do yall talk to each other
#i trained one person about something#but then another person now has the most basic questions#about the same thing#like dont yall all sit in the same room#talk to each other pls#lmaooo#but like its always been like this like i had an organized folder i did everything in#and theyre always like 'do we have a document for this' 'where is this thing im looking for' 'how do we keep track of this'#like its ALL IN THE VERY ORGANIZED FOLDER#EVERYTHING IS IN THE FOLDER#AND NEATLY ORGANIZED AND CORRECTLY LABELLED
