Our planet is very polluted, if we all had a little empathy, everything would be different. If we all came together to pick up trash from the ground and dump it in the right place or to be able to recycle and reuse, our planet would be different from the planet we are on now. I’ve walked half a mile with a bumble bee 🐝 on the end of a stick to try and save its life. I found it in the middle of a road struggling to make its way to the verge . It gladly climbed onto the end of a long stick and I carried it back to safety in my garden . I quickly made up and gave it a solution of sugar 2:1 with water and popped it onto a flower to rest. . After an extremely long rest I’m happy to say it did fly away, I was quite concerned at one point that it wasn’t going to. . Apparently, my mum heard bees are struggling at the moment due to the sharp changes in weather resulting in less flowers 🌸 blooming for them. So I planted lots of seeds, hopefully they grow 🤞🏻 . No matter the size of your outside space, planting any flowers you can will help bees 🐝 and pollinators. Without them the planet will be in even more trouble than it currently is. . Save a life, no matter how small. "By getting lost in nature, you get closer to finding yourself" ::: I never use to understand phrases like that and thought it was because I'm not a 'spiritual' person. But it's not about how spiritual or in tune with yourself you are. It's about taking time away from things and life. To get fresh air, stretch your body, quiet your mind and be there with the planet. ::: When you get moments like that you will naturally feel more relaxed and clear minded. Which will help you make better decisions, have a better understanding of things, be more in tune etc. These things will have a knock on effect with everything else, which means you will understand yourself better - what you like, what you don't, what things make you happy or sad or confused. ::: So yes you can technically ‘find yourself’ in nature.
