FKA twigs seems to start her The Crow press (and hopefully she at least recorded a song for the soundtrack *fingers crossed*, the trailer also dropped!!): She is on the cover of British Vogue (first issue since the new editor Chioma Nnadi started).

She is photographed by Johnny Dufort and styled by lb Kamarat.

Not the biggest fan of the no eyebrow look she is sporting these days. I know she says it gives her more creative freedom to explore different and more expressive hairstyles and make up looks, but they didn't do that here. And her hair styling gives a bit The Crow but not in a good way: the three strands of hair blowing in the wind look disheveled. There is definitely better hair styling needed (but this seems to be getting a trend...lackluster hair for events and shoots?) Don't know why Louis Souvestre magic did not work on me this time... :(

At first I liked the styling, the poses, and the outfits (besides the Loewe dress: can't get over the whole post-it-vibe of the Loewe dress and the exact colour match to the yellow sticky notes :D which unfortunately washes her out), but on second glance they could have done a lot more. The subway, the telephone booth and the taxi are fun settings (reminds me of her music videos) but the story is not tied together through hair and make-up, unfortunately...

But love to see her thriving, sound body and sound mind, as she says, so at least she gets the exposure :)

Also....have you seen all the edits/memes from Aubrey Plaza wearing the same Loewe dress to the Emmys :D
