Thank you so much for all of this this made me grin from ear to ear you are so right lol! Especially the “You’re never going to bash a black girl as a white woman in her 20s and be right. Look me in my face and tell me any black woman has power over a white trans person and i’ll pop you in your dumbass face.” AMEN TO THAT!!! Like these white transandrodork babies getting so mad and blowing a gasket at trans women for acknowledging that trans men have privilege over them that they use Black men as a prop in their arguments and also steal lingo coined by Black women like “intersectionality” is SO ABSURD!!! Especially when they bully Black women who disagree with them and send hate after them. Like the largest reason I’m so upset to see the whole transandrodorks thing exist besides the corrective rape kink is because it is blatantly just them ignoring intersectionality and how these trans women are treated is somewhat similar to how Black women are treated and to see them deny Black men’s privilege over Black women too and speak over Black women is insane.

A lot(and, dare I say, a MAJORITY) of the transandrodork movement is just white trans men bitching and moaning because they are entitled little shits and MRAs who don’t like acknowledging that the patriarchy is real and that they benefit from it, just like their cis brothers, and are frustrated because they don’t have as much privilege as white cis men, and because they too want to express their freaky lesbian fetishes. And also cuz they don’t like being called out on the male privilege that they DO UNDENIABLY POSSESS, and so they scream down trans women’s throats because they are “too mean” to them online(and rightfully so) lol, Like yes we Black women don’t have privilege over these white trans people regardless of gender whether we’re trans or cis, and in fact it is the other way around, so to see her invite hateful comments against me(with someone even calling me a cunt) and speaking over my own oppression is just. Grrr. She thinks she can speak about intersectionality but I, a Black woman, cannot because I’m cis. When you still have privilege over me because you’re white, whether you are trans or not. Grow the hell up, Velvet. And that goes for every single transandrodork dickwad reading this, even the few non-white ones tbh, because y’all are being used as bait by white trans men who think inceldom and fragile masculinity is gender euphoria lolol like WAKE UP!!!

It was an open secret that you and William had feelings for each other, but both of you never really admitted your feelings or confessed.

William was unsure of himself and his face. Would she mind my scars ? Would she find them scary? All these insecure thoughts made him postpone his confession every time he decided to when he asked you out on a date.

One day, after a good pep talk from your friends and squad mates, (just imagining the golden dawn squad pushing you to his doorstep to confess) you decided that you would take the first step and make the confession.

Knock knock. It was the first time you came to his house. You were nervous and kept fiddling with your fingers.

The golden dawn captain opened the doors, you saw each other and both of your eyes widened, mouth agape in surprise and shock.

William didn’t have his mask on.

“Y-y/n!” He almost choked, “what are you doing here?”

You calmed down and took a deep breath, “can i come in?”

After you were inside you both sat on the couch side by side. “Sorry y/n...” William cleared his throat, “did my scars startle you ..?”

You turned to face him, you lifted your hand and your fingers gently traced the scars on his forehead. “Is this why you wear a mask everywhere you go?”

“Y-yes..” he answered softly, he eyes meeting yours, then looking down, as if he were ashamed, “people shunned me and were scared of me because of my curse and scar”

“You look absolutely beautiful William,” you smiled, a single tear drop falling from your eyes, “I can’t believe you were hiding this all these time. You don’t have to, you are beautiful here,” your hands glided from his face down to his chest, “and here”

You looked like an angel that descended from heavens in William’s eyes at that moment. He was right about you and he knew why his heart beats for you, you were the kindest most amazing person he has ever met.

You leaned in back closer to his face, examining his scar. Your hands traced the scar on his face. "I think you look badass with those!"

You patted his head, "But I'm not afraid of you! I just think you look really cool in those!"

A blush crept up his face.

"Why is your face so red?" you cocked your head to one side.

"Sheesh! it's just the alcohol brat!" he looked away, "you really don't find me scary?" his voice softened.

I’m in the first ten seconds of the fuckin episode. Why the fuck is Braeden electrocuting Isaac? Like, look, I wanna like Braeden. I have issues with her entire moral system, but I still wanna like her cus’ she saves Isaac. But...how am I supposed to do that when the literal first thing she does is electrocute my boy??? He’s knocked out, not DEAD (not that that’s how shocking someone’s heart even Works) and it’s not like she needs to trigger the healing process. He’s already got Gaping slash wounds on his chest. He’s hurt enough. ALSO. “Be quiet”?? R U Serious? You’re electrocuting him. YOU try being quiet with fucking jumper cables on your chest.

I WANNA POINT OUT how cute it is (in a like, sad way cus’ she’s terrified) that Lydia is close enough to Stiles now that she immediately goes for his side and they like insta connect with the eye contact. Not in like a Stydia way, but like, they’re close. she trusts him and goes to him when she’s scared, even though he’s human and you’d wonder if she shouldn’t go to Scott instead, since he’s the werewolf.

SCOTT WHY ARE YOU TOUCHING THE DEAD DEER. Your ability to smell chemosignals/sense emotions has nothing to do with touching. Stop poking the dead animal.

Honestly, Lydia, I love you. Like, go for it. Nothing wrong with not wanting to date and just wanting to have fun. My issues stem from YOU BEING 16. Yes, teenagers have sex. But this is ridiculous. Last thoughts: They really went for it with this episode. I have plans to change a lot of it. Hopefully I can mesh the changes with the general plotline.

A/N:  In a shocking turn of events (for me), I completed California last night, topping this bad boy out at 15 chapters.  While I’ll likely keep tweaking it and making sure all my plot holes are closed, the storyline itself is done.  I also set up for a possible one shot (or more, I dunno how much writing mojo I got left in me) for another pairing if y’all want it.  So y’all be seeing me for a while yet.

Also, this is a pretty short part because its original version didn’t flow well, forcing me to split it with Part 6.  Sorry!

Part 5

Mission: Rescue

In the coming dusk, agents from HQ and the West Coast office stood a thousand feet from a squat, industrial looking building deep in the outskirts of Sacramento. The unassuming nature of the building wouldn’t even garner a second glance from any passersby, but for these Statesmen, it was the end of the line. Sirah had been gone almost a week and very soon she’d be back among her fellow agents.  Or at least that’s what they believed.  No one could bring themselves to think otherwise.

On the flight into California, Jack sat silently in the back of the plane in a brooding manner watching everyone else.  He felt helpless in the moment as the Statesmen plane buzzed with activity as agents and support staff worked in the air and on the ground to coordinate possible leads on Sirah’s whereabouts.  Ginger and Tequila spoke remotely with Kefir to review any possible changes between the files still in the cloud versus what he had printed out originally.  Behind them Champ sat at a table with the three junior agents who were pressed into service.

The tables were covered with maps, paperwork, and the sound of pencils scribbling notes.  Occasionally they argued quietly amongst themselves and Champ chimed in with a question or comment.  Statesmen recruited brilliant minds and Champ couldn’t help but feel pride at the hard work these agents were doing at the last minute.  Slowly as they worked, a bigger picture began to form.

After signing off with Kefir, Ginger continued to read the backend of the digital files, including the last report allegedly sent in by Sirah.  Her and Tequila agreed it didn’t sound like her, even though everything else, including the transmission time, matched the pattern she set at the beginning of the case.

“T?”

“What is it, Ging?”

“We both know someone did this in her place, but I’m not finding anything wrong with the file signature.  Nothing suspicious, everything follows like it should.”  She turned at looked at him.  “As a general guess, I’d say these were uploaded by a Statesmen.”

He looked at her with wide eyes and she nodded.  While she didn’t come out and say that a fellow agent was behind this, the idea remained unspoken between the two of them.  If Ginger was right, the game was going to change quick and Tequila wasn’t sure, given their current state of mind, if they were able to go head to head with one of their own.  They continued to review the digital files when suddenly Ginger turned around.

“Saki, what did you say?”  She asked him.  

“It’s the maps.  Sirah created a few to track activity in the area and everything looks like it points to Sacramento.  Somewhere here in the southern part of the city.  Obviously, we’re missing stuff that could confirm this as I assume not everything was uploaded.”  The young agent waved her over and pointed at the map.  Champ stood up and looked Ginger, who looked back.  For months, Malbec and Sherry had insisted that the serial killer they were tracking was out of northern California but had little proof. West Coast believed them and sent in the request for help from HQ.  Clearly, after bringing her in, Sirah and her fellow agents found something that was a break in the long running case.

Tequila shot up from his seat and Ginger joined him at the table as they looked at the maps.  Sirah’s notes indicate that a center of activity could be either in the Valley Hi or Meadowview neighborhoods.  It was a lot of area to cover and there was the possibility that all this information was wrong.  Suddenly, a beeping noise sounded from Ginger’s computer.

“Her tracking device is back on!”  Everyone came over as Ginger began pulling up coordinates.  Smack in the middle of the suspected zone of operations was Sirah’s icon.  They found her and now they were coming to get her.  Tequila spoke to the junior agents on what was coming for them and Champ got on the phone with West Coast to coordinate plans.

Jack held back from the group as his heart stopped and started rapidly beating with hope.  He silently willed the plane to go faster as he shoved his hand into the pocket of his jacket. He let his thumb rub over the stone bear nestled in the corner.

About a year after they first started working together on cases, Jack and Sirah had been sent on assignment to the Jackson Hole office.  While they worked hard, there enough periods of down time that she felt it was being wasted staring at the office.  For once, instead of him, it was her begging to go play.  

Sirah insisted they bander about town and enjoyed themselves while they waited.  One day in a tourist shop, she bent down over a small display of hand carved animals. Her long braid fell over her shoulder and her eyes sparkled behind her glasses.  Jack’s breath caught his throat as he looked at her.  Hand to god, he never flirted with her again, but all the same, he found himself more and more drawn to his friend.  Someone he wanted to be more than a friend to.

“Jack look at them!  They’re so cute!”  She pointed to them as her face turned toward his.

“Yeah moonshine?”  That became her nickname, one that she rolled her eyes at the first time she heard it.  But now it made her smile and her eyes shine.  It was hers and no one elses.  He watched as she reached in and pulled two of them out.  A small beaver and a small bear.  He looked at her with a questioning face.

“It’s us.” She said simply but expanded her thoughts when he looked even more confused. “Ginger always says I’m busy as a beaver.  And you’re the bear.  Very cuddly looking, but very dangerous.”

He smiled and she smiled back.  There was no tension, no worries, and no awkwardness in the moment.  It was just two people so very comfortable with each other; the kind of comfort that comes with being in love with the right person. Not that they would have admitted it at the time, but it was there all the same.

She took them over to the cashier and paid for them.  She slipped the beaver into her pants pocket and walked back over to Jack.  Without a word, she slipped the bear into the pocket on the inside of his jacket before patting the cloth down.  She looked up at him and smiled.

“Grrr.”

Per prompt list, there's +/- 850 prompts w/a week left of KM. Huge amount for a slow hiatus! Counting ALL fills so far it works out to 58% being B/C. If more non B/C writers participate, the numbers will change. It's one of the only fandom events open to everyone & every ship w/o a bunch of storylines you have to include. It's no one's 'space' unless rare pair creators choose not to participate. As a rare pair reader, I wish more creators would get involved. Fandom needs content to survive!

I thought about ignoring this entirely but decided to err on the side of you actually having good intentions. I mean, yes, it is nice that there’s something going on during the hiatus and there’s a lot going on over there, but let’s torture a metaphor for a minute shall we?

There’s a party going on right now, 60′s themed, and I told my followers I was going.  I told them that according to the invitation 60s didn’t just mean drugs and Woodstock and it looked like a good time.  And within the first 20 minutes of arriving the sorority girls were shit talking the art department. (Search the prompt list for Echo or look at the back and forth of prompts in the low 20s of page numbers.  That is some unnecessary nonsense.)

Sigh. Shrug. Whatever. Not all sorority girls.  

So I went.  And it turns out that while the yard (AO3) is technically included in the party they lock the door.  That that’s the place where rarepair shippers can safely connect with people who share their interests isn’t part of the host’s calculations.  I mean, fine, it’s their party and they set the rules but no.  And while you can go outside of the themes of woodstock and drugs, if you’re there to discuss the Vietnam War, the assassinations of JFK and MLK, African independence, or the evolution of the Beatles you’re going to be pretty lonely.  There are other places with better company for your particular interests.  

And by your own count 3 in 5 attendees are the aforementioned sorority girls. Not all sorority girls! but there’s also no compelling reason for me to be in this space that not only doesn’t interest me but gives me hives while someone occasionally stabs me with a cocktail umbrella. 

And since I told people to go there and that I was going I felt obligated to tell them that there was a disparity between who was invited and who showed up.  (3 in 5 sorority girls) and that I wasn’t staying and why.

I appreciate the inclusive spirit of the hosters, but I’ve got better places to expend my energy than wading through a bunch of stuff that turns me off so I can get to exactly none of the stuff I truly enjoy.  There’s some Murphy x Raven and Clexa bits that I might put out as links once the event is over, but neither of those are in my top ten list, so thanks but I’m hard out.
