also like i partially found out i might be intersex because i was looking at trans stuff and there was like "(however many) months on t and finally seeing some bottom growth" and like pictures of t-dicks and i was like.... um.... that's kind of just what my clit looks like anyways. so i was like "hey google give me a quick rundown on this" and learned what clitoromegaly was and then i was like. hm. intersex resources. and it's like a sign? symptom? side-effect? of certain intersex conditions
#i mean like pcos runs in the mums side of my family but i dont have all the symptoms of that#i do also have like. more hair?? than the average afab person#like dark hair on my stomach and chest and back#and my face. whats disappointing about the face hair is that it isnt enough to be able to grow a beard#so i cant even fuck with gender that way#tagging as nsft just because of like genital mention#genital mention#nsft#shoutout to transmascs on t who show their t-dicks on the internet it was really helpful#also i dont know how to describe it but like. my natural face shape is kind of masculine??#like it would be plausible for a cis amab perisex man to have my face without looking feminine#if you get what im saying??#if it sounds like im reinforcing sex or gender essentialism please say i am struggling to find words#unshoutout to the boys in primary school who made fun of me for having hair under my arms and starting a whole decade of insecurity-#-about having hair on my body lmao#for the record i dont think certain face shapes are indicative of gender and all im just going by like. patterns?? in afab vs. amab faces#also not that i think afab vs. amab is the entire categorisation of human sex characteristics but um. working with what vocab i have here#i think what also really kicked it off. was relating to a fair few experiences intersex people have socially#particularly intersex ppl who were afab and faced a lot of pressure to make their bodies conform to feminine beauty standards#and it was like.... oh lol.... my mum did that to me!!#it comes from her own internalised shit bc she has pcos (idk if she identifies as intersex even tho she could if she wanted) but still.#dont project that onto a 10 yr old lmao. she keeps buying me hair removal products#ALSO floored by an experience i have. in which apparently half my friends dont feel pressure to shave their legs#because the hair on their legs is like. light and thin and barely visible and i was like?? huh??#what do you MEAN your legs don't look like your brothers/fathers if you dont shave??#im starting to think they dont shave their arms. their arms might just naturally not have a load of hair#i dont shave my arms though. cannot be bothered with that and also like. why would i do that#also you know that like. happy trail i think its called?? on “men's” stomachs??#yeah i have that naturally yeah thats right im naturally sexy#if you cant tell i am putting “girls” “mens” “boys” “womens” etc. in quotes to indicate that is just the normal society way of saying it

Note
ugh, the bucketload of untagged smut on this site is so bizzare. how hard is it to tag 'nsfw' 'nsft' or 'smut'.
not to mention all of those people who specify afab/amab reader.....which .. what does that even mean?????? are we really going back to 'your agab determines your genitals' again? (and some ppl just use it to mean female/male reader anyway. not great)
aaa sorry for the mini rant lol, hope yours days been good
🐌.
so real. it's literally not that hard to tag your work appropriately. i have all three of those filtered, plus a million other tags, and yet i STILL am unfortunate enough to see smut? like. tag your fucking work, dude. not hard at all. the "curate your own experience" website does not work if you don't use the tagging system???
AND YEAH???? I DON'T CARE ABOUT AGAB PLEASE JUST TELL ME WHAT PRONOUNS YOU'RE USING FOR THE READER??????? that's why i just put "they/them pronouns for reader" with no mention of the agab. because it Does Not Matter (in the case of my content specifically--i understand why it might matter a lot more for romantic or sexual works). agab ≠ gender ≠ pronouns. PLEASE specify the pronouns. "afab" is not a sufficient description. if i am hit unexpectedly with a she/her one more time i will lose my mind
(and my lack of care for the agab relates to my specific and personal identity as a nonbinary person, i believe, because if it were up to me? i would have no reproductive organs at all. none. there would be NOTHING!!!! /lh)
some fic writers make me so furious. they're absolutely insufferable. my blocklist is... very extensive at this point.

My tags
Plain text: "My tags" in title text. End PT
So I already had a tag post, but it's very outdated, so I decided to make a new one because at this point it's easier than editing the other one
Accessibility tags
Plain text: "accessibility tags" in subtitle text. End PT
Following are my accessibility tags, divided in types of disability:
For the visually impaired and dyslexic people
Not described: for posts that do not have image descriptions
No plain text: for posts that do not have a plain text version. Since what kinds of plain text a person might need depends on the person, I've separated in the following kinds:
Lots of bold/lots of italics: for posts that have big chunks of text in bold or italics. If it has both, I'll tag both separately, ie "#lots of bold #lots of italics"
Eventual bold/eventual italics: for posts that only have one or two words at a time in bold or italics. If it has both, I'll tag both separately, ie "#eventual bold #eventual italics"
Tiny text: posts with tiny text
Big text: posts with big text
Embedded links: posts with hyperlinks
Colored text: posts with words in colored text
Cursive: posts with cursive
Special fonts: posts with different fonts that aren't offered by Tumblr
Caps: words in caps lock
Censored words: for posts with words where a part of the word has been replaced with an asterisk, number, etc.
For people with ADHD and intellectual disabilities
Long post: a post that is too long and might be difficult to follow
No TLDR: for a long post without a TLDR at the end
Long paragraphs: for posts with paragraphs that are too long
Complex language: for posts with difficult language and no plain language version
For people with dyscalculia
Lots of numbers: posts that have many numbers
No written out numbers: no version with the numbers written out. For example, "14532" without a "fourteen thousand fifteen hundred and thirty two" at the end
For epileptics, people with migraines and otherwise photosensitive
Flashing: for strobe lights
Eye strain: for visual content with lots of bright colors
For d/Deaf/HoH people/people with APD
Not transcribed: for posts without transcription or closed captions. Although it is unlikely that you'll see those here as I need them as well
No audio description: for audio files without description (for example, a song that has the lyrics but not a description such as "an upbeat techno song")
Content warning tags
Plain text: "content warning tags" in subtitle text. End PT
Posts that go into detail about potentially triggering content will be tagged "[thing] tw". For example, "racism tw" or "blood tw"
Posts that only have a brief mention of potentially triggering content will be tagged "[thing] mention". For example, "racism mention" or "blood mention"
Posts with slurs will be tagged "[letter] slur", such as "f slur" or "d slur". I do not and will not tag posts that talk about queer people or the queer community with "q slur". You can filter that word if you really don't want to see it. The exception to this is if it is actually being used as an insult, but I can't imagine why I would ever reblog a post that did that
NSFW content used to have a different system in this blog, but I'm switching to the "NSFT" model since it's become somewhat usual. So
NSFT: blanket NSFW tag
NSFT mention: mentions of nsfw content
NSFT text: text post with nsfw content
NSFT image: images with nsfw content
Artistic nudity: pieces of art featuring naked people
Trans [character] smut: for pornographic content featuring a trans character, particularly where the character's genitals or order gender markers are described in detail. I'll usually just use the first name or the name the character is best known as, such as "trans magnus smut"
Salt: for negativity and/or venting
Anti [character]: for talking shit about a character I don't like. I'll use the full character name. For example, "anti jace herondale"
Anti [thing] fandom: for talking shit about a particular fandom. For example, "anti supernatural fandom"
Disclaimer: the "anti" tags are so people who do not want to see anyone saying bad things about their favorite characters can filter out these tags instead of picking fights with me, not because of, idk, something else
Organization tags
Plain text: "organization tags" in subtitle text. End PT
Posts about a fandom will be tagged with that fandom, usually in the form of an acronym
Posts about a particular character will be tagged with the character's full name
Posts about headcanons of a character will be tagged as "[headcanon] [full character name]". For example, "autistic jim jimenez"
Ship posts will be tagged as the ship name
Posts about relevant issues will be tagged "social issues"
Posts that involve people fighting will be tagged as "discourse"
Posts about certain science subjects or animals will be tagged "[thing] tag". For example, "history tag" or "dogs tag"
Posts that contain anything I find relevant to find later will be tagged "reference". I've also been trying to sort them out into different groups, such as "information" for posts with good sources, "piracy" for piracing resources, "writing resources" and so on
Accessibility: for posts that discuss accessibility practices
Overflowing trashcan: my original posts (that arent just personal stuff)
Personal: random stuff about me
How to filter out tags
Plain text: "How to filter out tags" in subtitle text. End PT
I don't use desktop, but on mobile, all you have to do is go to settings -> account settings -> filter -> add filter
If you add a word filter, any posts with that word in the body of the post will be blocked. If you add a tag filter, any posts tagged as that content will be blocked. You'll want to use the tag filter in this case
And that's all folks. If you want me to tag anything in particular for whatever reason let me know and I'll add it to this list. That's all, thank you

having adhd is typing your messages
like this
because that is how
they enter
your brain
or alternatively:
typing a whole bunch of things in one run-on sentence because you don't want to miss anything and if you hit send right now you'll forget it all or at least you'll forget what connected it to the thing that you said at the beginning of the sentence

Warning for e///xplicit NSFT text and a genitals mention.
For the record, if I ever talk about characters "soft-swapping", what I mean by that is:
At least two couples / groups having sex in the same place with the understanding that watching is encouraged and everyone's cool with the mutually voyeuristic nature of it. Even if they personally aren't aroused by seeing or being seen, they consented to being in that social environment.
Stress on the word "social:" Close proximity, eye contact, and being loud / chatting are expected, normal parts of the experience, not immediately read as an invitation or a declaration of interest in someone not part of their couple / group.
Some people using this arrangement say that kissing participants from the other side does not constitute "crossing the line." Some say a little ((or sometimes a lot of)) contact is allowed if it's deemed more "playful" or "intimate" than motivated by lust. Playing with someone's hair, holding hands while lying next to each other, etc. These exceptions are much more often brought up and accepted by experienced swingers than groups that wanna soft-swap to get a taste of it.
I dunno maybe "mutual voyeurism" is a better term? Because apparently soft-swap can also mean "no vaginal or anal penetration with a penis, everything else is fair game" or "no sexual contact between men, only f/f and m/f."
Also: I tagged this as "consentual voyeurism" for the purpose of being specific, but when the word "voyeurism" pops into my brain I'm typically thinking of the kind where everyone is in agreement, not the classic someone peering from a bush scenario. Similarly "cuckhold", again, defaults to something that's arranged ahead of time as a roleplay scenario, not like actual cheating / degradation of a partner.
I'm putting my foot down right now: It's Not Masturbation If Someone Else Does It For You, by God does that one drive me up the wall when it's applied to just one person stroking someone else. THE WORD HANDJOB EXISTS FOR A REASON, use it.
The term "mutual masturbation"... is...
Actually that one's kinda tougher to classify.
