T4T Kakagai is the relationship where Gai brings Kakashi a heating padd every few months (he has a bad case of PCOS 😞😞😞) and his favorite snack, and in return Kakashi brings a giant basket of treats and board games for both of Gai’s surgeries

They also help each other with their hormon injections because a good rival makes sure their lover stabs themselves with hormons in the RIGHT spot
