Funny T-Shirts In Times Of Reality And Fashion Sense
Tumblr media
Funny T-shirts have always had a place in the fashion world, even during times of reality and evolving fashion sense. Here's why funny T-shirts continue to be popular:
Humor in Everyday Life: Funny T-shirts provide a lighthearted and humorous element to our daily lives. Regardless of the current reality or fashion trends, people appreciate a good laugh. Funny slogans, puns, jokes, or clever graphics on T-shirts can bring a smile to people's faces and create a sense of positivity and joy.
Self-Expression and Individuality: In a world where individuality and personal expression are highly valued, funny T-shirts offer a way to showcase one's unique sense of humor and personality. They allow individuals to communicate their wit, interests, or opinions through wearable fashion. Funny T-shirts can serve as conversation starters and help people express themselves in a light-hearted manner.
Breaking the Norms: During times when fashion trends may lean towards seriousness or conformity, funny T-shirts can act as a form of rebellion. They challenge the conventional norms and add an element of playfulness and non-conformity to one's style. Funny T-shirts disrupt the seriousness of fashion, offering a refreshing and light-hearted approach to self-presentation.
Social Commentary and Satire: Funny T-shirts often serve as a platform for social commentary or satire. They can highlight current events, societal issues, or popular culture in a humorous and thought-provoking way. By wearing such T-shirts, individuals can make a statement and engage others in discussions while maintaining a humorous tone.
Universally Relatable: Funny T-shirts tend to have a broad appeal as they often revolve around universally relatable topics. Whether it's a funny quote, a clever visual gag, or a play on words, humor can transcend cultural, social, and linguistic barriers. Funny T-shirts can bring people together through shared laughter and provide a sense of connection and camaraderie.
Versatility and Casual Style: T-shirts, including funny ones, are inherently casual and versatile. They can be worn in various settings, from casual outings to social events. The combination of humor and comfort makes funny T-shirts a popular choice for people looking to express themselves while maintaining a relaxed and approachable style.
In times of reality and evolving fashion sense, funny T-shirts continue to bring joy, self-expression, and a touch of humor to our lives. They allow individuals to break free from the seriousness of fashion and connect with others through shared laughter. Whether it's a witty slogan, a clever pun, or a humorous graphic, funny T-shirts add a refreshing and light-hearted element to the fashion landscape.

The Ultimate guide to buy t shirts online - Trending T shirts online
Introduction
Online shopping for t has become increasingly popular, offering convenience and accessibility a wide range of styles and brands. In this guide, we will explore benefits of online t-shirt shopping and provide you with valuable tips and tricks to help you find the perfect fit, assess quality and durability, navigate online marketplaces, and more.
Finding the Perfect Fit
Understanding Sizing Charts
Accurately measuring yourself is crucial when shopping for t-shirts online. To achieve the perfect fit, follow these steps:
Measure your chest, waist, and hips using a measuring tape.
Refer to the retailer’s sizing chart and compare your measurements to find the recommended size.
Take note of any specific instructions provided by the retailer for a particular brand or style.
Deciphering sizing charts can be tricky, as sizes may vary between different brands and even different styles within the same brand. Here are some tips to help you choose the right size:
If you fall between two sizes, it’s generally recommended to go with the larger size for a comfortable fit.
Look for customer reviews that mention the fit and sizing of the t-shirt you’re interested in to gain further insight.
Exploring Customer Reviews
Customer reviews play a crucial role in finding the right fit. Here’s how to effectively interpret and analyze them:
Pay attention to reviews from customers with similar body types to yours.
Look for detailed descriptions of how the t-shirt fits, such as tight or loose.
Take note of any comments about the length of the t-shirt, as this can vary depending on personal preference.
Be cautious of red flags, such as multiple reviews complaining about inconsistent sizing or poor quality.
Utilizing Virtual Try-On Tools
Many online retailers offer virtual try-on tools that can provide a more accurate sizing and style evaluation. Follow these steps to make the most of them:
Upload a front and side photo of yourself or use a webcam to create an avatar.
Follow the instructions provided by the retailer to virtually try on different t-shirts.
Pay attention to how the t-shirt fits on the virtual model, and use this as a reference when making your selection.
While virtual try-on tools can be helpful, it’s important to note their limitations. Factors like lighting, screen resolution, and body dimensions can affect the accuracy of the virtual fitting. Therefore, combining virtual try-on with other sizing methods is recommended.
Considering Brand and Style Differences
Different brands may have variations in sizing and fit, so it’s essential to consider these factors when shopping online. Additionally, various styles of t-shirts, such as slim fit or regular fit, can also impact the overall fit. Keep these tips in mind:
Research the brand’s reputation for consistency in sizing and fit.
Take note of any recommendations or warnings provided by customers in their reviews.
Consider your body type when choosing between different styles. For example, slim fit may be more flattering for individuals with a lean physique, while regular fit may provide a more relaxed look.
Knowing Your Fabric Preferences
Understanding Different Fabric Options
T-shirts come in various fabric options, each with its own characteristics. Understanding these options will help you make an informed decision:
Cotton: The most popular choice for t-shirts, cotton is breathable, soft, and comfortable.
Polyester: Known for its durability and wrinkle-resistance, polyester blends are often used for athletic and performance t-shirts.
Blends: Combining different fabrics, blends offer combined benefits such as the softness of cotton and the moisture-wicking properties of polyester.
Assessing Quality and Durability
Evaluating Fabric Quality
High-quality fabrics ensure long-lasting t-shirts. Consider the following factors when assessing fabric quality:
Thread count: A higher thread count generally indicates a finer and more durable fabric.
GSM (Grams per Square Meter): Higher GSM fabrics are typically thicker and more substantial.
Look for certifications such as “organic” or “fair-trade” indicating ethical sourcing and quality production.
Examining Stitching and Construction
Well-constructed t-shirts contribute to their longevity. Keep an eye out for the following signs of quality:
Consistent and even stitching without loose or frayed threads.
Reinforced seams for added durability.
Double-stitched hems that prevent unraveling.
Assessing Print and Design Quality
If you’re purchasing a printed t-shirt, consider factors that affect print quality and design durability:
Screen printing: Provides vibrant colors and excellent durability.
Digital printing: Offers intricate designs and can capture more details but may be less durable.
Look for sharp prints, vibrant colors, and designs that are centered and well-aligned.
Checking for Longevity and Durability
To ensure your t-shirts withstand multiple washes, consider the following factors:
Shrinkage: Choose pre-shrunk or preshrink cotton fabric to minimize shrinking after washing.
Fading: Look for t-shirts with colorfast dyes or pigments that resist fading over time.
Exploring Brand Reputation and Customer Feedback
Navigating Online T-Shirt Marketplaces
Comparing Prices and Deals
Use price comparison tools to find the best deals, but keep in mind the following factors:
Consider the quality and reputation of the brand before settling for the cheapest option.
Be mindful of additional costs such as shipping fees, as they can impact the overall price.
Exploring Size Availability
Finding t-shirts in uncommon sizes may be challenging but not impossible. Here are some tips:
Look for retailers specializing in extended sizes or petite sizes.
Explore niche retailers that cater to specific size ranges, such as tall or plus-size t-shirts.
Assessing Return and Exchange Policies
To ensure a satisfactory shopping experience, understand a retailer’s return and exchange policies:
Read and comprehend the fine print of the policies to avoid any surprises.
Beware of overly restrictive policies that may hinder your ability to return or exchange a t-shirt.
Understanding Shipping and Delivery
Consider the following factors when comparing shipping options:
Delivery times: Choose a shipping option that suits your needs, especially if you require the t-shirt by a specific date.
Tracking: Ensure the retailer provides tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
Trustworthy Online Marketplaces and Retailers
When it comes to online t-shirt shopping, it’s important to choose reputable retailers. Consider the following tips:
Shop from popular marketplaces known for their vast selection of t-shirts and reliable sellers.
Look for a secure website (indicated by a lock icon in the browser) and read reviews about the retailer’s trustworthiness.
Summary
In summary, online t-shirt shopping offers convenience and a wide range of options. By understanding sizing charts, exploring customer reviews, utilizing virtual try-on tools, considering brand and style differences, knowing fabric preferences, assessing quality and durability, navigating online marketplaces, and considering brand reputation and customer feedback, you can make informed decisions when shopping online for t-shirts. Remember to prioritize fit, quality, and marketplace factors to ensure a satisfying shopping experience.

T-shirt sizes can vary across different brands, so it’s essential to consult each brand’s sizing chart for accurate measurements.

What are some good fabric options for hot weather?

Is it safe to provide my credit card information on online t-shirt marketplaces?
Reputable online t-shirt marketplaces use secure payment gateways to protect your sensitive information. Look for secure symbols and read reviews about the platform’s security measures to ensure a safe transaction.
Remember, shopping for t-shirts online can be an enjoyable and rewarding experience when armed with the right knowledge and tools. Happy shopping!

My utterly correct and well-researched predictions for The Sims 5
no research has actually be done by me at all
EA will make the game a monthly subscription "service" which always needs to be online. There will of course be multiple subscription tiers with the higher tiers receiving some utterly mediocre clothes, hairs, furniture, Sims, you name it, paying lipservice to causes like diversity to make them seem important and un-missable (farm that FOMO). Lower tiers will have ads, a limited number of allowed mods/cc, and reduced graphics or some shit.
And of course there will be expansion packs, a staple of The Sims franchise, but you will need to pay for those too. Unless you subscribe to the platinum+ package, which includes a season pass. Of course there will always be certain cc packs that everybody will have to pay for, such as collaborations with big brands like D*sney, big fashion houses or IK*A. Occasionally there will be a freebie, but it will be a shitty print on a basegame T-shirt nobody cares for.
But that's not all! Not only will there be subscriptions, o no, there will be an ever bigger affiliate system. Basically an inbuilt multi-level management system (pyramid scheme) where people can sell their own mods/cc and recruit other people into their downline and make money of the mods they sell. They will give it a cutesy name, like Mod Families, Creator Visionaries, or Simgineers. There will be so many *shitty* mods, but since EA sits at the very top of the pyramid, there is absolutely no desire for quality control. You will see the same hair, with some added strands/removed strands/shorted/streaked/etc. edits over and over again. Of course there will be major fights and drama when the two biggest teams asset flip/convert create the same thing (some uninspired Second Life high poly blouse or something).
Anyway, I'm having a business meeting with EA next week and I'm very excited to share this plan with them.
P.S. Other features:
Extra in game currency like diamonds that people can use to buy even more junk for the game
Limit mods/cc to the Hub, you can't just put things in folders, it won't work
Sponsored events in the game, like a Simlish concert of K*ty P*rry or a Ad*das pop-up store in the mall
More social media integrations
An additional app for mobile devices where you play with your sims in a very limited way, but most importantly earn in game currency by doing stupid tasks, like playing games or watching ads
No pools in the basegame, that was a A+ decision in The Sims 4, so we're keeping that

2005 mcr newsletter [email] about the founding of skeleton crew
"SKELETON CREW ONLINE
To whom it may concern,
Hello friends, this is Frank from My Chemical Romance. First of all, I would like to thank you all for helping my dreams come true. I cannot express my undying
gratitude for your support of this little band. You have made it possible for four kids from New Jersey and one from Chicago to make a difference in this world. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the depths of my polluted New Jersey heart, thank you.
Ok, so now that the mushy stuff is out of the way I wanted to tell you about something that's going on in my life. I am clogging up your inbox with junk mail to let you know that I have embarked on a new creative adventure. Over the past few years, I have met lots of extremely talented people… tons of them. The thing is, I have not only become friends with these people, but I have also become a huge fan of the art they create. When that happens, the next logical step is to figure out how to work with them in the best capacity. So I wanted to start a company or companies that would be able to showcase the talents of my friends, my heroes, and the people who inspire me to live each day of my life as if it were my last. What I came up with was Skeleton Crew (skeletoncrewonline.com). Skeleton Crew is a record label, book publisher, and clothing design company. I figured if I was going to do it, I might as well do it all. I have always had a passion for record collecting, especially rare releases. If I'm a fan of the band I have to have it all, it's a sickness really. So Skeleton Crew Records will put out limited edition releases, colored vinyl, picture discs, and things I would want as a record collector. Basically whatever the band wants to do, we will put out. Some of the bands you might have heard of, some of the bands you might not have. The one thing they will all have in common is that I like them, which means they are worth checking out. (I have wanted to start a record label of my own for years, I'm really excited.)
Skeleton Crew Publications will release books written or illustrated by musicians, artists, athletes, and just all around interesting people who have something to say. I want to create a different forum where art and ideas can be presented. With media some of these artists have not experimented with or explored yet. I think this division of Skeleton Crew is the most interesting, and the one to definitely keep your eye on. We will not censor any of the artists, they will have full reign over what they create. (Again the only thing the authors may have in common, is that I am a fan.)
Last, but not least, is Skeleton Crew Clothing. This is not a t-shirt company! I can type it again if you didn't read it the first time…this is not a t-shirt company. I have nothing against t-shirts, some of my best friends wear them, and I enjoy them as well. All I'm trying to say is that Skeleton Crew is a clothing design company; we are in the process of developing a fall/winter line that will involve more than just screen printed t-shirts. You will be able to wear nothing but Skeleton Crew products for weeks straight to any occasion or destination and never think twice about whether your uniform is comfortable, appropriate, or fashionable. The designs are rad, I must say so myself. There are teasers on the website for you right now, but we'll keep you in anticipation of the clothes for a little bit longer.
This is a business that has a greater good in mind, Skeleton Crew will donate a portion of all profits to different charitable organizations, decided upon by the artists we work with. I have a feeling you guys are gonna enjoy what we come up with; at least I hope you do. Skeleton Crew will have a booth on upcoming Warped Tour dates on the East coast. I will drop you guys a short email letting you know when exactly that will be.
Until then, go to the site, skeletoncrewonline.com, you can email us for additional information. So far it's been really fun and hard just developing this project, I can't wait to get things rolling and hear what you guys think. I created Skeleton Crew from my heart and with my friends so I hope you check it out. Thanks for reading, I'll see you at the show.
keep the faith - frank m.c.r. & s.c.."

Lilia Info Compilation part 13: Lilia, Peace and Travel
Despite how he used to be called “the Phantom Commander” back in Briar Valley, Lilia has impressed upon Silver that “war should always be avoided”.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
His love of online games seems to stem from how “now people across the world can play with each other, breaking down the barriers that divide them. What a blessedly placid era we live in”. (Silver responds, “I, for my part, will do everything I can to protect that peace.”)
Lilia also says that “in this day and age, the entire world is connected through social media. It’s better to spread joy than hate” and his wish in the Wish Upon a Star event is “for humans, fae, and all other species to live in harmony”.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
He speaks with Trey off “all the countless tales of our failure to compromise, and the resulting conflicts”, saying that he has “no desire to see such history repeated”, so his wish is the same for every Starsending.
Trey says that he is so used to Lilia’s antics that he finds a wish for peace to be hard to believe, and Lilia insists that his wish “is cute, wholesome and pure—just like me.” When Trey points out that saying such things about himself undermines his own credibility, Lilia emphasizes his own “big, pure-hearted eyes, sparkling like jewels…hence, I wish for a world where everyone who passes before my eyes can have a peaceful life. Fervently.”
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
In his birthday vignette Lilia regrets how he had been too busy in his youth to ever leave Briar Valley, saying that he is glad that things have become peaceful enough in recent years that he is finally able to take things slowly.
Lilia often references his worldwide travels. Malleus says that Lilia would tell him about the Halloween traditions of other countries in lieu of bedtime stories, “way back when”.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Traveling alone is Lilia’s hobby, but in his birthday vignette he confesses that he is running out of places to visit that he has never been to before.
He also enjoys buying souvenirs for others, saying that he would often by flag pendants for Malleus, who would decorate his room with them in delight, being unable to freely travel alone himself as the heir to Briar Valley’s throne.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Lilia says that, recently, he has been seeing T-shirts printed with the names of famous tourist spots for sale, and decides that will be his souvenir for Malleus on his next trip.
Lilia seems to be very familiar with Kalim’s hometown in the Scalding Sands, and with “one particular Eastern country” where he learned about the longs that Malleus selected as the inspiration for Diasomnia’s costumes during Halloween.

Hi Taffybuns! Thank you for being you and artist that has passion to make. My brother told me that he bought two shirts out of it and he loved it, i was surprised you were the artist drew design! (the pokemon ones!)
Though I am curious and i hope you'll able to respond, do you have advice to make my art for merchandise in the future? I don't mind if you want to simplified explaination, a tumblr posts, or dropping a youtube link video; since you're busy with conventions.
I'm picky when it comes youtube art videos that are always give me the vibes of elitism, clickbait videos or others. You're the first artist I wanted to ask, so i hope it's fine if you can reply or not.
Sending my best regards to you. Take care and love your art as always. (I hope i can buy your pokemon hawaiin shirt!)
hello! thanks so much for the sweet message!!
apologies for the confusion, though! the pokemon shirts arent mine! i share a joint storefront with my friend and tablemate, you can view all his designs here! we have our store bio set to say we are two artists, but it's hard to see on the shopee site format, haha. i'll pass this message along to him, and i hope you can buy his shirts in the future too, they're very well made! i'm glad your brother enjoys them!
(if anyone is reading this, he also has them listed internationally on Etsy! my items aren't here though, sorry!!)
i assume you're PH based aswell if your brother got our shirts, so i'm gonna link some resources and basic advice under the cut-
i'd be glad to help where i can, though my basic advice is to just start.. i began selling merch with dann (friend who made the pokemon shirts) when we were just classmates in college, and we started at small anime events selling small prints with our table falling apart hahajkfghjk.. but even back then everyone was so friendly, so it was very encouraging !! the art community is very sweet and there is a lot of support for you !!
first, you'll want to find your market! this will determine what conventions you want to apply to and what kind of merch you want to make. do you want to make fanart, or original art? are you doing mostly stickers, tote bags, or anime merch? or do you just want to sell online?
second, what is your budget for merch production? starting out is expensive, personally my funds always circulate between profit and spending on restocks again. this will determine what kind of merch you can make, and then you expand later! i started out with only stickers and art prints, then keychains, and then bags and t-shirts later on!
if you're into original art, some events i recommend for beginners are Patrons of the Arts, Buzzart, Komiket. they have regular events throughout the year. if you're into stickers, there's Stickercon and Sticky Expo!
if you're into fan art, you can try ozinefest (sales are slower but table cost is cheaper), or if you have enough money, split for cosplay ph events
of course these aren't the only events, though they're the ones i regularly attend! if you have a more specialized market, there are dedicated cons like philifur, the grand lason, pokecon, etc. for all of these events you'll either have to keep your eyes peeled for table openings on their pages (rare), or email them to be added to their mailing list so you'll be told when they're open
if you don't have any suppliers yet, you can apply to join Artist Alley Group Order on facebook ! people regularly post about suppliers for all kinds of merchandise that you can look up. if you want any recommendations you can message me off-anon!
as for the merchandise itself, this varies person to person. my market is more obscure fanart that other people don't sell, and cutesy original art! i sell big illustrations as prints, though other people report on having a hard time selling prints. it depends on the content and art style. you'll have to experiment and see, or look around other shops to see what sells! visiting art markets yourself is also a huge help, to see the market, make friends in the artph community, and support artists!
i'd recommend starting out with stickers and prints- they're the cheapest to produce, and people often buy stickers because of their low price at cons. when you get more familiar with the market you can try going onto more expensive things to reproduce!
again if you want details, let me know! this is very vague and general advice, if u have any specific questions i'll do my best if i'm not busy! don't be afraid to surf thru some videos too, a lot are very helpful n not too elitist!
gl and take care aswell anon!
