“I am at the point in my life where I only want to do what makes me feel alive. Having a feeling of purpose is what makes me tick. For me, it’s about purpose, using my passions and giving my all to life. I cannot settle for anything less than this feeling.”

“I hope you continue to strengthen your immune system, daily. I hope you get the proper sleep you need to be happy and heal. I hope your relationship with food fuels you and keeps your energy where it should be. I hope you find the consistency to keep moving, to stay focused, to stay locked in. I hope you do the best you can with what you have because in life, all we have is our daily efforts.”

“You cannot afford to still be upset and mad at people from years ago. Grant yourself peace of mind. Allow yourself to find deep healing. If you want to be happy, you have to learn to let it go.”

"Self-awareness is going to give you total freedom, peace of mind and happiness in your life – if you allow it to. On this journey, give yourself compassion as you figure out who you are and who you are not. It's not about judgment, it's simply about understanding yourself at the deepest level.

“If you wanted to, you can find thousands of reasons to complain today. You can beat yourself up and repeat self-defeating thoughts over and over, you could. But you also, if you choose, can go a different route. You can choose to put your energy towards solutions and ideas. You can choose to take it one day at a time. You can find pockets of happiness throughout the day. Choose wisely.”

“It really is true, as you get older your circle gets smaller but the quality increases. In the younger years, don’t pressure yourself to find the answers. Instead, allow yourself to live, to learn, to experiment.”

Every human being you know is facing an internal battle right now. Don’t assume that everyone is okay just because they don’t mention the demons they are fighting. Be the best friend you can be: call, listen, invite people to hang out, and always let people know that you have their back.

The only thing that you need to know about me is that I am very selective with who I get to know. I don’t need many friends, I don’t desire to have a lot of energy floating in and out of my life. I am not hurt, I am not jaded, but I am aware of how people are. I have set my life up to avoid drama, to have little to no conflict, and have attracted people who are imperfect but they still vibrate good energy consistently. If I’m standoffish or distant it is because you are not one of the people who I’ve completely let in, that takes time. I’m not trying to be difficult, it’s just the way I choose to operate, and I’m perfectly happy being private and keeping to myself.
