rammstein gothic:

you know each member by name. when they were born, where they grew up, what type of person they are. for every piece of information you gain about them, you lose a piece about yourself.

the lead singer has a grandiose, larger than life presence on the stage, amongst the flames. you try to find him after the concert to tell him how much you love his singing. he's nowhere to be found. almost as if he disappeared off this earth.

every member has something distinct about them, the rhythm guitarist has a bowl cut. the keyboardist usually wears a gold suit. if anything is even slightly off about the band, evacuate the venue immediately, and call local authorities.

you could've sworn there were only 6 members and they were all german. how come there's 8 people onstage? wait no... 9?

if the lead guitarist and rhythm guitarist bicker at any point during the concert, call for help immediately. you are stuck.

you go to a concert. the lead singer, his voice deep and melancholic, filled with emotion, croons into the mic: "hier kommt die sonne." the sun rises in the horizon. it's 10pm in the middle of october. it's not supposed to do that.

Hi! This is a bit of a weird wcif but I remember finding an absolute bop of a song through one of your accounts ages ago (I can’t remember if it was your blog or your Spotify) and I’ve been going crazy trying to remember what it was. Is there any chance you might remember a song about a new ghost talking to the partner they’ve just left behind? I think I remember the album cover being purple and I could’ve sworn it was a Mumford and Sons but going through their stuff I can’t seem to find it.

katsuki adjusts the position of the drumkit parts , tapping a few with tentative testing with eyes narrowing as he determines its validity / his hands idle , pausing , before he plays a quick 4/4 beat he's familiar with , slamming the drums with drumsticks until he rolls it off . he huffs and shifts a cymbal closer .

before he can play another beat , katsuki lifts his head to catch a glimpse of @wolfpackmuses ; he and tokoyami hadn't played music together since the school festival . mostly at katsuki's discretion ... [ he was only the drummer because he was good at it , remembered every lesson he had . ] ... but it was hard to see if he was playing well when he was just playing to the tracks . music is meant to be a joint effort . people keep telling him to be sociable with the rest of the class , much to his annoyance , but maybe ... they weren't wrong ?

he points at the other with his drumstick , scowl on his face . ❛ you . ❜ he then points to the electric guitar nearby , clearly indicating for tokoyami to pick it up and play along / if he was any nicer than his usual self , this could almost be an invitation to hang out with him . almost . ❛ be my guitarist . ❜ / ❤'d ( for tokoyami ! )
