Turn on post notifications and don't miss any new post! 🔔 . . 🍠sweet potato waffles🍠⁣ 🌟ingredients🌟⁣ - 1 tbsp ground flax seeds + 3 tbsp water⁣ - 100g gluten free flour (or other flour of choice)⁣ - 2 tbsp sweet potato powder (@keto_diet_trainer ) - 2 tbsp coconut sugar ⁣ - 1 tsp cinnamon⁣ - 1 tsp baking powder ⁣ - Pinch of salt⁣ - 1 tbsp oil (coconut, canola or melted vegan butter,..)⁣ - 150 ml soy milk ⁣ 🌟method🌟⁣ 1. In a small bowl, combine the flax seed and water and set aside for 5 mins. ⁣ 2. Add all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Then gradually mix in the oil, soy milk and flax seed mixture. ⁣ 3. Cook your waffles in your waffle maker like usual! (I would recommend adding some oil to the machine so that it doesn’t stick). ⁣ ⁣. ⁣.
