Do something someone you know does a lot with them! For example if ur mum always goes grocery shopping without you, go with her- or go do errands with ur friend or smn

New foods for every day routine? New ingredients, fruit/veg etc.

Meeting new people.

Interacting with the same thing in a different way, for example do your schoolwork or job differently/ interact with the internet different etc

New playlist, new music etc

New decor- rearranging room or something

Do something youve never done before

Spend more time alone
