My current wip is a face headcanon for Sentinel from Star Wars: Hunters! I'm not very experienced in rendering realistically and I don't know what demon possessed me for me to be able to do that, but I'm not complaining (*>∀<*)

Some sw hunters sleep-wear and sleeping habits hcs bc I am starving for fan content and saw someone else do this

Sentinel wears pajama pants that has definitely seen better days, like, there are so many tears and holes scattered about, you would think it was intentional. like, you know he’s going to bend over one day and then rip!

Sentinel can sleep anywhere, when I say anywhere, I mean he’ll sleep on the floor or the most uneven surfaces ever and he’ll sleep like it’s a bed. Not to mention how he can sleep through a bomb going off, no doubts about that one because he has slept through a bomb going off.

Rieve either sleeps in a t-shirt and underwear or just the clothes she’s wearing if she’s feeling unmotivated.

Rieve is a light sleeper and an insomniac, she can sleep upright if need be, but is used to sleeping on hard surfaces.

Zaina has a pajama set that she got after the war that she uses, but she’ll be fine with sleeping in anything.

Zaina has a face care routine that she does every night and she also has a white noise machine bc she gets twitchy if it’s silent.

Aran Tal sleeps in his flight suit or just his armor, you will never catch him slipping, (due to a another head canon of mine, he also wears a bonnet because I think he’s Blasian)

Aran Tal sleeps like a corpse, like arms crossed over his chest and he looks so… motionless and he sleeps so quietly that you have to get really close to him for you to be able to hear him breathing, but then he’ll snap his eyes open and ask why you’re coming near him.

Grozz sleeps in the nude and only wears an old timey night cap, what do you expect? He’s a Wookiee!

Grozz basically sleeps on a bed of plushies, some he made himself and ones that were given to him, he also snores, the only kind of people that can sleep anywhere near him are those who can sleep through anything

Diago sleeps only in the softest “kill your husband” robe, you know the one, ever since he made it to the high life, he has never gone back, what he doesn’t send to his family, he gets bougie with it.

Diago has a 50 step skin care routine that he takes very seriously, you see the way he sparkles? Yeah. He sleeps very heavily, I feel like he has a lot of siblings and he had to sleep through their nonsense a lot, he can sleep in rougher environments .

Maybe I’ll do a part two :3 who knows but these people will not leave my mind, man ToT I’ve been playing this game every day and have nothing else to do but look at the canon material and I tired of it.

When the arena is temporarily closed due to needing repairs, what are two armored hunters supposed to do with their surprise vacation time? Go to the Beach obviously!! (Well probably anywhere besides the beach, they’re coworkers, barely acquaintances. why would you want to go anywhere with this guy??)

I yawn as I leave my apartment, seems I have a day all to myself. What to do, what to do… could get brunch? but I’ve already had breakfast. maybe a walk? Yeah, that could be fun, I hummed an old song I used to listen to and waved when needed for when fans recognized me, But it was pretty uneventful.

Ah there’s my place of work, Balada wanted the Arena to be the main attraction, so you’ll always come back to it no matter where you go. hm maybe I’ll see how much longer until the Arena is repaired, yeah that’s what I’ll do. And maybe I’ll call to see if someone would like to hang out after I check in.

As I walked down near the entrance of the arena, simply wandering wasn’t fun after a while, there I see… Sentinel, leaning on the wall, who thankfully, seemed distracted. oh please don’t see me. And started to reverse my trajectory, but when he looked up from his communicator and sat up, I froze, He waved and started walking towards me, oh God, please no.

As I thought about using my jet pack, He closed the distance and reached around my shoulder, and put his arm around my neck “Hey! Any clue why the Arena is closed?? I was just trying to get in but it just says closed” I tensed up and looked at him in confusion “It’s down for repairs” his arm stiffened “Uh okay… any clue why someone didn’t tell me??” I stared at him in disbelief “It was said in the Arena group chat…”

We stood there in silence for 8 seconds before He murmured “I didn’t know there was a group chat…” I froze and sighed and grabbed his waist to pull us off the main road and into an alley, and then made him let go of me, just so I could put my hands on his shoulders. And took a deep breath “Listen, I think the reason nobody told you about the group chat was because they had asked me to say something to you, I don’t know why, but I forgot about it so I apologize”

We stood there quietly staring at each other before He started laughing, “Oh well! -Hehe pfff- And here I thought it was on purpose” his laughter died down slow enough to make me regret getting out of bed, and took my hands off his shoulders. And stepped away from him only for him to come inside my bubble “So are you doing anything today??”

I could only utter “uh” before he threw his arm around me once more and started making me walk somewhere as he started going on about how our day was going to get wayyyy cooler and could only think as he made me wait as he went in to get something from his residence, oh good grief I knew I should’ve stayed in bed today.

As we walked down to the beach, the semi-permanent twilight sky looked down on us, I couldn’t help but regret that I wasn’t strong enough to refuse the offer of hanging out here, sand and armor don’t mix and like hell am I taking anything off! I turned to look at my Colleague, He had made me carry far too much stuff for just the two of us. He went to get Changed into a more relaxed outfit and looked comfortable, fit for the occasion Honestly. I, however, didn’t wear anything besides my armor.

He finally stopped talking about gun care when we near the restroom, and proceeded to drop everything he was holding in my arms, he only had one small bag with him. He yelled over his shoulder “Hey! Set everything up, I gotta go charge” I huffed and stepped on the stairs leading to my sandy Doom, due to the recently of the beach there wasn’t a lot of foot traffic, so I could start this… party

As soon as I had everything set up, That’s when this guy showed up, of course. I looked back at him to complain when I was shocked into silence, oh my god, is he? No way. He could probably sense the bewilderedness radiating from me because he started to laugh, And hell I had to laugh too.

Though a gasp I question “What-pfff hehehehahahah- what are you-you wearing??” I had to hold myself because I was laughing so hard, he had already calmed down and had his hands on his hips and Snickers. “This, my dear Mandalorian, is empire-sponsored swimwear. I haven’t bought a swimsuit since”

The blue Speedo showed everything, Everything. And He tried not to look down too much but Wow, He made it work. I chuckled as he struck a pose, and it seemed to make him feel justified apparently, as he came closer and said “Huh you know… I think that’s the first I ever heard you laugh that hard” I froze and turned away to look at the water, and could only mutter out “Uh yeah… not every day you see that” and felt warm in the cheeks, I pat the other sunlounger and lean back, he snorts and sat down.

He lifted his hand to where his chin would be and tapped it, he looked down, then up at me, then repeated that a few more times before he snapped his fingers. He jumped up and pointed at me, I pointed at myself and tilted my head. He nodded, and I shrugged, He sighed, but it didn’t seem like he was upset, more so amused.

“Dude, you gotta at least show a lil bit of skin, We’re at the Beach! You don’t see me hiding my amazingness” I felt my jaw drop, the Jackass had a smirk under that helmet, I just know it. And yeah, You can see the amazingness as he calls it, the only thing that wasn’t left to the imagination was his face! The Rest of him was revealing, seeing his naked form beside an-an speedo!! It was still as jarring as when he first came out of the restroom.

I huffed as he started to chant “Take, it, off! take, it, off! take, it, off! take, it, off! take, it-“ I slapped my hand over where his mouth would be, and said with exaggeration “Fine! fine, I’ll take something off. Just shut up!” I took my hand off his helmet and started to take off my gloves. And with flare, started showing off my unguarded hands.

He stared at my bare hands and tilted his head, my annoyance started creeping into embarrassment. As I wondered what he could be thinking, and was about to excuse myself and say the sand was getting into my armor so I could leave. when he grabbed one of my hands and felt it up, ohhh no what was he doing now?? He turned it this way and that way, and he muttered “Why are your hands so soft?” I shrugged “I moisturize”

He started to crack up about that, before letting go of my hand, and reaching into the cooler he bought, pulling out two piña coladas and giving me one. I stare at it, then at him when he puts a straw in, only to shake my head in humor when I realize.

And we remain quiet for about… 30 seconds, sipping our drinks, before he started up again “So, I have to ask, what’s with the armor? It’s pretty cool, but the helmet? I know my reasons, what’s yours?” I looked down at myself and felt some excitement as I launched into explaining the history of my clan, I couldn’t stop smiling

He was quiet and very animated with his reactions, it was… nice. “Huh, well hot damn. That’s both really sad but also super cool, are you sure you’re the only one left?” He was closer than before as we were both leaning toward each other, his arms were on his knees, and I was messing with my arm guards. “Yes, sadly, But maybe I will be able to rebuild.”

My boots were off, and my pants sleeves rolled up. He was sitting down, then staged a cough, and then he changed the topic, I was thankful for it. sipping on my second cup of the day. It was nice, not caring for a moment, simply sitting while Sentinel went on about all types of things. I was leaning on my hand, nodding at times, He was extremely entertaining.

When he finally stopped talking, it was filled with a comfortable silence, only the waves crashing into the seabed, and the wind rolling the sand around, were heard.

He sat his drink down stood up, and started walking towards the sea. I watched as he jumped in the water, and watched some more as he started to get overrun by waves. I laughed as I too sat my drink down and walked to the water, letting the smaller waves hit my feet. Sentinel washed up near me, he was face down and unmoving. I snorted, He rolled over and crossed his hands over his stomach.

I offered a hand, and he took it. As we walked back to our stuff, I said “So, you got anything going on later?” He snickered “Aw, planning a date? Already?? How sweet.” I Stumble, and am flabbergasted! And-and why would I?? Well… huh- he laughed, and punched my arm, I didn’t feel it through the armor.

He let out a sigh and gave a look around the beach, I gave a look as well, people were arriving and filling up spots, and I knew it was time to go. I handed the rest of my drink to him and started putting my gear back on, he was gathering the stuff. I thought about what he said, even if it was only a joke, it was… an appealing thought, Hm I’ll have to come back to that.

Thankfully he only made me carry the cooler and one of the chairs. We made our way to the restroom, and he, once again, threw everything into my arms and went in to charge. I was alone with my thoughts for ten minutes, minutes I used to think about what to do about… him. It was only a joke, nothing more, but man was the possibilities endless.

He came out and took his belongings back, I waved, He wiggled his fingers, and we said our goodbyes and I went on walking, he went home. It was pleasant overall, and I thought about how I got a glimpse of dark stubble when he was chugging the rest of my piña colada, Yes… much to think about.

also I like to think they are friends that make fun of each other, and He makes him pay for all of their drinks when they go out, and so! They spend A lovely day at the beach because no one else was available, and…. they don’t really have friends outside of their coworkers.

Yes I know Sentinel doesn’t wear the helmet in leisure time but man do I love helmets :3 so wear it he will! Also Disney might remake it so you’re wearing shorts, but speedo storm troopers will always be my love

The new Sentinel lovers niche gotta be my new favourite thing

Please somebody write Star Wars: Hunters fanfiction. Not Hunter from Star Wars fanfiction, but Star Wars: Hunters (video game) fanfiction. The characters are all original and not tied to the main lore. It's all an in-universe game show. It's free real estate.

Am I mainly motivated by the desire to see my main, Sentinel, be a pansexual mess who deals with his feelings of self-loathing by distancing himself from the other hunters, standing with perfect posture, and reciting Empire-related catchphrases? Do I want to learn why his helmet is cracked and what his face looks like? Do I want him to have a misunderstood side that just wants stability? Do I want his reinforcement troopers to have personality and backstory as well?

...Maybe.

Star Wars hyperfixation activated

What my muses would be in a Star Wars setting (specifically Old Republic).

Aella - She would be a star wars music celebrity, traveling the galaxy and playing for crowds. Is force sensitive but did not join the Jedi

Anatol - He'd be a Republic Trooper, working to do his best and be a very ethical trooper

Arakhivaen - he'd probably be a senator who has a background in the military

We're skipping Arzan

Brinus - full circle he was originally a SW muse so he's back to being a Sith inquisitor

Briza - I get a bounty hunter vibe from her which works becaues ranger

Chiela - some sort of local planet religion priestess who isn't nervous about asserting herself into politics as need be

Durante - An artist down on his luck, he became a smuggler and got the wrong job and now he has weird powers due to an old artifact he was supposed to take to a Sith.

Frits - A Jedi Sage but not one with a strong suit in healing. He just likes to study and learn, probably works in the temple library and gardens

Gwenifar - A Jedi Sage healer, who definitely puts herself in dangerous situations without concern for herself to help others

Ingeleif - he's a Jedi of some kind, I'm not sure knight or consular, but he has to balance himself a lot due to his ambition.

Klaudius - An Imperial Agent, probably operative, and has no problem torturing his targets for information.

Kyrirthlila - a smuggler who tends to target and scam those more well off to help others

Perun - force sensitive but left the Jedi and tends to travel the galaxy doing odd jobs here and there

Talilah - Somehow ended up as a Jedi, but she's a very lax and 'let's have fun' kind of Jedi. Still wants to do good things, but has a cutting tongue. Probably a Jedi Sentinel.

Tavinkas - raised in the Sith, was turned into a Sith experiment, but found by Jedi Talilah and now is trying to unlearn what he's learned and deal with the programming the Sith put into his mind so he can be his own person and do good things.

...and scene! Mara!Viri completed the Sith Warrior story, which means that I’ve now finished the class stories with all 16 advanced classes. It seems fitting - the Sith Warrior (as a Juggernaut) was the very first character I finished a class story with; and now as a Mara it’s also the last of the 16.  I enjoyed Mara!Viri a lot more than I expected I would. I found the mirror class with the Jedi Knight, to be a major pain in the ass and I kinda hated it. But Mara!Viri jumps around a lot, and I like that energetic style far more.  All the same, nothing can touch the Vengeance Juggernaut in terms of sheer joy for me. F: Share a snippet from one of your favorite dialogue scenes you’ve written and explain why you’re proud of it.

Anakin feels like he’s going to cry. “What are you doing?”

Obi-Wan hums. He picks up a broom, which is leaning against the doorway of the storefront. Under Anakin’s astonished gaze, he uses the wall as leverage to snap the bristle part at the bottom off. “Something ill-advised, I am sure.”

From my fic convergence on a broken line. This whole fic was an exercise in fun dialogue tbh, and I am proud of it cause I think I really nailed my Obi-Wan voice? Like, I can hear Ewan McGregor saying all the lines very clearly in my brain in a way I can’t always with other fics. And! I’m also proud of it because it’s a fun moment of dramatic irony that you can only really get in fanfic; the reader knows that Obi-Wan is acting slightly more chaotic and unhinged than he usually would here (which makes sense in context, I promise), but poor bb!Anakin is just like “oh my god this man is just Like That who did I just break out of bounty hunter custody???” 

S: Any fandom tropes you can’t resist?

,,,,,,,,,,,pretty much any whump/hurt-comfort trope I’ll eat up with a spoon, ngl. 

To get more specific, I love anything with a soul bound (particularly if it’s a surprise!soul bond)(or platonic!soul bond!!), I am a sucker for the Sentinel/Guide AU, found families, and any kind of Spaceship Scifi AUs. Characters helping each other bathe or get dressed, any kind of Tender Caretaking, any take on the “Let’s Escape Together” trope. 

On the more random side of things, any kind of musician/dancer/artist AU makes me very happy. 

T: Any fandom tropes you can’t stand?

Not that many tbh? I’ll read pretty much anything and I think any trope can be done well. Most of mine are pretty fandom-specific are more me being lukewarm on something rather than really disliking it (in SW, Vader redemption is not really my happy place; in Batfam, I don’t see the appeal of the age-swap AU). Other than that, it’s more stuff that usually doesn’t grab me-- I don’t really see the point of most genderbend fics (with a few notable exceptions), enemies to friends to lovers isn’t a dynamic I’m crazy about, and anything that exists only the character bash is exhausting and silly. 

Actually, yeah; the only fandom trope I actively can’t stand is character bashing or salt fics. I don’t have the energy to put that negativity in my life. 

Oh, and Harry Potter AUs. But that’s because I don’t like Harry Potter.

ahhhh so I was playing Battlefront II for the first time today and starting on the campaign to get familiar with the controls, and ig there’s a type of droid called a sentinel droid that was used exclusively by Palpatine -- but it’s the only case I’ve seen of SW droids wearing clothes, and its helmet is p similar to Puppy’s! it has very organic movement too, not like protocol or bounty hunter droids.

so, all the more possible Puppy could be mistaken for a droid in his SW verse kjdlfgh and even worse, he might be mistaken for Imperial technology by anyone who’s seen one of these motherfuckers lmao. fuckin’ rip.

(More headcanons for this AU below cut. Team Human is done, which unfortunately means that the others are going to take a while to finish. Seriously, Dathmorians, Twi’lek, Tortugas, et cetera . . . and then there’s Caduceus, who I’ve elected to keep a firbolg because I don’t want to go finding the SW equivalent.)

Beauregard’s family is some Core World merchant family, but her dad sent her to the Jedi so immediately after finding out she was Force Sensitive that she doubts he ever really wanted her mucking things up. And she continued to be a problem initiate, and nearly aged past the point of being able to be a padawan before Master Dairon took her on. Some of her fighting spirit was obviously necessary in the Clone Wars, and she took well to the clones, pressing them for their individuality and rebellion (They’re all just punk kids in a way, after all)

Her Trials had begun with a solo mission, more or less - helping a trader and a technician get through heavy space and continuing to investigate Outer Rim planets for leads on missing Force Sensitives and Jedi artifacts. 

This led to her uncovering slavers in the Damali system, run by Lorenzo the Hutt - followed by a verifiably insane encounter where a rogue Jedi (Mollymauk) posed as one of the Hutt slaves, her escortees (Jester and Fjord) gambled a ship they didn’t own in a pit fight, and a bounty hunter and potentially homeless civilian (Nott and Caleb) helped the rogue’s friend, another force-sensitive (Yasha), win the fight. And Beau and Molly managed to haggle with the leader, Lorenzo, convincing his lackeys that they were the real threat (Caleb frying one of the pit fighters helped, as did Molly pinning Lorenzo’s bodyguards to the walls even as he had a blaster held to his head). Beau definitely didn’t expect joining the Rebellion to be part of her becoming a Jedi Knight, but, well.

That’s what happened. 

And then Dairon convinced her to continue a secret mission - another trial, a secret society of Sentinel Jedi, which yes - while delivering the holocron she and the M9 crew found, get information. Find and record hidden holocrons, and find the weaknesses hidden in the Empire, where the corruption took root. 

Never let it be said that, given the opportunity to punch assholes and blow up droids, Beau would ever say no. As long as she could keep her feelings in the Force in check, she might be able to figure out where the greatest darkness is coming from.

2. What is your favorite class and why? And/or list the player classes in order of most -> least favorite

In terms of class story, Imperial Agent, hands down. It broke me, but I loved it. I like all of the stories, even though there are some things that made me uneasy or bored me about each of them. In terms of actual gameplay? God, I don’t know. I probably have the most fun day-to-day playing either my Smuggler or my Bounty Hunter, though part of that is because I play Zuvi (Smug) like the idiot she is, and Moxie (BH) is the only one that’s actually in an active social(ish) guild where I feel comfortable grouping up with some really fun people on things. But I’ve been doing some swapping between Ember (JK) and Mena (SW) and noticing little differences and similarities in how they play and loving it (like how Mena throws her sabers overhead and Ember throws them from the side, and how Ember’s self-yeet is gentler than Mena’s, but Mena’s mad dash is actually more graceful and balletic than Ember’s equivalent move). I also love the Warrior growl, I can’t get enough of it.

Gameplay Ranking: Smuggler (Sharpshooter Gunslinger), Bounty Hunter (Pyrotech Powertech), Sith Warrior (Annihilation Marauder), Sith Inquisitor (Madness Sorcerer, lightning and mini heals), Jedi Knight (Watchman Sentinel, basically the same as the marauder), Imperial Agent (Medical Operative, even though heals are scary), Trooper (Tactics Vanguard, plays pretty similarly to my Bounty Hunter, but for some reason I can’t get the hang of her? I really enjoy her giggle though), Jedi Consular (Infiltration Shadow, this is on me, I cannot get the hang of all the shadow bullshit, and I breach shadows on accident all the damn time and waste my buffs). A lot of my ranking for gameplay is based a lot more on me and how I play than on the actual mechanics of the class/discipline.

10. Favorite love interest?

Probably Jaesa? But with a grain of salt, because my headcanon version of her is a happy middle ground between the LS-goody-two-shoes-Jaesa and DS-manic-serial-killer-dream-girl-Jaesa canon versions. I really like the idea of her character, and I really like the way I’ve developed the thought of her with my Warrior. And I really dig the reunion with her (especially because of everything it gave me for the angst I was putting together for her and Mena).

I’m also a big fan of Lana, Kira (need to drag my JK through all the expacs so they can get their gay on), Felix, Andronikos, Elara (apparently need to drag my dumbass Trooper through the expacs too!), Risha (give me bi Risha, you cowards), Lemda Avesta (even if I have reservations about this one that I’ve stated before), and Cytharat

12. Do you have a preferred mount/speeder? Is there one you want, but don’t own yet?

I have an Indigo Mantorr for Zuvi that I was able to get after running Crisis on Umbara enough times that I love. I also really like the Umbaran Patrol Tauntaun that was the sub reward a little while back. I like animal mounts more than most of the vehicles. I do have a little purple/blue speeder for Raz2.0 that one of Wife’s guildmates gave her, but I can’t remember what it’s called, but it’s very cute and it does a little beepbeep when you mount up.

And/or list the player classes in order of most -> least favoriteOoh this is a good one and I could write hundreds of words on this ahaha.  But I’ll keep it short for this.  My favorite class comes down to three - Jedi Knight, Sith Warrior, and Imperial Agent.  Like the LIs, I can’t choose lmao.  I love the Jedi Knight because it’s the quintessential Star Wars story.  I love Orgus Din and Kira Carsen and Lord Scourge (I mean that’s no surprise) and the choices you can make, with Praven and Bengel Morr and Agent Galen.  I love being able to sass Doc for being a scoundrel.  I fucking love being a Sentinel.  Anyway.  SW because it was the first class I ever played.  I adore Quinn and Vette.  I love love love the story itself.  How you go from this sort of entitled acolyte, brought to the academy by special treatment.  You prove yourself and catch Baras’s eye and ugh all the stuff with Nomen Karr and Jaesa.  And then the big twists in chapter two.  You know, being a Sith, that betrayal is right around the corner but you don’t think it’ll happen to you till it does and ugh.  IA because, I mean, have you ever played it?  Oh my god.  Vector, The twists, the choices, Vector, the endings.  Vector.  The voice actors.  Did I mention Vector?  It’s literally perfection.And for the ranking cause I want to do it.1) Jedi Knight, Sith Warrior, Imperial Agent2) Bounty Hunter3) Sith Inquisitor4) Jedi Consular5) Trooper6) Smuggler

Name your top favorite companions (feel free to include reasons why).Ooh.  Well there’s no like limit to this so we’ll do ten?  And I’m only doing base game.1) Lord Scourge and honestly I’m not getting into it cause we’d be here all day.  But I adore grumpy tomato grandpa more than I should.2) Malavai Quinn because I fell in love with him the moment I saw him.  I loved his story.  I loved his companion quests because he deserved so much more than what he got.  And then the anger and tears that came with the Quinncident.  He was written so damn well.3) Vector Hyllus because he’s perfect.  He’s so sweet and pure, and I love that difference in him vs my agents, who are usually very tough and pragmatic.  But Vector makes them see different sides of situations, of people.  And the Joiner stuff is so interesting.  I love how he sees the galaxy.4) Torian Cadera because who doesn’t love that moment when the fem!BH knocks him the fuck out on Taris and he’s all blushy and totally crushing?  He’s adorable.  And again, I love his backstory.  If Xo wasn’t gay af…5) Vette because she’s such a badass in her own right, and she’s not cold and brusque.  She’s bright and funny and talkative and yet she can kick some serious ass.  I love that.  And her romance is so sweet (well I mean with an LS SW. I’ve never gone super dark lol).6) Kira Carsen because again, badass.  She’s seen so much and been through so much but that hasn’t like ruined her.  She still looks for the best in most people.7) Zenith because Troy Baker.  No but really, I love Zenith.  It’s always amusing when he gets irritated by my super LS consulars.  I love the trust he establishes with the consular, and how they both eventually open up to each other.8) Aric Jorgan because I adore this grumpy cat.  He starts off at odds with the trooper and the way his character grows and changes along with the trooper was written so well.  And his companion quests with the Deadeyes.  And pissing him off by flirting with Jonas whoops9) T7-O1 because he’s a sweet baby.  He’s too pure for the galaxy.  But he can also kick ass.10) Akaavi Sparr because muscles, heavy armor, Zabrak, Mando… need I go on?  She has a pretty tragic backstory but she doesn’t let it weigh her down.  I mean not really.  I love the way she interacts with the smuggler.

I honestly have no way to answer this one. Too many planets, etc. and over too many years. I can honestly say not less than 10 times for every planet, and probably less than 30, lol.
