Sometimes I genuinely forget my takes aren’t canon. I’ll be watching ROTI / AS and see Manitoba flirting with Zoey and go ‘sir you are MARRIED--’

then I be like ‘oh wait. no you’re not’. Cause Svetoba is only in my head.

All this side shipping reminds me of when I was really into Total Drama and some people would ship Mike’s alters, most notably Svetoba

B O I okay so I talked about how they met in the Family AU before and how they met in the Normal Verse  but like honestly they’re so pure.

These headcanons are basically canon across all my verses

Honestly their conflicting personalities are beautiful. Like Svetlana was 10000% unimpressed with his flirting and his attempts to impress her. She’s a strong independent woman and doesn’t need his chivalry or sexist shit.

Which he actually thinks is charming because he’s clueless.

Svetlana is feisty and beautiful and what started as mostly harmless flirting for him quickly turned into ‘ohshit I’m in love’. Manitoba was actually the first to confess between the two of them.

While Svetlana didn’t see herself working out with Manitoba until she started to get to know him as the protective big brother and reptile lover that he really is. Falling in love with his passion and his more family oriented nature rather than his wannabe adventurer personality.

She doesn’t at all appreciate that he’s a flirt, and is not afraid to hit him for it. There’s no genuinely hard feelings between them about it. 

But Svetlana is a fucking green eyed monster no one better flirt with her husband while she’s around okay LIKE PLEASE DO NOT SHE WILL KILL YOU.

How did Svetlana and Maintobia get together? Like, how flal they in love with own ahnother, how did they notices who did they first step.

(Hmm. Let’s see…never put much thought into that. 

Well I think with how they fell in love it be a first sight thing for Manny. The alters look different inside Mike’s mind and Svetlana is quite a beauty even if she won’t admit it and Manitoba was quick to catch that. As for Svetlana, she likely fell for him due to how well he was able to keep things under control, his skills as an adventurer -as it meant and showed he can be as athletic as she is- and how he always stood up to Mal, never showing to be afraid of him or anything else. She admired that and eventually admiration formed into love.

Now with who noticed it defiantly was Manny. I mean the guy’s a treasure hunter and he’s shown in the show to be very observant so he wouldn’t be oblivious to her feelings for him. Svetlana on the other hand wasn’t always too sure especially with Manitoba’s habit of flirting with other girls whenever he was in control -and yes that lead to many awkward moments for poor Mike- and after some time Manitoba made the first move. He admitted to her how he felt but she didn’t believe it and they got into an argument -their first and only one- which ended when Manny kissed her on the lips to show that he did mean it.)

tfw I remember the Gauthier Fankids and get sad that only Sammy & Ella can exist in the mainverse because Kat, (Svetoba) Malcolm, Ally, Alaric(Malzzy), Joaquin, and Valentina(Vitomaria) all exist primarily in my AU where instead of alternate personalities the alters are Mike’s family.
