DAILY DUA
Dua and remembrance after finishing the prayer with salaam #6
Translation
It is also from the sunnah to recite the verse of the Footstool (Ayat-ul-Kursî, Surah Baqarah Ayah 255) after each prayer:
Allâh! none has the right to be worshipped but He, the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists. Neither slumber, nor sleep overtake Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on earth.
Who is he that can intercede with Him except with His Permission. He knows what happens to them (His creatures) in this world, and what will happen to them in the Hereafter. And they will never compass anything of His Knowledge except that which He wills.
His Kursî extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them. And He is the Most High, the Most Great.
N.B. Concerning the virtue of reciting this aayah after the prescribed prayers, it was narrated that Abu Umaamah said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever recites Aayat al-Kursiy immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering Paradise except death.” This is how it was narrated by al-Nasaa’i in al-Yawm wa’l-Laylah, from al-Hasan ibn Bishr.

DU’A FOR RELIEF OF DEBT FROM HADITH (ALLAAHUMMA AKFINIEE BIHALAALIKA)
“[He] who created death and life to test you [as to] which of you is best in deed.” Surah Mulk, 67, Ayah 2
In life we will face many tests, Allah (Subhaanahu wa Ta’ala) has told this in the Holy Qur’an.
This is not to torture us but to test and build our character. In Surah Baqarah it tells us “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.” Surah Baqarah, 2, Ayah 286
We may have difficulties and challenges but nothing which we can’t handle. All our trials in life are things which can push us to the edge but not enough to knock us off the cliff. SubhaanAllah.
In Riad us Salihin Hadith 101, Abu Hurairah (RadiyAllahu ‘anhu) reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying those in Jahannam will be the people of desires and passions while Jannah will be people of adversities.
In the Hadith there’s a mention of a Du’a which can help with money problems. Ali’ (RadiyAllahu ‘anhu) reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) taught the following Du’a to ask for Allah’s help to relieve debt as large as a mountain.
DU’A FOR DEBT RELIEF
Transliteration: Allaahumma akfinee bihalaalika ‘ann haraamika, wa aghninee bifadlika ‘amman siwaaka
TRANSLATION OF ALLAHUMMA AKFINEE BIHALAALIKA DU’A:
The meaning of the Du’a is “O Allah! Grant me enough of what You make lawful so that I may dispense with what You make unlawful, and enable me by Your Grace to dispense with all but You.”
Hadith Full Du’a
Ali (RadiyAllahu ‘anhu) reported:
A slave who had made a contract with his master to pay for his freedom, came to me and said: “I am unable to fulfill my obligation, so help me.”
He said to him: “Shall I not teach you a supplication which the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) taught me? It will surely prove so effective that if you have a debt as large as a huge mountain, Allah (Subhaanahu wa Ta’ala) will surely pay it for you.
Say: ‘Allaahumm-akfinee bihalaalika ‘ann haraamika, wa aghninee bifadlika ‘amman siwaaka
O Allah! Grant me enough of what You make lawful so that I may dispense with what You make unlawful, and enable me by Your Grace to dispense with all but You).”

"Shahad and Hudud." From Surah 2, Al Baqarah, "the Heifer."
Most people think Allah looks like the Ayatollah Khomenei, like some kind of Furious George:
This is because of a grossly misunderstood Quran. A few verses will help straighten out how Allah is and where the errors have come from. First there are a few binding declarations within something called Al Shahada, the "statement of faith used in Islam to create a portrait of Allah 100% of Muslims agree upon:
What is the Shahada?
The Shahada (shahadah) is the Arabic term for the declaration of faith in one God (Allah) and His messenger. Shah means the Lord, had means "to possess, to reign, to submit to."
What does the Shahada mean?
Transliteration: “Ash-hadu an la ilaha illa Allah, Wa ash-hadu anna Muhammadan Rasulu-Allah.”
Translation: “I bear witness that there is no God but God (Allah – i.e. there is none worthy of worship but Allah), and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.”
It is the most sacred statement in Islam, and must be recited with full understanding and mindfulness of it’s meaning.
The tone in the Quran towards Allah's sole single supremacy gets hot under the collar readily, and quite suddenly the Most Merciful sounds much more like the Most Merciless.
There are very specific instructions in Baqarah that shape how one is to know the mind of Allah and whether or not there is an Allah (a) or an Allah (b), one that is kind and one that loses its temper.
To qualify and quantify which Allah is the right one, I added Hudud "the Boundaries" to the Pillars of Islam. One must observe the rules of society and the obligations named in the Quran in order to be enthroned with Allah.
One who claims strict monotheistic loyalty to Allah but behaves like a fiend or a demoniac must be punished as this is, by default the creation of an alternate Allah that competes with the Real Allah and that is a sin. It must be punished severely so the Names of Allah remain pure.
The Quran addresses this with great clarity:
2:163-166:
And your god is one God. There is no deity [worthy of worship] except Him, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
Indeed, in the creation of the heavens and earth, and the alternation of the night and the day, and the [great] ships which sail through the sea with that which benefits people, and what Allah has sent down from the heavens of rain, giving life thereby to the earth after its lifelessness and dispersing therein every [kind of] moving creature, and [His] directing of the winds and the clouds controlled between the heaven and the earth are signs for a people who use reason.
And [yet], among the people are those who take other than Allah as equals [to Him]. They love them as they [should] love Allah. But those who believe are stronger in love for Allah . And if only they who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment.
[And they should consider that] when those who have been followed disassociate themselves from those who followed [them], and they [all] see the punishment, and cut off from them are the ties [of relationship],
And if only they who have wronged would consider [that] when they see the punishment, [they will be certain] that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is severe in punishment. And they should consider that] when those who have been followed disassociate themselves from those who followed [them], and they [all] see the punishment, and cut off
Crimes must be punished according to secular laws. This allows us to see the saint and the sinner out in the open. Failure to observe secular laws, which are approximately the same all around the world permit madmen and thieves to oppress, conquer, steal, rape, and destroy without recompense. Men who do these things and claim the Shahada are committing blasphemy and they cannot be tolerated.
Through the Fatihah, Hajj, Qiblah, Zakah, Sawm, Salat, Sadaq, Haram. etc. we come to know the real Allah such as He resides within the Quran. These should be performed at the level of one's very best.
Secular laws, however, according to the Pillar of Hudud must be perfectly enforced. This is the only way to protect the Shahada from blasphemy and protect the faithful while they perform Qiblah, Tawaf, etc. and actually illustrate Allah, AKA those Seated First.

Surah Baqarah ayah 250 transliteration rabbana afrigh AAalayna sabranwathabbit aqdamana wansurnaAAala alqawmi alkafireen

BASICS OF ISLAM: SUPPLICATION(DUA): PART 18
There are so many verses of supplication in Holy Quran. Some of the transliterations of those are given below: What they said (when they encountered the enemy) was: "Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and any wasteful act we may have done in our duty, and set our feet firm, and help us to victory over the disbelieving people!" (Al-Imran Surah, 3:147) "Our Lord! Indeed We have heard a caller calling to faith, saying: Believe in your Lord!, so we did believe. Our Lord, forgive us, then, our sins, and blot out from us our evil deeds, and take us to You in death in the company of the truly godly and virtuous. "Our Lord! Grant us what You have promised us through Your Messengers. Do not disgrace us on the Day of Resurrection; indeed You never break Your promise." (Al-Imran Surah, 3:193, 194) "And do not disgrace me on the Day when all people will be raised up to life... (Ash-Shuara Surah, 26:87) And among them are those who pray, "Our Lord, grant us in the world what is good, and in the Hereafter what is good, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire." (Al-Baqarah Surah, 2:201) Those (the God-revering, pious) pray: "Our Lord, we do indeed believe, so forgive us our sins and guard us against the punishment of the Fire." Those who are persevering (in misfortune and steadfast in fulfilling Gods commandments and in refraining from sins), and truthful (in their words and actions, and true to their covenants), and devoutly obedient, and who spend (out of what God has provided for them, in His way and for the needy), and who implore Gods forgiveness before daybreak. (Al-Imran Surah, 3:16, 17)
And who entreat (whether after the Prayers or at other times): "Our Lord! Ward off from us the punishment of Hell; its punishment is surely constant anguish: (Al-Furqan Surah, 25:65) At that point, Zachariah turned to his Lord in prayer and said: "My Lord, bestow upon me out of Your grace a good, upright offspring. Truly, You are the Hearer of prayer." (Al-Imran Surah, 3:38) "My Lord! Make me one who establishes the Prayer in conformity with its conditions, and (likewise) from my offspring (those who are not wrongdoers), Our Lord, and accept my prayer! (Ibrahim Surah, 14:40) You alone do We worship and from You alone do we seek help. Guide us to the Straight Path, The Path of those whom You have favored, not of those who have incurred (Your) wrath (punishment and condemnation), nor of those who are astray. (Al-Fatiha Surah, 1:5-7) "Our Lord! Make us Muslims, submissive to You, and of our offspring a community Muslim, submissive to You. Show us our rites of worship (including particularly the rites of the Pilgrimage) and accept our repentance (for our inability to worship You as worshipping You requires). Surely You are the One Who accepts repentance and returns it with liberal forgiveness and additional reward, the All-Compassionate. "Our Lord! Raise up among that community a Messenger of their own, reciting to them Your Revelations, and instructing them in the Book (that You will reveal to him) and the Wisdom, and purifying them (of false beliefs and doctrines, of sins and all kinds of uncleanness). Surely You are the All-Glorious with irresistible might, the All-Wise." (Al-Baqarah Surah, 2:128, 129) (They entreat God:) "Our Lord, do not let our hearts swerve after You have guided us, and bestow upon us mercy from Your Presence. Surely You are the All-Bestowing. (Al-Imran Surah, 3:8) "Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down and we follow the Messenger, so write us down among the witnesses (of Your Oneness and Lordship, and of the truth You have revealed)." (Al-Imran Surah, 3:53) The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and so do the believers; each one believes in God, and His angels, and His Books, and His Messengers: "We make no distinction between any of His Messengers (in believing in them)." And they say: "We have heard (the call to faith in God) and (unlike some of the people of Moses) obeyed. Our Lord, grant us Your forgiveness, and to You is the homecoming." (O believers, if you are worried that God will take every soul to account even for what the soul keeps within it of intentions and plans, know that) God burdens no soul except within its capacity: in its favor is whatever (good) it earns, and against it whatever (evil) it merits. (So, pray thus to your Lord:) "Our Lord, take us not to task if we forget or make mistake. Our Lord, lay not on us a burden such as You laid on those gone before us. Our Lord, impose not on us what we do not have the power to bear. And overlook our faults, and forgive us, and have mercy upon us. You are our Guardian and Owner (to Whom We entrust our affairs and on Whom we rely) so help us and grant us victory against the disbelieving people!" (Al-Baqarah Surah, 2:285, 286) "My Lord! Make me one who establishes the Prayer in conformity with its conditions, and (likewise) from my offspring (those who are not wrongdoers), Our Lord, and accept my prayer! "Our Lord! Forgive me, and my parents, and all the believers, on the Day on which the Reckoning will be established." (Ibrahim Surah, 14:40, 41)
And who entreat (whether after the Prayers or at other times): "Our Lord! Ward off from us the punishment of Hell; its punishment is surely constant anguish. And who say: "Our Lord! Grant us that our spouses and offspring may be a means of happiness for us, and enable us to lead others in piety (to become a means of the promotion of piety and virtue)." (Al-Furqan Surah, 25:65, 74) Now (among the good deeds) We have enjoined on human is the best treatment towards his parents. His mother bore him in pain, and in pain did she give him birth. The bearing of him and suckling of him (until weaned) is thirty months, until when he has reached his full manhood and reached forty years of age, he says: "My Lord! Arouse me that I may be thankful for all Your favors (life, health, sustenance, faith, and submission, and more) that You have bestowed on me and on my parents, and that I may do good, righteous deeds with which You will be pleased, and grant me righteous offspring (so that they treat me righteously, as I treat my parents). I have turned to You, and I am one of those who have submitted to You." (Al-Ahqaf Surah, 46:15)

“I can’t read arabic.” “I can’t recite the whole of surah baqarah.” “I play and listen to surah baqarah in my house.” “I recite every day but nothing.” I am a revert and never came to the deen knowing arabic. My first port of call on my Quran and arabic journey was to read the Quran from transliteration along with listening to the surah. There are many Quran apps with transliteration, websites and also physical transliteration Qurans are also available. You do not need to read the whole of Baqarah. Its beneficial and advised but Allaah does not place a burden on you bigger than you can bare. You just need to realign your thoughts and intentions. EVERY SINGLE LETTER of the Quran is healing. Do an ayah in the morning ayah at night. Perfect it THEN move on to the next adding the one you perfected each time. By the end of the week you could have perfected over 10 ayaat of surah baqarah and retained it in your memory. READ the tafsir. I stress this part more than anything because the Quran wasnt sent as a standalone medicine. It was sent to bring Tawheed and teach us the deen of Islaam in its unadulterated form. You can’t keep reciting it over and over again looking for physical cure and expect to get it if you’re not paying attention to the reason why it was revealed and abiding by it. Ask yourself the question, “How many times a week are you playing the Quran in your house and do you know what is being said to you, its explanation and why it was revealed? If you really want to get healing from the Quran then you must have the intention to receive ALL its components. Its a cure for DOUBTS, a GUIDANCE, a MERCY as well as a HEALING but its only healing you seek? ‘Alqamah reported: Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, رضي الله عنه said: “Do not scatter the Quran as if it were dates falling from a tree, nor recite quickly as if it were poetry. Stop at its verses that amaze you and let it move your hearts. Let not your concern be reaching the end of the surah.” (Akhlaaq Ḥamalat al-Quraan) Great advice! DU’A FOR DEBT FROM HADITH (ALLAAHUMMA AKFINIEE BIHALAALIKA)
