God, mood about the post-work braincells. Also, I mean this with so much love, but it means so much to me that I managed to scare the shit out of you with that lol. He gets. Just so much worse. Let's just say everyone in my discord servers I introduce him to universally hate him with a passion. Get ready.

ALSO technically parts of Declan and Lana's backstory are giant spoilers, including what will be one of the bigger plot twists, so I can't tell you just yet. HOWEVER, what I can do is reiterate and highlight things I've already said in-story, plus what's gonna be revealed soon when I actually upload her character profile lol. All that under the cut.

So the first time you really first start hearing about Lana is in Chapter 7, where we also meet Vaughn for the first time. In that, we learn that 1. Declan and Lana are ex boyfriend and girlfriend. As in they actually used to date. 2. Lana is Declan's boss now in some capacity (and was the one to order Stan's kidnapping), and 3, Declan fkn hates Lana. So much more than he hates Vaughn.

In Chapter 8, we learn that 4. Vaughn and Lana are currently dating. That's not really too relevant, but it's really funny to me because their relationship is... something. I'm sure you can imagine. It's very mutually manipulative and they both know it, its awesome.

Anyway, then in Ch. 9, through Stan and Deeby's yelling match, you learn that Declan and Lana's relationship is complicated and he refuses to talk about it, but 5. he's kinda obligated to do whatever Lana says or face unspecified consequences.

Skip to Chapters 11 and 12, the ones with Marcus at the convenience store getting harassed, where we first meet Lana in person. We learn a lot about her, mainly that she 6. acts pretty bubbly and ditzy but is actually pretty smart, 7. is completely fine with SA, 8. is manipulative as hell, 9. feels safe enough to fuck with Declan's plans because despite how much we know Deeby to exert his will over others, he wont do shit to stop her. and 10. The big one: she was the one to give Declan his burn scars (with acid btw. everyone in the story has a weapon of choice, bc superhero lol. Lana is injectable poisons, gasses, acids, etc.). This is mostly just something you could assume, but when she gave him that burn scar, that was the turning point when Lana started manipulating Deeby.

Chapter 15, it's mostly just more of the same, Lana telling Deeby to keep Stan for longer, and Deeby can't argue back, he hates Lana but he has to do what she says, whatever.

So, to put it all together for you: Lana has Deeby under her thumb for some reason. She acts fake, she's manipulative, she's relatively smart, and she dated Declan which means she would get to know some of the more intimate details about him that she could blackmail him with. Also something happened between them where she literally burned him with acid, and now she is his boss (she's the CEO of Supramed Corp. actually, which would be revealed whenever I get around to posting her character profile lol) and makes him do bounty hunting jobs as well as basically whatever she wants. That's what we know so far.

You'll learn more about Lana as a person as well as the nature of their relationship as time goes on, and a lot of Declan's behavior has been partially shaped because of her. There's a lot more to her that hasn't been uncovered yet, although the context clues are all there in the story. I just pointed out the specific ones that relate to Deccy.

Also, one last thing to leave you with. I focus a lot on eye color in this story, it's always very important, it tells you a lot. Lana has bright blue, sky blue type eyes. Can you maybe think of another time I've described a character with eyes like that?

Eu estava agora assistindo um filme e pensando em tudo o que tem acontecido comigo recentemente na parte sentimental e cheguei a conclusão de que um vazio foi deixado, uma parte que tá faltando e por agora, parece que esse vazio não vai ser preenchido, que ninguém tem volume o suficiente pra preencher esse espaço. Eu me sinto incompleta e eu sei o que me falta e não quero ir atrás. Eu tô me tornando a pessoa que eu sempre questionei, a pessoa que se aproveita de outras, a que não liga pro sentimento alheio, a pessoa que só tá ali pra conseguir o que quer e depois age como se não conhecesse, não ligo, não mando mensagem, só falo quando falam. Sempre julguei mal esse tipo de pessoa, parece que não tem coração e nem consideração pelo próximo e agora tô sendo uma dessas pessoas.

Espero que uma hora isso tudo chegue ao fim, que minhas outras realizações supram essa e volte a ficar tudo 100% perfeito como estava antes.

As vezes acho que eu preciso chorar pra por tudo isso pra fora, só que infelizmente minhas glândulas lacrimais não me obedecem e sabe lá Deus quando eu vou conseguir colocar essa minha confusão pra fora.

Permaneço na mesma casa, restaurantes, amizades. Dias e dias no esquema: café, trabalho, celular, reunião. Automático de novo?

Esse texto é uma tentativa de fuga. Uma saída disruptiva do loop que já dura há tempo demais. Digo disruptiva pois costumava escrever. Muito mesmo. Por puro prazer, diversão. Ainda nao monogamia

Eu acho que o maior problema vem do medo de expressar demandas. A não monogamia vem como uma solução infantil: "já que não encontro o objeto perfeito, vou montá-lo através de fragmentos de outros objetos". A monogamia impõe uma necessidade, e até uma maturidade, de fazer cobranças pra que esse objeto supra suas necessidades emocionais. O maior problema é a dependência emocional, que inclusive rola em ambas modalidades(sinceramente das experiências que terceiros me contam, a não monogamia parece gerar isso em um grau bem mais exagerado). A prova disso é o questionamento: se você encontrasse o parceiro perfeito em que todas suas necessidades estivessem supridas, você ainda se relacionaria romanticamente com outras pessoas? É uma pergunta axiomática porque se todas necessidades estão supridas, você não tem porque buscar soluções. Claro, isso é uma hipótese dificil de ser alcançada. Mas a não monogamia implica por definição que a sua "solução " pra satisfação é somar objetos. Enquanto que a monogamia implica a modelagem e substituição. Mas a ideia de "potência" que você levantou faz muito sentido. Se pondo na posição de objeto de desejo de mais de uma pessoa as relações não monogamicas parecem satisfazer uma demanda de dominância não suprida de outra forma. Talvez por isso mais mulheres que homens entram nessa modalidade, devido a diversos fatores culturas, mulheres tem um déficit de dominancia(posições de poder, esportes, etc...) e busquem isso se tornando desejadas. Claro, isso acontece na monogamia também, mas a ideia é que o parceiro se compromete a saciar essa demanda. Dependendo do quão latente seja, seria necessário abrir o relacionamento pra não haver quebra do contrato anterior. Enfim...é complexo, mas honestamente eu acho que tem pouco a ver com o que você falou da estrutura familiar e mais a ver com a segurança e autoconhecimento de cada um pra entender suas demandas emocionais e saber demandar que seus parceiros supram elas ou em última instância, substituir o parceiro. A não monogamia vem mais como um medo grande de demandar essas coisas com medo de perder o objeto, somando outros objetos que naturalmente supram aquela demanda sem que ela seja expressada.

Governo dos Açores aprova decreto que permite aumentar resposta em creche

O Governo dos Açores aprovou a proposta de decreto legislativo regional para criar o Regime Jurídico de Apoios ao Sistema de Ação Social, considerado um passo "muito significativo" para aumentar as respostas em creche.

De acordo com as deliberações do Conselho do Governo Regional (PSD/CDS-PP/PPM), que foram apresentadas pelo vice-presidente do executivo em conferência de imprensa, em Angra do Heroísmo, na ilha Terceira, a proposta visa a criação de um regime jurídico de apoios ao Sistema de Ação Social com o objetivo de "garantir a implementação de ações no âmbito social que supram as necessidades sentidas pela população".

Segundo Artur Lima, a medida permitirá o acesso a respostas sociais, como estruturas residenciais para idosos, apoio domiciliário ou creches, "com recurso não só às instituições abrangidas pelo Código de Ação Social - IPSS [Instituições Particulares de Solidariedade Social] e equiparadas -, mas também a instituições de natureza privada".

"Ou seja, a contratualização com privados para suprirem respostas sociais que sejam sentidas pela população", especificou.

O vice-presidente do executivo regional de coligação adiantou que, com este regime, "são definidos os meios e as modalidades de apoio e incentivos a conceder em matéria de ação social, para além dos concedidos no âmbito da cooperação estabelecida com o setor solidário e social".

"Esta iniciativa valoriza, assim, o papel da iniciativa privada quando as respostas do setor público e solidário não conseguem garantir uma resposta adequada", salientou.

Para Artur Lima, no caso das creches, a proposta "é um passo muito significativo para reduzir a lista de espera e aumentar a resposta", uma vez que permite contratualizar "mais de 220 vagas", sobretudo nas ilhas de São Miguel e da Terceira.

O governante admitiu que as listas de espera para creche "existem sempre", mas salientou que "são geridas".

Artur Lima recordou, por outro lado, que desde que o executivo de coligação tomou posse, em 2021, e até 2023, "mais de três mil crianças passaram a beneficiar de creche gratuita", o que correspondeu a um aumento superior a 600 vagas.

A resolução aprovada em Conselho do Governo deveria ter entrado em vigor em janeiro de 2024, mas uma vez que o orçamento regional para 2024 foi chumbado em novembro de 2023, o arquipélago foi para eleições antecipadas.

O Governo Regional aprovou ainda uma resolução que autoriza a cedência, a título definitivo e gratuito, ao município das Lajes do Pico, de um terreno sito no Império, freguesia de Piedade, para regularização da Escola Básica dos 1.º e 2.º ciclos/Jardim de Infância da Ponta da Ilha.

Segundo um comunicado do executivo açoriano, a Câmara Municipal das Lajes do Pico solicitou a cedência do prédio, "tendo por fim a regularização da Escola Básica dos 1.º e 2.º ciclos/Jardim de Infância da Ponta da Ilha".

A decisão permitirá, ainda, que o município se possa candidatar "a apoios de fundos comunitários".

Background: Doesn’t seem to have any official public records. It's as if he didnt exist. Thankfully, we know better! The sister was somehow saved from capture and covertly placed with her grandparents, while the parents haven’t been heard from since their initial capture.
