i'm rewatching phil's day 2 qsmp prison vod after watching missa's vod and i want to list a couple of things i noticed and just, really like

whenever qmissa's near qphil he always goes to stand next to him

whenever qmissa is away from qphil he often looks around for qphil often asking ¿dónde está Philza?

whenever qphil is near qmissa he often stares at him either directly or in f5

they both focus on each other whenever there's a crowd

qphil sprints out of any and all open doors like a bird flying through a slightly cracked open cage door (a menace /positive)

whenever qmissa is looking for qphil, qphil is almost always in either solitary confinement or trying to escape the prison

qmissa desperately trying to help with the spanish words during the language classes (him screaming hints at qphil)

quacki, just all of quacki (I JUST HEAD HER SAY "i like being with you" AT QPHIL PIPIPIPI :((( )

both the ways qphil and qmissa latch onto each other (qmissa standing by qphil's side, qphil staring at qmissa from a distance) are something you'll easily miss from the other's pov (qmissa often stands just a bit away from qphil's line of sight, qphil often stands further away or behind qmissa)

ghostbit was clearly visible in qmissa's pov multiple times but somehow he kept missing him

when quacki asks qphil if he'll go on a date with qmissa if she places down a trapdoor for him, he says "yeah- yeah i've- i've been on- i've been on- y'know- yeah" (can you tell what part of the vod i'm on rn) like hello?? sir??

the way qphil just, dips from confrontations with the guards like idk how to explain it but the way he just jumps into conversation after another escape attempt while the guards are still shooting at him is unparalleled

Your resume should include any relevant work experience and skills you have and it's good to include your volunteer work and internships (ideally four of them) as well as your multiple graduate degrees and the certifications you've earned during the process, and also your resume can only be one page in a font that's easy to read. This field is hard to break into because we have a lot of applicants for not a lot of openings and we'll keep them open for years until we find the perfect candidate. A great way to distinguish yourself is by taking any adjacent job you can find even if it means you have to work two or three part time jobs to make ends meet until a new opening is made. It's also good to tailor your resume to the companies and jobs you're applying for so that they know you researched the role and didn't send out mass applications, and oh, I highly, highly recommend that you keep your resume updated and a digital copy on hand so that you can email it to people at a moment's notice because it's good to keep an eye out for opportunities as they come up. Everyone around you has a master's degree and it's basically the new bachelor's and a PhD is the new master's and we really like seeing several years of work experience because there's a lot of stuff you can't learn in a classroom setting. It's a great field and I love working in it and you should pursue it if you're passionate about it!

There were times when I managed to write 2 or more seminars papers within the semester break, writing a total of 20-40 pages total.... And right now I'm struggling with writing a single seminar paper that's only 10 pages long.

It's so frustrating. I know that I can write seminar papers, I've written more than enough already. Why can't I write one right now?

Hello! I love your writing so much, there's something amazing about the rhythm you build in each paragraph. Do you have any tips that you think are cool/useful for writing better?

In general, I find it especially helpful for building rhythm to listen back to my writing during the editing stage! I just use a generic text to speech app and throw my rough draft in there, and listen to the robot voice. Hearing someone/thing say the words written out loud (and I usually use x2 speed so a bad part will really stand out like a train crash) can help me find places where sentences drag on, where there needs to be additional punctuation, or where to address areas that sound awkward! For writing better in general, I unfortunately have to say that you should just write A LOT and really try to finish the WIPS you start. You can never get good at drafting or story crafting if you stop halfway through all of the time.

Now, I'm not saying the doctor I'm seeing today has a reputation for eye-watering long waitibg room times. Or that Germany has very odd ideas about what efficient rail plans are once you leave any given metropolis.

I'm not saying any of that.

I'm just saying, this felt like the right book to start reading today.
