Due to the Covid pandemic and shutdown order that occurred last year, I utilized some of my extra free time by pursuing a new hobby that I never knew I would fall in love with, and be so passionate about. This hobby is sending and receiving postcards, pen-paling, and swapping! Does anyone dread going to their mailbox knowing that it’s full of junk mail and bills? Nothing more depressing then that !!!!!! I have been so grateful to meet amazing people all around the world wether it be from post-crossing or pen-paling. I love learning about other countries and their cultures, traditions, language, etc. Everyone is different, and unique and I love that ! Also, everyone is on a different path or journey in life, has experienced different things, or has different stories. I believe you can learn something from everyone and that I believe is a gift. If anyone has ever thought about doing this I recommend it and sending a simple postcard could be the difference in brightening someone’s day, and putting a smile on their face😀!

As everyone has heard, Number 45's friend and donor is the Postmaster General. He has implented staff reductions, removed sorting machines and mailboxes off the street. This is an attempt to disrupt our election. Also small businesses, senior citizens depending on medications and essentials are hurt. Support our Postal service, it's a constitutional mandate.
