Match report for Seniors Pink thanks to @gossipsofbungendore Seniors Pink braved the freezing conditions going down to Royals 31-27 in a competitive game. Krystle and Nat started out in defence, holding the Royals shooters tight. Julie jumped into GS unexpectedly in the first quarter and landed a couple of goals before returning to GK and combining well with Nat. Chem turned the ball over a number of times in Centre and then went on to position well in the goal circle with Marita to land the goals despite the string icy wind. Mel, Belle, Lindsay and Krystle combined well in the centre third to bring the ball down the court. The newest food truck on the Maui food scene is run by @tabayatkins and mother Sahel, and they bring not only mindful vegan food, but also their Persian food culture/cuisine 🇮🇷

I tried a selection of items they had - their Steakhouse Burger with Blue Cheese Crumbles was super flavorful and filling, and tasted like any other burger worth its weight 🍔

Other things I got to try/friends got to try were their Vegan Loco Moco (made specifically for their time in Hawai'i), their choco-vanilla soft serve, their Persian Kabob Wrap (loved the sauce in this one), and their Sharbat Albaloo (a Persian cherry drink you can find at special occasions) , all of which I'd recommend! You can find them daily at the OGG Truck Pod across of Costco in Kahului daily from 11am - 8pm, but be sure to check their instagram for any updates! 🍽
