Apologies for the delay. I have a few:

Between Heartbeats: (Urban Fantasy) In a city of incredible abilities and mundane struggle, we follow Sundiata, a time-manipulator struggling to stay employed. During a a quick break from waiting tables to go help in an emergency, she instead finds herself caught in a bizzare mystery. Unfortunately release seems to have stalled following the first episode, but I'm eagerly awaiting its return.

Inn Between: (Fantasy, Adventure) What the adventuring heroes get up to at the tavern, between the grand adventures. Cleverly fills the listener in on the adventures using "previously on" and "next time on" segments. You'll need to wait (or jump) to Season 3 to meet our transfem lead, but she is an absolute delight.

Interference: (Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Romance) A human tabletop podcaster and an orc researcher get their broadcast signals crossed between worlds, and start a dialogue. Cross-reality research, and a budding romance, ensue.

The Magnus Protocol: (Horror) Seeking employment, Sam gets a job working with his friend Alice for a bizzare little government office. The work? Night shifts listening to, and then cataloguing, bizzare and unsettling material trawled from the internet. Despite Alice's warnings, Sam may be getting a little too invested.

The Night Post: (Supernatural) Concerning the conscripted nighttime couriers/postal workers of Gilt City, and the otherworldy encounters they have on the job.

PSST: Paranatural Support Services Team: (Supernatural) Struggling with a supernatural entity or haunting encounter? The PSST's got you covered. Meet The Agent at the other end of the phone as she gives advice, unravels mysteries, and tries to work out just how long it's been since she went home.

The Silt Verses: (Horror) In a modern world where gods are abundant, frequently both commercialised and restricted, two devotees of an outlawed river god go on a pilgrimage. You'll meet the character in question a few episodes in.

Breathing Space: (Sci-fi, Space Western, Anthology) Included more as a special mention (as this is an anthology and the leads change every episode), Breathing Space is an array of stories set in the early age of space exploration that leans hard into the "Western" part of "Space Western". A not-insignificant number of the stories feature trans characters. If you don't vibe with the first story, do me a favour and listen to the second before you bail.

This is uh. Certainly one way to let students practice their artistic freedom, Claude supposes. Coming to classes and seeing red, blue and yellow paint all over the walls around classroom entrances filled him with a series of emotions he never expected the Academy to bestow upon him.

Isn't the monastery an old, important and dearly cherished monument that cannot afford to suffer such reckless damage? Granted, it ain't like he calls the shots around here, but even he, looking at this mess, kinda cannot help but hope that this is at least some type of paint that easily washes off. If not, well... at least the House classroom entrances will be very easy to find going forward.

Well.

Anyway,

if they're going to let him just splatter Deer pride all over the place AND do target practice at the same time, they're not going to expect him to not take them up on the offer, right?

So it is that upon exiting his classroom, Claude looks at his training bow, looks at the prepared paint and soft arrows, looks at the Black Eagles door already smeared in all three colors, grins, and loads up. Splat! the paint collides with the wall, covering a layer of red placed there earlier in self-defense with the mark of the Golden Deer.

Just in the exact moment a student walked out of the Eagles room. Also equipped with a bow. Ah.

Claude pauses for a moment, before smiling - less smirky and more friendly, though not without a mischievous hint in his eyes still - before he raises his hand in greeting.

"Good afternoon!" He calls, innocently, as though nothing at all happened and there isn't yellow paint slowly sliding down the wall right next to the guy.

Toshiro is kind of an asshole, but it's hard to call him that because what makes him an asshole is being so painfully conflict averse that it causes problems. We ALL know someone like that! The person who simmers on something that made them upset 4 months ago because they don't know how to air grievances. The person who makes up ultimatums in their head without telling anyone. Shuro would think it's too aggressive to block someone on Facebook. He'd get bullied out of line at the grocery store. He'd double book himself on his birthday because he doesn't know how to tell people no. Shuro is so averse to initiating any form of conflict at all that he'd inadvertently cause a fight on a road trip by being too nervous to just pick a fast food joint to piss in

YESSS god they're so cute and hot. I feel like I can't intrude otherwise I break up the strongest power couple in the world.

The summer air was still thick with warmth. The sun lazily fell past the horizon at a snails pace, draping Mistria in a honey glaze that only increased the sticky feeling of humidity. Valen sat in her office, (which really was just her front desk), reading a new medical journal that came from the capital.

Her eyes seem to skip over a few sentences, and she sighs and takes her reading glasses off, rubbing her eyes.

A few months back, her and Juniper's wine sessions seemed to have turned into a different direction. Instead of the hangouts being cordial and filled with laughter, there was an air of...tension to them. Valen has caught Juniper on multiple occasions staring at her wine-stained lips, and at first she blamed it on the alcohol circulating in the sorceress's body. However, the doctor started to notice the way that Juniper's eyes would bore into hers; how Juniper would often offer to pour another glass for her, gently grasping the bottle out of her hands and sneakily brush her fingers against Valen's.

Valen was honest to herself. Juniper's subtle flirting drove her wild.

It was odd for her. Valen hasn't engaged with a romantic relationship for ages now, so at first she wasn't sure if she was picking up her friend's signals correctly.

It wasn't until Juniper gifted her an 800-year-old bottle of Witchvine Merlot that she realized that Juniper was interested.

So, after the poor witch knocked over that priceless bottle of wine, Valen decided to invite her over to break open a red, and that it would "tastes better with company" anyways.

Valen jumped as a loud knocking sounded at the door.

"Come in, Juniper."

The door creaked open to reveal the sorceress, cloaked in the golden light of sunset. Her exposed skin practically glowed like a precious gemstone. She looked ethereal.

"Getting impatient, were you, Doctor?" She teases, tossing her mauve hair over one shoulder.

Valen stood up to approach her, "Not at all. Just happy to have you here,"

If Valen knew any better, she saw a twinge of pink dusting her cheeks. She grabbed her delicately manicured hand.

"Follow me. Let's drink wine in my private study."

The farmer sighs as they sit down by the fountain. The moonlight shone brightly, casting a blue glimmer on everything below it. They could hear cicadas...and high heels loudly tapping on stone?

They looked up to see Juniper stumbling out of the clinic. Her normally perfectly done hair is wild, and her makeup (particularly her lipstick) was smeared to the left of her mouth. The sorceress cleared her throat and attempted to brush back her hair and pull herself together, before turning and looking directly at the farmer, shocked.

Are...are those hickeys?

Juniper glared with a furious blush on her cheeks. "You saw nothing, farmer. You wouldn't want to see your skin turn mysteriously blue the next time you visit the bathhouse, now would you?"

The gays won with this couple guys. I wish they were my aunts.

It seems that Pandreo is fated to strike up conversations with only the grumpiest people in the room. It's alright, though. Pandreo's had his share of commiserating with people who were dragged to his services, clearly wanting to be anywhere else, and after some easy conversation they left seeming like they had a good time. This is exactly his wheelhouse. Pandreo's also had his share of mingling with heirs-to-be, but they have all been more gracious than this would-be-king who seems to have unwittingly found himself under a mistletoe. (Who's footing the bill for all this mistletoe, anyway? What a nightmare to clean up.) Pandreo can't remember the name of the guy's homeland - sue him for being bad at names, even in his profession - but in his short stint he's seen Innes shoot apples from a tree upside-down. Stiff upper lip the whole time, too. Someone has to bring the energy up, and it might as well be Pandreo. Even if it's one grumpy face at a time. "Heya." Pandreo slots himself in next to Innes, unbothered by his lack of reaction, but leaving plenty of room in case Innes decides to flee. "Might I kiss the ring, Your Highness?"

my boyfriend has such a good relationship with her sister it makes me jealous. he teases her, she buys all the clothes he wears, he borrows money from her, they play fight all the time. he says that his sister saved him he almost worships her. i guess thats what i wanted to be for my younger brother; a god, someone he could look up to but i call my mother and playfully tell him he never never talks to me and he says why should he i never listened to him. i didn't know i was so cruel. i was so busy being a teenager i forgot i was an elder sister too. and im not sure we're siblings according to however they define. if i didn't know him, id never have known him. there's nothing we share in common. he tells me he hates almost everything about me but says i guess youre a better sister in comparison to all the sisters of my friends. he's just a stranger in my house living together because we were birthed by the same woman. and i could rip out my heart for him and hed still say i didn't ask you to. i used to hug him all the time forcefully, squeezing him near me but he'd struggle and shout at me to get away but this time when i left home after diwali, he didn't push me away and for the first time ever he hugged me back. and today i hurt someone, so i remembered him because a part of me knows i used to hurt him all the time.
