This line right here
This little scene/moment raised two questions which I have put an obscene amount of thought into:
1) What language is this? Ozzal and Hunter can both speak English, but it’s only in this moment that we see these two speak this alien language, something we never see the twins or the triplets speak. Is it a formal language? Is it universally known to their species/planet? Because when the twins talk to the triplets, or Ozzal to either of them, it’s in English. So do they not know it, or do they prefer the dialect of English? Or are they all just naturally multilingual and their planet speaks both? This is one of those things that probably shouldn’t be thought about too hard methinks.
2) This line makes me wonder what is defined as “beauty” for Ozzal and I suppose their species. Also if they see anything human as ugly that’s a fucking burn to the twins since they are more or less human in appearance. They definitely ARE NOT once you get into their alien biology, but on the surface they look pretty human. Makes you wonder why they look more human then anyone else in their family though, hmm…
Do with this drivel what you will

very mixed feelings about the ending of gwitch. Overall I can say I enjoyed the show as a whole a ton, and still think it’s really strong, but the conclusion wasn’t what I wanted. More under the cut.
Gundam Witch from Mercury Episode 24 Spoilers!
I’m glad they didn’t magically resolve the entire central conflict of the setting. The Bennerit Group is gone (good) but Earthian-Spacian inequality isn’t going to go away after just three years, and all those assets *can* just be bought up by Spacians again. If we get a sequel series ala Zeta, this is a clear hook.
We get a brief sketch of how gund-tech has proliferated in the epilogue - Petra’s legs, the nape commlinks Suletta and Miorine have, and so on. All fine, though I still hope we eventually get something set in AS that explores the transhumanist potential that’s hinted at in the Prologue, even if its just a manga or something.
Suletta and Miorine are explicitly married. They are more explicitly a couple than most straights in Gundam. On the other hand, in a show so uniquely focused on their relationship, it feels like a copout to not have a properly romantic conclusion. Let them kiss Sunrise.
Eri becoming a gay keychain is very funny.
Nika’s gay ass haircut singlehandedly carrying half this epilogue for me. I wish we got more of Earth House.
El5n doing his little hiking expedition emotionally destroys me after recently finishing 00.
Guel’s epilogue scene is funny, but I maintain they fundamentally botched his character. After the One earth episode, they pretty much hit the brakes and rolled his entire arc back. Spacian Capitalism and Parental Abuse is Fine Actually, but at least he respects women now.
Shaddiq is just getting sentenced to death or SuperJail or something now? Idk. He feels like such a wasted character to me. Biggest case of “why is this plot in the show if you never intended to do something with it”. I’m glad his mean girl squad are out and thriving.
Idk - the ending feels a bit like an anime that was given a set amount of episodes and then abruptly cancelled near the end. Yet S1 was paced perfectly and we already knew the show would have 24 episodes back then. So I’m genuinely mystified by how this happened and what decisions were taking place behind the scenes. Did they expect a third season and just not get it? That feels kinda insane given how well the show did.
I think with how much they’ve left open, there’s absolutely room for a movie or a new AS show with a different protagonist, but Suletta as a protagonist has definitely concluded her arc. Mind you, it’s satisfying and well done (but also SUNRISE, LET THEM KISS YOU COWARDS)
Above all though - it’s been extremely fun watching the show from week to week, sharing theories, art, opinions and everything else with other fans. It was my first time watching a Gundam series as it aired, and the show will be irrevocably special to me for that reason alone.

Hello to whoever’s reading this!
I am a 19 year old female artist, AMV creator, and occasional fanfic writer (she/they). Drawing has always brought me immense comfort and is by far my favorite hobby. -TERFs
-You regularly watch or enjoy liveleak or snuff films
-Younger than 13
-Fetish and strictly NSFW blogs (18+ blogs are ok)
-Furry haters. This is a big one as the furry community is a safe space for me and I don’t want that kind of hatred on my blog. Please DNI, thanks.
BYF:
-I may occasionally post/reblog artwork with mature themes, such as violence, suggestive content, horror, and (always censored) nudity. For this reason my account is generally rated 16+.
-If you don’t apply to my DNI list feel free to interact with me, just be aware that especially during spring and autumn I am busy with college stuff and may not respond immediately, I promise I’m not ignoring you :)
-Please, only ask for my Discord if you’re 16 or older. No offense, I just don’t feel comfortable with messaging people that young.
-I will NOT talk about NSFW topics with you if you are a minor, if you try to do that you will be blocked. No exceptions.
-l struggle with social cues, especially online. So tone tags are appreciated.
-I also have social anxiety, so I may ask for reassurance or over-apologize, please don’t take it personally.
-I AM NOT INTERESTED IN DRAMA. Please don’t rope me into it unless it’s genuinely important. Thank you.
Finally, OC boundaries since I share them quite a bit.
OK WITH ANY OF MY OCS: Fanart, especially interacting with canon/your characters! I love to see it :) also age-appropriate compliments
OK IF THEY’RE 18+: Compliments like “hot” or “sexy”, mildly suggestive art (please don’t go overboard with any of these)
ASK ME FIRST: Appearances in your fanfiction/comics (they can’t be main characters sorry), anything you’re unsure about
NOT OKAY WITH: Headcanons and self shipping with them, I totally support headcanoning and selfshippers but with my characters it just makes me uncomfy, sorry. Also, NEVER USE MY CHARACTERS FOR NSFW, FETISHES, OR SMUT.
And ofc with all of these credit me as the OG creator
Welp, that’s all! :)

My working theory is that spending years in the unregulated superjail wasn't as good for her mental health as she thought it was.
i choose to believe that the reason amy dallon is Like That in ward is because of the simurgh
does it make any sense? no
do i care? also no

Ugh, being in a dead fandom is so frustrating! I'd consider Superjail a long-dead fandom. There's nobody to talk about headcanons and theories with, and nobody to roleplay with. Nobody sees your fanart and fanfiction.
When I first joined the fandom in 2017, it was already quite dead. It saw an uptick in activity in 2018 with new people joining the fandom, but most of these new fans had already left the fandom by 2019.
Since then, a few people have joined the Superjail Amino, but their interest usually turns out to be fleeting, not lasting too long in the fandom. The member list on there is mostly comprised of inactive accounts. Sometimes people will start roleplays with you, but they stop responding after a very short time.
Oh, the joys of a dead fandom! The 9 fandom is now more active than the Superjail fandom.

I think The Warden from superjail is Ground 0 of the Chaos God Man Smiling Wearing A Suit trope, but I'm not sure. Which would mean the origin of this whole phenomenon is Willy Wonka, the inspiration of the Warden.... so then the Warden "perfected" the formula and inspired others... such as Black Hat, The Once-ler, and Bill Cipher(humanized)? But I am not entirely sure.
Is there something Im missing here? is my theory correct?

I honestly believe that superjail is purgatory
Warden has several different routes on what he could be, and I still need to do more research when it comes to that, but the best thing I've found so far is Abaddon the angel of the abyss, though as said I need to do more research
Here is a tiny tid bit of research, which would fit well for jailbot and the description of superjail
So while the evidence is loose, I could definitely see the creators loosely inspiring superjail off of purgatory
Another character role, that I'm still unsure of who it fits with but I'm more leaning towards the doctor with this role Primarily due to his ties to being an ex nazi scientist, since a lot unalived themselves during this time period, though, wouldn't work due to the lives lost during his work, but same could apply to the fact Cato was a military general, so either way lives were lost Though, this wouldn't work if the doctor was inspired off of Joseph Mengele, since he faked his death Which would make sense to a degree to the both of them looking (somewhat) similar, although Mengele was also called the angel of death, so who knows it could go both ways and I may just be looking too deep into it
But, there still leaves alice, and Jared, and then the flip side so ultraprison, but that's the same just for afabs just depends on who represents what. Though, they would more than likely represent a demon rather than a middle man
The doctor I think would be Cato due to being a middle man, and not really a prominent character, besides the couple of episodes, such as when he has certain words of advice which is a lot more than the rest of the characters are able to give (even if morally skewed at times, such as mayhem doner)
So imma update this thread when I have more evidence I just wanted to share this publically and get peoples ideas (also, I'm thinking that the twins may be fallen angels of some sort)
long story short, its not THE purgatory, but definitely a varient

Black Hat Theory
Black hat and the warden both share quite a lot of similarities don't they? Shape-shifting powers, top hats, etc. but why is that? I have a theory that black hat is no other then the wardens father himself and here I'll explain the proof as to how black hat is the wardens father. When it comes to similarities of clothing, both black hat and the wardens father wear both black and including monocle! Only difference being they're on the wrong eye unless... black hat could always change that monocle to the other eye anyway. They both also have a huge temper tantrum when things don't go their way and someone interrupts them.
Now here's what's different about them, their jobs and physical appearance that black hat is skinny and tall while the wardens father is fat and shorter then black hat. What I would like to add on to this is that I would like to believe that black hat eventually grew tired of selling to villains constantly and slowly drove into depression, while this happens he soon retires from selling to the villains fires everyone that he was with, then later on let go with life until he finds the love of his life and he reforms to become a warden of a regular prison and capture all villains he has sold products to, and later on had a child aka the warden we all know. Black hat looses his demonic powers in the process along side his wife and he burdens taking care of the prison and his son on his own. He then reaches his demise as he slips on a lego and gets hung to death being the end of black hat.
in conclusion... The show Villainous is actually an origin story of the Warden’s father and how he came to be.

I define Fictinkin to be more of a coping mechanism than anything. That’s what it is for me. The Multiverse theory doesn’t apply for me. I do not believe I was this character in a past life, or that i was born in the wrong body. Being fictionkin as a way for me to cope. It brings me happiness and something to relate to my life. I connect to these characters so deeply that I believe I could be them. I shift with them and match personality,

“In the 1990s, Conservative reformers imported ‘supermax’ technology from south of the border and used private-sector expertise (Management and Training Corporation) to run one of the new ‘superjails’ that were to replace local jails. Supermax institutions are high-tech panopticons that depend on video monitoring and remote-control gates to replace guards, and sparse, durable interiors to control inmates. Because supermax facilities are primarily designed to manage prisoners rather than trying to change them, they rely heavily on lockdowns and solitary confinement at the expense of programmes and counselling.Supermax facilities not only concentrate coercive power: they put it on display.
Ontario adopted this high-security technology not in order to deal with killers and gang warriors—who were generally outside its jurisdiction—but to confine lesser offenders and those awaiting trial. Such punitive overkill may be attributed to zero-tolerance theories, or to political opportunism. But this application of coercive power also complemented broader efforts to intensify the work ethic. In the high-profile institutions that churned their way through the lower reaches of the labour force, the Tories were promising faster delivery of tougher punishment, and discipline that focused on frugal living and obedience.
The government’s concern over the age and state of disrepair of local jails was not baseless, but it was focused on concerns that the latter did not provide ‘clear lines of sight’ for monitoring prisoners.
The jails were portrayed as fragile, insecure and potentially dangerous to the community. But architectural blind spots were their crucial flaw because they necessitated more staff, and the majority of long-term savings were expected to come from the reduction of labour costs. Initial estimates suggested that two-thirds of the corrections-officer workforce could be eliminated in the transition to new, centralised institutions. More savings would be achieved by the ‘no-frills’ approach to prisoners. One media account of the new superjails described ‘cells with bleak walls, narrow bullet-proof plastic slits for windows, tiny stainless-steel toilets and bunk beds made of steel or concrete foundations’.
The corrections workforce was already under pressure, and the new regime would embody lean-production principles that rely heavily on ‘management by stress’. In older facilities like Toronto’s Don jail, guards were working an average of sixty hours per week, and eighty-hour working weeks were not unusual. One guard worked sixteen hours a day for seventeen straight days. ‘Get tough efficiency’ would automate and intensify this pattern of understaffing. The minister promised that the superjails’ design would eliminate hallway patrols and allow staff to ‘see what’s going on in a whole block of cells from a single vantage point’. In practice, the technology does not make good on this promise and there are many blind spots. As a result, the officer at the hub of each superjail ‘pod’ must monitor up to 192 inmates on two levels from an imperfect vantage point, while also keeping a watchful eye on three unarmed coworkers who may be circulating among the inmates. Not surprisingly, many corrections officers feel that the new system leaves them exposed, vulnerable and less attuned to problems brewing among the inmate population.” - Greg McElligott, “Negotiating a coercive turn: Work discipline and prison reform in Ontario.” Capital & Class, 2007, #91. pp. 44-45.
