Sunday = Prep Day
I ate so terrible this weekend! Didn't workout, work on homework, blog, or really anything I needed to do.  But sometimes you just need to do just that, have a little you time and chill out.  So happy I did, met some cool new people and had an amazing weekend. 
Sundays are always a very busy day for me for meal prepping.  Tonight I did my two week grocery haul, made salmon burgers (bunless for me), doubled the batch so there was more for lunches tomorrow, corned beef and cabbage for my husband, and some homemade protein bars.  Did not make it to Costco today to get the veggies or I would have been bagging tonight as well.  Always like to get ahead and have extra meals and snacks ready to go for the week incase I fall behind.
I bought a new cookbook called "The Shredded Chef" by: Michael Mathews.  I actually did my two week meal plan all out of this cookbook for these next couple weeks.  He has recipes for getting "big" and for getting "lean" but more for getting lean.  So far I really like it.  Made Sweet potato protein muffins, chocolate pudding protein bars, and salmon burgers from this book and it all has been amazing so far.  I will do a final review at the end of the two weeks.
  Ending the night with some much needed detox tea with some lemon.  Have you heard of this stuff?  I love the taste and love what's in it!
Tomorrow I will be back in the gym.  Excited to see how my body reacts to this 3 day "rest day" it got.  I will be posting my workout for those of you who want to follow along.
